I got the best haircut Ive had in a very long time. So happy I found Jen at fantastic sams

I brought my daughter there to get her hair highlighted for her 13th birthday. This was her first time to get it done. I think she looks fabulous! Julie (I think thats her name)did a great job. My only complaint was that it took a long, long time. And she seemed a little nervous. Im not sure if she was a new employee, but I felt bad for her. The other stylists seemed like they didnt like her, and one of them even criticized her in front of my daughter and me. It was awkward. But my daughter is very happy with the end results. 😊

First off be aware this isnt a normal salon. Its basically a great clips but with hair coloring. This makes process very reasonable but you lose something. So anyways 1 star. I dont really think they deserve three stars but if I was to give them that then Im gonna start with positivity. One for actually being about to fit me in last minute. One for how sweet and kind every one was. Finally one for the amazing richness of my color. Its exactly what I need. Now to the negative. I wanna say how nice the last 6 was working on my hair however that doesnt compensate. My hair is not straightened properly. Not did she even know how to blow dry my hair. Now to clarify I have ethnic hair. Its not easy. Its so difficult I hate dont it myself however its lesser of two evils. I dont want shorter hair but I digress. I just feel like a hair stylist should be well rounded. My hair is dry and poofy but its shiny and looks decent. No one can notice but I can. Over all I dont recommend this unless youre just getting a simple hair cut.

I made an appointment and was made to feel like a bother as soon as I walked in the door. I try to be super friendly and the lady didn’t even say hello to me. Just “come with me” and “what do you want done” was all the talk we had for the most part. She cut my hair in like 5 minutes in a rush to get to the guy that was waiting and when I got home I noticed the a huge chunk of hair on the back of my head much longer than the rest so I had to cut it myself. Not only that, but my bangs look lopsided too. I gave the stylist a small tip because I thought the cut was ok when I was rushed out the door, but should have slowed her down to make sure my hair was done right.It seems like some of the stylists don’t want to see customers, which is fine because I won’t be back.Call them and listen to their tone when they answer and you’ll see that clearly this location is in need of some serious customer service training.

Very fun workers and great place to go for a haircut male or female! Donna and Sherry are the best ones there! Anyone else is decent but still good. Sherry is the best overall in my eyes and Donna is also very good but she is always to be in a rush due to her popularity but still does a great job.

I have gotten the same lady my last 3 cuts and they have all been less than satisfactory. Ive had all three redone by another stylist, a completely different location and finally my family. Everyone is great but the one mentioned above is not a good pic. She often rushes and has been impatient with me when I stop her to give her more direction or to see what shes done. She asked only two questions: What length on top and the sides; How is (after already cutting it). Around the ears were bad. Side burns untouched. And back done is a bad style. Sorry not a fan. Once you have her, youll know who Im talking about

, there is never anyone at the desk to check you in they just yell across the room what would you like done. But today nobody even ask I stood there for 10 minutes before sitting down by a lady who Ive been waiting she said she was going to come back in an hour and they still told her it would take longer. There was only two people working on doing styles.

The hair stylists are all professional and knowledgeable. I call ahead for appointment because it seems to be a popular salon and if you just walk in you may have to wait a bit.

Have been going to Fantastic Sams for over 10 years now. The stylists are great because they give you the cut + style that YOU want, not what they want!

Rhonda knows her stuff. Skillful, hardworking, great eye, fun to talk with. Ive always gotten good haircuts at this Fantastic Sams

All my visits have good experience.They spend time & do very good service.

Customer service could stand improvement. Worker was on her personal cell phone while servicing my elderly mother while giving a permanent. Worker did not engage in conversation was more concerned about going into back break room where I could see and was blowing up her phone with calls and texts. I literally had to go check on my elderly mother under hairdryer myself. Hairdryer was way too hot.

The stylist smelled terrible. She needs to put on some deorderant or perfume. I almost gagged the entire time. I would have been able to stand the smell if she didnt pull my hair out (twice) and then stab my ear with her clippers. My ear hurts and I have to find someone to fix this hair cut. I want my $15 refunded.

Mickaela is awesome,that is why I go to this location. She is amazing at color and cuts.

The gal who usually cuts my hair wasnt there and I needed a color and cut. I took the first available stylist. I pointed out to her that the hair in front of my ear needs extra dye, hard to color. Apparently didnt listen. I got home and looked in mirror and noticed it had gray showing there, and a couple other spots. The haircut was so chopped up and uneven. Hard to tell when wet (I didnt have her blow dry it) but when dry it is so noticeable. One side is shorter than the other. I hate to complain, but this was bad. I will not be back. (Michelle was her name, the blonde hair gal).

Make sure you make an appointment. If you walk in they will tell you twenty minutes but youll wait an hour.

After waiting for 25mins, they say it will take 1 hour more. Inefficient and poor customer service.

I asked the lady to cut my hair to my shoulders and I had pointed to where I had wanted it, she ended up cutting my hair to the middle of my neck. It is uneven and way too short. They make the people wait for like 10-15 minutes and take the new people in.
