If you really want to hear, or have a hearing aid that you are not pleased with, the place to go is Beltone-Hemet to get help! The Hearing Aid Specialist, Harmony, is a true dedicated professional. A hearing test revealed that my higher tones (clarity) were extremely poor or non-existent. Adjustments were made. She carefully listened to me and therefore understood what my problem has been since I have a Beltone. The unit didnt fit properly in my ear! She took a mold of my ear and sent it to the manufacturer to see if it could be made smaller. It was and I had it fitted in my ear within two weeks. What a difference. Im hearing things I have never heard! Thank you, Harmony.
