Came into the store hoping to find the perfect mattress for me. After having no luck with other mattresses, Claudia helped me find the perfect mattress! I put my furniture on layaway before the pandemic and when I went to pay it off, they told me that I didnt have any furniture on layaway. I was so happy that I had my receipt, because they were going to deceive me. When my furniture was delivered I realized they were successful in deceiving me. I ordered and paid for a 3 (three) queen size beds. They delivered 3 (three) full size beds. They have to nice pricey furniture upstairs, when you pull out your social service voucher they show you the ugly less quality junky furniture downstairs. They are very deceitful and dishonest, they are taking advantage of the community and social service recipients. Someone need to know about it and I will be contacting the Better Buiness Bureau. I would never recommend them to any of my friends or family.Will never patronize them again.
Very nice sales lady Tiana helps us to choose 4 chairs and 1 bench for our dining table, they gave us a good price on a brand new sectional for our living room, we saved hundreds of dollars on too of that they gave us free delivery. I will definitely come back to this store Im very happy with the quality of the furniture. The owner was there and made sure we were taking care of.

Muy mala experiencia en mi very bad experience in this place I paid for a game that new had the price of $ 6200 and when ordering it they specify a discount for $ 5200 when I received it it was the one that was long ago shown in the store I received it defective in many details I could not deliver it Because I was already at home and my husband did not want to help me now I am waiting for someone to come and repair all the damage, very nice my bedding set but disappointed by everything. apart from being discontinued and badly treated by the person in charge, one always expects to receive at least good attention but not very disappointed.these are some images. pay guarantee I hope they are acceptable because we are not happy. and not being able to do much for the situation of COVID-19. I am so sorry.
I ordered my piece in November & understandable to today’s times it did not come until January, with that the wrong piece was delivered. They left the wrong piece and said they will deliver the correct one following week, well 2 months later and 2 days off from work 1 day no show had to call them for them to tell me they did not have it & 2nd time said between 10-2 & showed up at 530pm. Finally received what I ordered & I love it...but will never do business or recommend again !
Very kind salesmen helped us. Did have an issue with delivery of the first item and waiting upon the second ones now we knew it was going to take time cause it wasnt in stock but the problem was quickly resolved

Ordered and paid for a chair 3 months ago and finally found out it made it to the store a couple of weeks ago. Of course I had to call them, they couldnt be bothered to call me. After waiting 2 weeks for them to call and schedule the delivery I once again called them only to find out that they couldnt possibly deliver to my town and could I come pick it up. After arranging for them to deliver to my job in another town I once again call them to find out what time it was coming only to be told that the driver wouldnt be available that day and maybe tomorrow but who knows.Run, dont walk, run away!!!!
A&M is the best. Everyone was super helpful. Prices was great. My husband and kids was treated as family. The furniture is great quality. We will also get our furniture delivered the next. Allan was extremely helpful and patient because we definitely asked him over 100 questions. If your looking for a place with great quality furniture shop with them. You will nor regret it.
They have nice furnitures but they’re expensive, some of the sales representatives are very nice but the rest are very rude they look at you like you’re not worth to waste their time. The delivery is always late so scheduled it for your day off or you will get in troubles at work, I am not blaming the delivery guys, they are nice, helpful and polite is the person that scheduled the delivery the one that has no idea of how to make the job.

This is the worst furniture store I have ever gone to. The sales people keep telling me a different price then when I order a new piece they scam you and give you the floor model and make you think that its new upon delivery. Stay away from these people!!!!!!!
It was easy to write a review about my recent visit to A&M furniture. As I entered I was greeted by Benny who was very cordial. Throughout my visit I was not pressured and felt very relaxed. I was helped later by Alon who was also very respectful and patient. This is a great place to visit for your furniture needs and the prices are great. My delivery came as agreed and the delivery young men were very nice also. Thanks guys for everything.

I have ordered a sofa back in September and they finally let me know that they are ready to deliver it a week ago . I scheduled delivery and asked like 3 times that it definitely will be delivered because I need to throw out our old sofa . I was told not to worry and we threw out our old sofa . Unfortunately, they did not deliver it . In fact, they have rescheduled it 5 times ! And each time I would spend a day home to wait for them just to receive a phone call that they have to reschedule. My kids are sitting on the floor for a week already and they finally canceled an order Because “ they don’t have it in stock “. The award for worst costumer services most definitely goes to them .
Ordered a shelf in April they said it would be here in May, May came and left and nothing, I called because they dont have the decency to call or email of delays. After I called they said they would email me which never happened. Well they said it would be the middle of June, just called and now its the end of July before I could expect my shelves. If they comeVery upsetting I gave my old entertainment center away so all my books are waiting for a home.

Bought a dining table and 4 chairs from them. Delivery was for 12-4pm and they arrived at 530pm. One chair was damaged. They said they will replace it. The next week they came and brought me the used chair they had on display which was also damaged. The man told me its nothing he can fix it so he painted it infront of us and of course it doesnt match anymore. The following day he brings another used chair that was on display to replace.I paid for a new item and received the store display item and for that I am very disappointed.

Wow!! Amazing customer service. They make you feel like part of the family when you come in to look for furniture. I explained and showed them the style that I wanted for my house and they were quick on their feet and showed me exactly what I had imagined. On top of that I needed a new mattress and OMG, their mattresses are sooo comfortable. Since getting their mattress I sleep soo much better and dont wake up all grumpy and tired like I use to. The only thing that was a problem was when COVID-19 hit it the delivery time was a bit longer but they still delivered the best customer service and reassurance that we all needed in this time of need and uncertainty. I recommend this place to all my friends and I hope that they become big enough so that they can spread their hospitality and great quality furniture with the rest of the country.Thank you guys soo much!!!
Nice Place...They dont make strong furniture anymore....Some things are cheap material but costly...Cost like $500 but the drawers are cheap and look like it will break easy.

Im not one to do reviews but i had to do a review for this place. Complete waste of time and energy. On the website it shows a product available but when i get to the store they upcharge the price over $700. Worst company i have ever shopped in. I would advise dont waste your money on this buisness. This company is a complete joke.
