First of all to write a review I had to give them 1 star. I wouldnt even give them that though. I turned my C-Pap in to get repaired. I paid $352.00 to them to get this done. Well it has been over 6 months and still no machine. I have called Lincare several times to get my machine back. And Nicole always has some lame excuse as to why it isnt there yet. This is totally unacceptable!!! I cant wait for my C-Pap to come back to me and go somewhere else for service. Beware people dont go there.

My Dr. sent in my order for a CPAP machine 22 days ago. Ive tried calling a couple times. They will not return my call, or call me back when they say they will. I just want a good nights sleep. This is ridiculous.

Horrible place! After weeks of dealing with their inability to get insurance figured, an appt was finally made to deliver and set up equip. Day of; no show! She finally called and they told her she had to pick up. If she didn’t have her own help she never would have gotten it set up, let alone lugged it to her car and then her house. She’s 85 and can’t walk across the room without losing her breath! Really?!! And they expected her to set it up alone too! TERRIBLE customer service!

Wow, what a terrible place. Customer service is absolutely terrible. Sat here for nearly an hour waiting for them to come out so I could turn in equipment. Now Im waiting for a receipt. Its been 20 minutes so far. Its 97° out here. Im the only one waiting. This is appalling. We did call for them to pick up the equipment before bringing it here.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Having a sick kid is stressful enough. Trying to get the proper equipment was impossible. None of the paperwork sent over by the doctors office was ever good enough to get us a nebulizer machine. We finally ended up just out right purchasing the machine so my son could get his medication 6 hours after the orders went thru. I feel incredibly sad for people that require their equipment on a daily basis to sustain life.

Got a CPAP from them. Provided orientation by a very nice respiratory therapist . The rest is a nightmare. Too much to say. They denied that I ever got it from them. Respiratory Therapist quit. No service. Do not return phone calls.

Demanded their INR testing equipment back because I was only testing every 3-4 weeks (per doctor order) rather than every week like they wanted. Didnt inform me of their rule prior to renting the equipment one year ago. It was a big surprise and inconvenience!

My husbands charger quit working on his portable, we were in helena for the weekend I called for help after hours, woman who called me back was very rude, all she kept saying was we shouldnt use portable at night.. (What difference does that make) i pay them for service not there unwanted advise.. the charger isnt working, I needed another one.. Grrrrr I will be canceling my service as soon as we return home...

Sats in the 50s, 100 apneas an hour. My prescription and urgent need for CPAP was sent to Lincare, but evidently they dont do Fridays.7.4.20203 years later and they still suck! My mother has been trying to get a ventilator for 2 weeks now-they keep coming up with one excuse after another why they cant bring it to her. They are worthless!!

I stopped in their parking lot to fix my contact before dropping my son off at daycare next door. The man inside was creepily watching me from the door the whole time. Then knocked on my window and yelled at me for parking there. Told me that I couldnt stay there and that I needed to move. He was very rude.
