I brought my Jaguar to Vantage because of body work that needed repair. From the minute my car was in their hands I knew immediately it was going to be a good experience. I received calls from Management letting me know updates and progress on my car.It was returned to me as if it just came off the showroom floor. The Manager James Avila starts off friendly but when you complain about the quality of the work he quickly explodes into an animal. He must have psychosis. He failed to replace the bumper on my car and messed up the original bumper with test paint. When he couldnt match the color he demanded to be paid anyway and threatened to steal my car if I didnt pay. He created a fake invoice and deleted the original job from the computer. Stay away from this shop if you value your sanity.
The manager James Avila is completely rude even though he is at fault. He’s a nasty person and will literally start going crazy and cursing at you men or women. Plus they don’t do a good job

This guy was very rude I called for a price on two Honda Accord 03 doors the driver and the rear and he said it would be about $6000 which seems very over priced . I mentioned to him that he was the highest quote I got to reassure he was giving me the best quote . He rudely said go to the other people that gave you a better price . What a way to do business I’m very disappointed and will never shop their !
