Great customer service!! My wife and I have been a customer here for years now. We have got 2 couches and 3 TVs from them. The staff has always been great. Last week we had an accident with our TV.While my wife and I were out, it broke off the stand that holds it up. We came home to find it laying in the floor destroyed. When we called rent a center to tell them what happened, they were incredibly nice and helpful. They explained that they had to send the TV in for evaluation before they could replace it which we totally understood. The next thing we didnt expect. The manager called my wife and told her that they were gonna send us a replacement in the mean time. Within an hour they were here with a loanerTV almost identical to the one we had and they took the broken one back to the shop to be sent out. This store has really impressed me with their service and I would recommend them to anyone!

I dealt with KEN and it was awful. First of all he sent me 2 used items but told me one of them was new. Second he tried to put off my drop off time and pass it off as if it we had agreed on it when I didn’t even deal with him for the drop off schedule. Third. I told him MULTIPLE times to se yup the payment for weekly. I even asked when finishing the contract over the phone if the Price (weekly) was correct and he said yes. At drop off and on the phone he said he would sign me up for auto pay. Never did. He said he would email me a link. Also never did.Get my bill late because I thought I was on autopay and it’s DOUBLE what I expect since I was supposed to be weekly. Highly dissatisfied with his performance and will be going down to complain in person. Literally didn’t get the agreement I wanted at all.

Friendly staff. Decent selection in store also you can look online as well.

Hi my name is Fermin Camarena, I have tried multiple times to contact someone regarding a claim I have against your boulder location. I have now exhausting my attempts in doing so. It seems as if I’m not being taken serious. I have also came to the conclusion that I have rights as employee and I will exercise them. With that being said rest assure that I am NOT going away. I will make sure to contact the labor board for you lack of knowledge in how to resolve a harassment case. I will also be contacting Chanel 13 and inform them on how unsanitary this location is with the high amount of bed bugs their furniture carries. Thank you and I hope I have your attention know.

Fermin, the handsome sells rep at this location is very knowledgeable and helped me today with my purchase. I went to many stores to look for a mattress and just couldnt find what I needed. When I called Rent-A-Center Fermin, with all his charm was able to answer all my questions with no hesitation. Not only were the answers I got what I needed, but the price was unbelievable. Geez great prices, amazing people, all you need in one place now this is my type of store. Thanks to Fermin I am a happy customer.Thank you Fermin for being such a professional young man.

Always such a hassle, and they dont honor their own Website ads! They are the only Rent a Center that requires to much unnecessary personal Information and are really rude when contacting my Landlord for no reason!
