I went to Staples looking for decorative envelopes and/or paper to print out invitations to a party were having. I didnt have anything specific in mind. Well what I found was better than I expected. A beautiful pack of Floral paper and brightly colored envelopes fit the bill perfectly! I am happy with my self printed invites!

2 stars. That’s all they deserve. 30 minutes later I’m still on line waiting for service. How do you have a busy place and not enough workers? Stop being cheap and hire people so this can get moving.

Walked in to return a Staples item without a receipt and had the worst experience by incompetent store shift supervisor.Price on the item was the same as when I bought it but was getting penalized 50%.Supervisor refused to give his name and no name tag. Now escalating to corporate customer service ... Will keep you posted what happens.

First, I must say that the lady in thus Staples UPS services was very polite and courteous. I learned that they provide UPS returns and other services for the courier but are not considered UPS store. I didnt have a preprinted UPS label so I wasted my time visiting Staples for this service. Staples also collaborate, its seems like also with the USPS. Finally, its a Staples. Parking is free and can easily be seen from a car moving in regular traffic
They have everything you u need but they only I don’t like is the cashier they not customers service at all they don’t say hi or have a nice day very poorly on that and the most important part about a business is have good customer services

They get 3 stars because the shelves were stocked. I give therm less then one star for customer service. The cashier was a rude young man. I was close too complaining to the store manager, but I think this review will do more to get the word out. Lines were also long in the store and there wasnt any staff walking around helping people. This store needs special attention from the corporate office. I hope it happens.
I went there on Thursday to order a signature stamp. The girl at the counter tells me I have to order it online and points me to a computer. I have ordered signature stamps in the past and never used a computer but I said oh....this must be something new. After messing around on the computer, I realized that ordering online was not correct. Another lady asked if I needed assistance. I said yes. I proceeded to tell her what I needed. She tells me you dont go online for a signature stamp....so I thought. She provided me with a piece a paper to write my signature. I wrote my signature and waited, and waited some more for one of the ladies to come back to move on to next steps. Needless to say no one came back. I waited for about 10 minutes, other people started coming in and I was forgotten. I walked out of the store without ordering a stamp. A piece of advice, you need more people to work in that section of the store especially at the end of August and the beginning of September.
I called to ask a simple Question about faxing, and no one answered the phone line for over 10 mins. Thats ridiculous.

My online order was waiting for me and I found the other item I wanted. However, there doesnt seem to be enough salesperson s to readily assist customers.

The store lacked resume paper...can you imagine no resume paper at staples. The young lady at the copy center was very slow and no personality. I will not be coming back.

I want to make a complaint, I had a very bad experience in the store with Mrs. Maite, I tried to send a fax and she did not want to help me because she was on her cell phone and she spoke very badly to me.

Today I received the WORST CARE of my life with a thick (Hispanic) boy who is attending in the morning in the area of photocopying machines. Zero deal, Zero patience and scream when speaking, it is not polite with older people like me. I asked him for help because I dont understand well about emails and codes and all that ... and he told me that he cant touch my phone, I agree with that but what I dont agree with is that he stopped me side without doing ANYTHING to help me unlike Saturday the 13th that if there was a very attentive and patient patient he managed to help me in whatever I need. Everyone is not the same, I understand BUT THIS KIND OF PEOPLE SHOULD NOT WORK with the public. I WILL LEAVE FRUSTRATED AND WITHOUT ATTENTION. PLEASE NOTE. Staples is my store for many years and not for those kinds of people I will stop going. Thank you
