Judy wish they had a change machine accessible after hours. I buy the alkaline water for my family. I only wish it wasnt so expensive... My familys health is worth every penny though!! But anytime I have had an issue with any of the machines the owner has corrected the issue and their contract info is clearly posted so you dont have to hunt down the phone number only for it to be disconnected it just ring endlessly like so many other businesses do... Overall just a little pricey but worth the extra dollar! Two Thumbs up!!👍👍

Convenient, easy and nice place to get ice in San Jacinto and Hemet area.

Their water is great. Over the past year or so though theyre normally not working in the store, so you have to bring your cash with you to get your water from the machines rather than from the spout. Arguably the water from the machines is better than the water from the spout though, so as long as I have cash this is my go-to spot for water.

Clean water and easy access. I always get the alkaline stuff even though its pricier, it just really tastes that much better.

I dont think many people are aware of this drive-up/through water and ice facility, but they need to know its here in Hemet! With the recent rising temperatures, having a place where you can go to get your water and ice quick and at a great price is a luxury these days! I highly recommend this store!

A scenic local water & ice stop and it has a convenient amount of dispensers, as well as Alkaline water 💧Hibiscus & palm tree sightings in 2017 🌺🌴A nighttime capture of Creeping Wood-sorrel with​ Clover-shaped leaves On St. Patricks Day 2018 🍀Signage 2019I recommend coming during the day when they are open, as there have been several times at night that we inserted a dollar, filled a gallon and only received 1 or 2 quarters in change.Lately weve been fortunate to find warnings taped onto non-working dispensers, from others whove found them in that state. 🚫👍There are no longer comment cards provided to let the owners know when a machine is malfunctioning, so warning tape is one way to let the owners know, as well as other customers, since theres no way to know how quickly it will again be operational.You can tell the staff about it next time you are there when they are open and they will take care of you, but its the inconvenience at the time if we dont have any more single dollars or quarters and are therefore going home with one less gallon(s).

This place is amazing. Its like a gas station for H2O.With a 7ppm and a 20 step filtration process... this is some of the best water you can find. You cant find this pure of water on top of Mount Everest. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, affordable, convenient, and accessible. You cant ask for a better set up. No carting your bottles to a stand, if you need to, just leave then in your trunk, and fill up.I highly recommend this place.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Water is filtered 16 times, tastes amazing and is cheap. But sometimes there is one worker that will be on shift who doesnt do his job very well. But every other staff member is amazing.

I like coming here for water refills. This is the only place I know of that has a drive through. You still have to get out of the car, but if you have a lot of water containers to fill, its convenient to be able to park directly next to the dispensers. They also have an alkaline water machine that costs $2 per gallon, which is nice. During their regular business hours, you can also buy block ice, water containers, and even dispensers. The owner is very friendly, too.

Great place to fill water and get ice. They have people on hand during the day to sell ice and water from manual spouts during business hours and vending machines for water after hours. They also sell bottles and dispensers for water as well.

This Ice house has been in operation since 1933 or so. You can get dry ice from them. I got a bunch in 1976 for A Hemet High School Play . They still have the best prices in town for ice and water.

This place has the best tasting water in Hemet. Must be their filtration system. I also like the fact that you dont need to remove your containers from your vehicle. Their prices for ice is also great.

Nice service always clean. Best water and good for your health ly life style. The prices on their new 3 gallon bottles are on the expensive side in my opinion. Thats why only 4 stars. If they had a discounts on buy 5/3 gal bottles I would be there now. I did call, however, and asked the young man that answered the phone he said no deals. I think it was the owners son. Thats okay. I understand the business. Best water and clean hoses that reach to your trunk no lifting.

The people that work there are so kind and helpful and the water is the best. That sounds weird and strange because ALL water tastes the same. This is simply not true. The water in the city of Hemet is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Have you ever tasted sparklettes? Oh my gosh! It is so bad, it tastes like Hemet tap water. The great thing about Hemet ice & Water is that you can use the machine after hours. So you can get the best in the west water anytime and the nozzles are sanitized dailly.

You cant put a price on good water, and this place has good water for a good price. Ample space for any sized vehicle, including Recreational Vehicles, and over a dozen filling stations.

This little drive thru water store is so cool! So convenient. You can leave your water jugs in your car or truck and just grab the water and fill it up like gas lol.theres also a little store with ice and the fella that works there has great customer service.
