These guys fixed a leak in a tire that was causing all sorts of issues and hard to find. They spent close to 2 hours taking the tires off and going back and forth before finally resolving it. Mavis told me to go somewhere else. This will be my tire place for life now. Highly recommend.

Great fast service, huge nail in my tire, was patched and on my way in 15 minutes. Didnt think it could be patched, but they were magic. Went the whole day monitoring the tire pressure, and it held up beautifully. Definitely recommend this spot and will 100% be returning for new tires on my vehicles. Selection is wide, service is great, staff is accommodating and prices are reasonable.

I visited this shop because I thought my vehicle needed an alignment. I was greeted by a friendly staff and taken in for service within 5 minutes. Staff jacked the vehicle up and inspected my wheels, found out I had a bent wheel that was causing the issue. A supplier was called and a replacement wheel was delivered within 1/2 hour. Talk about quick! My vehicle has been driving great and I would definitely come back here in the future. Great work is done here and they treat their customers with courtesy/professionalism.

I went to do alignment on my car and they handed it to me making a weird sound and they say thats not their fault and they didnt even bother to see what was causing the sound. Terrible service.

Long Island Tire (LIT) is only place you need to go for the services they offer. Dont let the exterior fool you. LIT provides quality service with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were able to quickly diagnose my vehicle issues, correct mistakes made by another shop, and return my vehicle to me at a low price. I would like to give a big thanks to Chris from LIT for his knowledge, support, and outstanding customer service. I feel comfortable with LIT handling my unique vehicle so going forward I will use them exclusively for my wheel and tire needs.

Had my tires changed. They were able to order them in a day. I shopped around before and they were the most reasonably priced. Very happy with their service.

Our work truck blow out two tires on the Southern State Parkway. We had the truck towed to Long Island Tire and they hooked us up with 4 new tires, road force wheel balance and alignment. They were fast and very professional. I highly recommend them.

Such a great tire shop! I had 1 wheel lock seized on my car that kept damaging its own lock and I needed to remove it as soon as possible.Chris and his guys were able to work out a method of removing the lock without damaging the rim.Anytime someone needs a recomendation wheel/tire shop wise you guys are the first! Just found an amazing new tire shop in Hempstead. I hit a pothole on peninsula blvd, cracked my rim. The guys at the shop got me another rim and a used tire for what I though was a bargain.Great selection at the shop. Thinking of getting a new set of rims for the my car now cuz its definitely not as expensive as I thought it would be. This place is a well needed addition to the area.

I was looking for a tire shop to install my two tires that I bought online. I called Pepboys near me and I set up an appointment at 9:30 in the morning for today 1/14/17 and when I got there Frank service manager tell me that the guy who install tires wasnt in today I get really mad 😡 how youre giving someone an appointment for Saturday morning and your guy is not working today. anyways I started to look for a tire shop near me in Hempstead New York and I found this tire shop store online I called Chris the owner, he told me he would do it no appt need it, I walked in and 15 minutes later job was done. Thank you very much Chris and his team for accommodating my needs and they did excellent job.Im very pleasant to use this place I would recommend it to you if youre looking for a tires or rims.I will definitely use them again for my next tires. Wishing success for the future.
