I went in today to ask a simple question and was told someone would be with me shortly, to please wait in my car and I would get a notification when someone was ready to answer my question. I got checked in at 2:12pm, I sat in my car for about 15 minutes then decided to run some errands while I waited. It is currently 5:20 pm and I haven’t received a notification or call. I’ve literally wasted my afternoon just to get a question answered. I’ve always conducted all my business at this location. Sometimes having a bad experience due to lack of customer service training on the new employees but most often good service, but what happened today is just plain ridiculous!!!!
Except for the long Long wait Everything else was Great the man that helped us was fabulous such a great sense of humor.
I had a really BAD experience, not the norm. I had a new phone that needed to be activated and they couldnt do it, possibly not there fault.The bad part was the new phone was broken by the tech and he denied it. If hadnt insisted three times in would have not gotten my SD card returned!!!BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!
I ordered a tempered glass protector for a device I have. I ordered it threw Verizon customer service on the phone. They said go to any corporate Verizon wireless store have it installed. The girl at the Hemet 92545 store said “ I can’t install your protector due to having to wear gloves “ if that’s what the job requires then just do it. I’ve never had a store tell me they can’t do a job because they have to wear gloves. really? Maybe that person shouldn’t be working there then. I’ve never had a bad experience at this Verizon store I get all my phones and everything else there. I guess just this one person makes the store look bad. I wouldn’t expect that from a Verizon store.

New with Verizon! First time in store and I can say every one was great! Customer service is great as well as the time it took to become a new customer. All went smoothly. I noticed a few comments about customer service not being so good, but let me say that was not my experience. We have to remember the energy we put out is what we may get back; not to say a representative shouldn’t always excel in their performance...but it’s simple: be nice to yourself then you’ll be nice to others...in turn you’ll get nice in return. That had to be a run-on sentence, but you get my point. It’s all love from my end! Keep doing your thing Verizon! God bless!

Visiting that store and getting help theyre very uneducated hasnt been pleasant my last three visits for the price of my plan you would expect more knowledge personality!!
Okay so I believe his name was adrian but he was absolutely amazing. There was an issue with my phone and I was getting ready to just ball and cancel my service. But he turned my whole experience around and fixed the situation for me. I appreciate how he made me feel like he cared and wanted to make it right for me.
This Verizon Store is the worst store you could go to, Coustemer Service is poor the wait is extremely long eventhough you see the employees looking at social media in their cellular inted of helping consumers with their needs the majority of the employees dont know what they are doing Ive been in twice to get help with trouble with my cell and twice they cleared out my cell to master cleared erasing my entire media without asking for my permission wish is the easiest way out for them. They dont even try for othe solutions am very unsatisfied with this kinda of personal I dislike this Verizon Store on Sanderson and Florida in Hemet Calif. the worst of the worst. The majority of the are jung with Nasty attitude!!!👎
Natasha was AMAZING! she helped me with a problem on one of my phone lines that wouldnt let me upgrade. She spent 2 hours calling people and finding out the issue. Turns out there was a glitch in the system for that line that got resolved. She was very dedicated and determined to figure out the issue. She deserves a medal for fixing an issue that I have been trying to fix for months with over the phone reps. Thank you so much Natasha for providing great customer service with a friendly smile and upbeat personality!
Great Store. Very helpful. Had to have my wifes phone number changed for her. The lady checking in people asked if she could help. I said please do. Under fifteen minutes later I was on my way home. Great service!
We had a great experience at this store. The rep Adrian was super helpful and went above and beyond to try to solve our problem even though we were not an existing costumer and he wouldn’t be getting a commission for the sale since we did it online. He worked on our problem for a long time and even implemented creative solutions to try to solve it when normal avenues weren’t working. Every employee at this store was helpful, friendly, and working hard 10/10 for sure. Also the place was super clean.

Since I was there last, things have changed. I now am giving a 5 star rating from a 4. I needed a jetpack Hotspot. I went in, no wait, told the guy I need to be out in 10 mins could he do that. You have to get them just before lunch perfect time.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a joke. So they say they cant let more than 11 people in so we understood and waited in our car. Then they continued to let people in so we waited for people to come out to go in and then security tells us again that we cant go in because they reached capacity. They were still letting people in and telling us it was supposed to be a 1:1 ratio. Okay its a 1:1 ratio but they have 3 employees on the floor and like 15 people in there.They need to get their sh*t together.
By appointments only came here at 5.50 they close at 7pm. They told me I cant look at phones or talk to them because its appointments first. So now we are stuck with a broken phone unable to upgrade

I was checked in quickly...took about 20 minutes, then Raymond came to assist me (I thought it was a pretty good response time) being a Sunday). Raymond was very knowledgeable and helped me with my problem on my wifes phone. I was able to get a phone and get everything squared away on the bill. Good job. Thank you Raymond.
Not too long ago I ordered the new iPhone online and picked it up same day at this Verizon location. My phone was ready for me when I arrived and the employee who helped me, Omar, was very helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions and recommend me and found the accessories I was looking for. I was in and out very quickly and the process was smooth. Im glad I switched to Verizon. I am enjoying their powerful network.

Great place for phone service. We were helped promptly and able to have everything done and in order quickly. They always have the devices we want in stock.
Robert the Solutions Manager took really good care of us when their check in system failed and we ended up waiting 23 minutes for service. He made it right and was able to help us with a warranty replacement that couldnt even be processed in store (another employee had misinformed us). People make mistakes, but not everyone goes above and beyond to fix them. Ill keep coming here. Plus they have a wider selection than their sister store near Sanderson Walmart.
Their Customer Service needs service.If your there to buy seems like they roll out the carpet. But if ur there to ask for help or customer service issues. They refer you to call in to their Customer Support or your own phone. Even if its to print out ur statement if you ask for a printed copy its like pulling teeth. Room for improvement!

They dont have the phone I want even though the had a demo, I would have gotten the newest phone but the only real difference is it is 5G capable. The problem is they wont offer 5G in my area for 2 years, why offer a phone that you can utilize?
1st tech was terrible, I had to give him my name 5 or 6 times,,,often shouting. 2 tech was professional and courteous, unfortunately my problem returned and there is no option to resolve another problem. Now I want to replace the phone.

I’m waiting on my third replacement iPhone in two weeks. It was delivered late despite the stores promise of 2-day shipping (currently on day 4). I went in to buy a new screen protector. I knew exactly what I needed and was ready to pay (with the credit Verizon corporate gave me as the store told me I would need to buy a new screen protector for my 12-day-old “new phone” that didn’t work at all anymore) but still was made to wait in line with my two toddlers.

There is no way to contact the store directly via phone. Its an automated system that redirects you to Verizon operator. Worst customer service options available.

I have a corporate account with Verizon, but I am out of state. I sent my girlfriend in with a tablet to this store to get it added to an existing line on my account. They refused to serve her entirely, even though I was on the phone with her at the time and could have verified all the information they needed.
The person who tried to help me with a problem did really know what to do. He tried but just couldnt do it. Problem was he didnt ask for help.

Ran in quickly to get a replacement vehicle handless device for my phone.The old one I had was cheap and getting a little too old.The new device was charged and ready to go at purchase. It functioned right out of the box.Quick, easy, and painless. It took all of 10 or 15 min. There were maybe3 or 4 other people in the place between 0900 and 1100 hrs.
Bad customer service
I made it in right before store closing and they were able to help replace my SIM card. They were all friendly. And they also helped adjust some settings on my moms phone.
The Verizon store is a very helpful group of people and staff. I always come to them when I need assistance with my phone, bill, or other issues.
Theyve had one good employee that actually worked for the customer rather than for the company and now he is at a different store. The majority of the employees at this location I have found to be dishonest, manipulative and out for the company or progressing themselves within the company. They have cost me an excessive amount of hours on the phone with both customer service and tech support trying to get their errors fixed due to their manipulative tactics, as well as immense overages by switching my plans without authorization. It would be nice to have another C.O.R. store in town so I wasnt stuck dealing with this store!

After that a guy tells me that Vanessa is responsible for this matter. She will call me the next day. She doest call!?!?!?!? -He gave me a business card too. They have top of the line items for sale and all the goodies you would like with good prices but seems to me they want to hit u with everything to make ur once 70 dollar bill up to 200 adding lines and junk! BEWARE, they will try to get you and make you pay more or trick you into paying more if you dont know whats really going on. SO PAY ATTENTION AND DONT LET THEM TALK U INTO MORE THINGS U DO NOT NEED! I understand its cool stuff but not if u can barely afford the bill.
Not sure if employee was confused on what I needed. I am now having problems with my phone have to return to have two phones now. He appeared to know what he was doing. Very friendly. I went to set up my old phone for my sister. Now my phone has issues. We will see if the problem gets fixed when I return.

My 5 minute wait in a virtually empty store was actually a 20 minute wait, so I had plenty of time to observe. None of the customers were happy except maybe the one man getting a new phone. A customer was upset that a service he had paid for wasnt working, and the TWO employees it took to attend to him never looked at him, and for 15 minutes and just let the man talk, occasionally adding a were sorry while they messed around with some one elses phone. Not one persons question or problem was resolved to the customers satisfaction, and I wasted 20 minutes for nothing there, as well.

Lots of problems with my cellphone were addressed by one competent female tech., and on this visit, the waittime was minimal! Still wish the Hemet store would offer an advanced Android cell class sometime soon!!

They should get -points.They Lock you in a 2 year contract with a phone that doesnt last 2 years, we paid monthly insurance with them, and when the battery completely died they wouldnt replace the phone because the screen was cracked, even though the screen worked & that wasnt the problem. so in addition to paying extra monthly insurance, it cost me another $100 to get a cheap overseas replica, that had a touchscreen that worked less effective than the previous cracked screen. The customer service was great when we were looking to re-new our contract, but as soon as there was a problem with our phones they were extremely rude, and condescending. 12 years a customer of Verizon ends today. If a manager of Hemets Verizon is reading this, you should really teach your store some PR skills, I would imagine they get payed well for a job that requires little, to no education. AT&T here we come!

🆗️ok ok!! I did UPDATED📈 this review adding stars too. I felt that i should share, even though most version users already know there git-down and give them a little credit when kinda deserved.. Us consumers know that besides the fact that they never seem to give u the correct information when it comes down to costs💸, and I feel like a little fish entering a shark tank! Besides all that they do allow people that are still actively paying there device off monthly (2 year contract), too be able to get what ever device, speaker, ear buds, ect, that day to take home and pay next month or pay for the device of ur choice on your next bill! I REALLY DIG THAT! Now Im not 100% sure how they go about it if you are purchasing a new phone and adding a new line? I think when you add another line or open a new account (can u even do that? ) you have to pay the TAXES ONLY on the phone of your choice?? I do believe its just the phone tax. Thanks
