This company uses legal suits as business model. When you terminate the service, they will demand thousand of dollars for liquidated damage. I signed the contract to switch to this company last year. But due to the pandemic situation, I was not sure if we could receive dine-in customers. I told them to hold off the start of the service. They kept on calling to push me. Enough was enough. I terminated the service.Then, months later, boom! A lawyers letter arrived demanding for $2,500 for liquidated damage. I usually order about $100-worth of linen or so per month. And they claim that they invested $2,500 for my account before stating the service. Huh?!I replied the lawyers letter by certified mail (You have to do this in corresponding with them) that there was no service kicked in, so no liquidated damage.Months later, this time, another letter from the same lawyer demanding that there was a second page of the contract which has a paragraph If customer breach or terminates its agreement before the start of the service, Customer will pay to Company, the sum of $2,500 to compensate Company for its startup cost. How convenient!!!There was no second page in the original contract. It was one-page contract. And the second page certainly came up with a notion of before the start of the service!During all this time, their sales man would call you to negotiate the amount of this penalty. If you pay $1,000, we will drop the case, or just revive the contact, then we will drop the case. Do not ever listen. More involved with them, bigger trouble.There is one additional 1-star review about this company in Google, and there are several in Yelp who went through all of this. You read them all before or even during while you ever engaged with this company.This is a pandemic time when everybody goes through hardship. And small businesses suffer even more. We should not be a victim of this fraudulent action. This company should be shut down for good.
Surprisingly good linen company. On time, consistent, & competitive pricing. Workers are courteous and actually care... refreshingly shocking. Was expecting typical problems, late or missed pickups, and it’s been a few years now, they are so consistent they should be hired to deliver the mail too. Seriously a great linen company, we deal with a short semi chubby guy named Ray (we love you Ray!!!!!). I don’t know who else there is or how it all works but he’s great get him as your guy if he’s available.
My friend Greg who owns a restaurant recommended them for my hair salon. He said he had worked with them for years with nothing great results. I decided to use them and they are great. Fair pricing, nice selection, and most of all they are normal and pick up their phones. If I need more or less I can call and it happens. That means a lot for me.

After having issues with previous companies we decided to give them a try. Their sales rep Keith came to my familys restaurant and explained everything in a friendly, respectful, and courteous manner. My parents are from Burkina Faso and dont speak very good English so it was nice to see someone kind enough to be patient with their language barrier and take the time to actually answer the questions they were asking. My parents were ripped off by other linen companies making promises or not making deliveries on time however once they signed the contract and started using Best Metro, they were less stressed now that at least one part of their business was solved. The linens were delivered on time and as needed, we never ran out like with other companies. There were many other issues we continually had, which were relieved by changing companies, like irregular billing and being shorted the amount of items due. My parents have a small restaurant they run and I am proud and happy to recommend this company to anyone who is interested or looking. Thank you Best Metro and Keith for being such an honest reputable company!
Never had an issue with Best Metropolitans team and services. Their towels and linens are one of the best. If theres an issue, they dealt with it right away! Its also easy to reach out to them. They treat customers like their family member. I love it!

This is a dynamite company who specializes in linen service. I have been doing business with them for over 20 years and whenever a mistake happens, because the mistake happens in business from time to time due to human error, the company and policy is to fix the issue within 90 minutes or less. I have been out of linen because I booked last minute parties on Christmas and the owner even delivered the linen for me personally. The owner left a family party just to take care of my restaurant.I just renewed my service agreement for 3-year extension. I dont have any other vendors that go above and beyond then the service I experienced I best Metropolitan linen. And the quality of linen is personally guaranteed by the owner. This company has the best service that Ive ever experienced from any vendor i have ever worked with!
Great to see the owner of a company so passionate about providing the best service to customers, I am very happy to be part of the team getting it done. Its crazy that the owner of a company makes deliveries on weekends and public holidays to avoid bothering employees.
Several years ago Edward Savarese, the owner of Best Metropolitan was sentenced to prison time for violating Federal Laws. They are professionals in commencing law suits for breaking service contracts. They provide a terrible service and when you cancel your five year contract, they will sue you for breach of contract and liquidated damages. The Attorney General should shut this company down. STAY FAR AWAY FROM BEST METROPOLITAN.
