The gentleman who took care of me was knowledgeable and professional, I felt in very good hands from the start, rep was thorough with diving into my needs and executed this transaction perfectly, I could not be more satisfied. Customer service was excellent. I had to purchase anew phone cause my old phone just shut off. No trade in discount given! Nothing! At&t should have waived the connection fee for new phone.

Ive came here for several issues. I had to wait a minimum of 30 min each time and i wasn’t offered help. They will turn you around unless you are Hispanic.

Bad service. My son slightly pulled on the display phone to see if it came out. The lady got angry and was showing the other worker a demonstration of my son pulling it but she did the pulling aggressively like if my son was doing it like that but he wasn’t he slightly pulling on it. She was also giving a nasty look and very disrespectful.

Bad service !! went in for a iphone 12 pro max and they told me they didnt have none in stock to check another at&t store, when i got to the other store somehow they where able to check how much the hempstead store had and it was showing 12 in stock when they told me they didnt have none. I have had nothing but problems between AT&T corporate and this AT&T location. We picked up a defective iPhone 11 Max Pro that we returned the next day and had to go through 2 other phones to find one that works. With each phone came a new number that they never took off of our bill. Juan was a generous help during and after, but the manager Adriana didn’t seem to care for us once we left. We had been charged for each line they tried and we reached out to Juan but he explained that was something only the manager could handle. So we were told to speak with Adriana who proceeded to tell us that she can’t help us. She cut me off on the phone and didn’t want to help us trouble shoot this problem. All we asked for was her assistance and she couldn’t even offer that to us. I will NOT have anything good to say about this store after all the problems we went through with them just to be brushed up when we need help with our bill. Please refrain from going to this store with any issues simply because the manager couldn’t be bothered with them.

Went in on a Sunday afternoon at 4pm. Needed to get a SIM card for an iPhone. No acknowledgement by any of the staff that I was there. Waited for a a time and just left. No one gave a damn. Stay away! This is why amazon is doing so well and brick and mortar stores are closing left and right. Lousy customer service.
Courteous staff, very patient, but the wait time is often long. Their biggest problem is that the staff isn’t given any priority when they call into AT&T, they have to wait on a phone queue as long as a consumer. That’s an AT&T error, not the store. I find the staff truly focuses on each client’s needs. They need more staff.
Just visited AT&T and was greeted by Juan. Very informative and extremely helpful in helping me with the purchase of my new iPad. Cant wait to use!

I went in there with the intention of upgrading my device and getting a pair of wireless headphones.. long story short the phone I wanted the note 9 in blue wasnt available at the time. So the sale guy place to the order and had it ship to the store because the package needed to be signed for.5 days later phone came in (got a call) I go in to pick it up first they couldnt find it then they didnt know who call me..After that mess got the phone in my hands and the sale kid say to me follow the instructions on the box for activation!I said to him you cant connect it and transfer my stuff and make sure everything is working properly and said no. If I try to do it for you thru my system to phone will lock!💁🏽♂️💁🏽♂️💁🏽♂️💁🏽♂️ So I said how am supposed to put in this sim card all and he says again follow the instructions on the box.**Now mind you am the only customer in the store theres 3 employee and a 4th that appear to be a manager. Which 2 of them are sitting on the table next to me jamming music thru Bluetooth on one of the display speakers.I call customer services and they recommend me to drive to anotjra store I .Which I explained what happened and the sale rep had to problem in doing this actually got everything done in like 15 20 min. And stated to me those guys are crazy they mad lazy I dont understand why they couldnt do this.*** Worse customer service store in the history of me getting a phone*** from associated to management***👎👎👎👎👎👎
