I was leaving my home with my 1 year in hand and almost tripped over a 5 gallon of water with my infant in hand. This was after my husband called and asked the company to ask the driver to knock on the door when delivering the water so we can bring them inside immediately. Thankfully I was able to catch myself from falling. My son could have been horribly. I understand if they do not want to enter the home during the pandemic but please knock to make us aware, or leave on the side.

They have good service, both the office staff and their drivers. They do all in their power to accommodate their customers. At least they have with me. I definitely recommend them.

This water company is great providing clean healthy drinking water. You can not only taste the quality of the water, but also feel the difference in your body. My delivery guy Freddy makes the service even better by providing the water to my doorsteps. He makes it very convenient for me to easily dispose of my empty bottles and replenish them. Always comes around the same time which is good so I can plan ahead. He is very pleasant and polite.

Driver MARTIN brought our first order today and he went above and beyond to provide excellent service not just in terms of delivery of the items but also in terms of customer care. He ROCKS!

Used to be better... Support no longer responds to emails or texts. They always leave only one bottle when Ive asked for two multiple times through email, text, and filling out their online request form on their website. Ive also left two and more bottles out as they used to just replace whatever they pickup which was nice.Also I used to be contacted when my bill was due by text but not for over half a year now.Seems like they have no support anymore.

We have been using silver springs for over six months now. Our delivery guy is named Freddy and he is awesome. He always comes early and on time with our water. He is very polite and quick. He usually catches me before I head to work but he is quick with his service that he doesnt make me late. We have never had an issue with service. I leave out my 3 bottles and always get 3 new ones in return. Never an issue there. When we needed more water before our next delivery, we went online and scheduled for more water. Freddy got that to us the next day! The water is pretty delicious and tastes pure. Really happy with Freddy and silver springs and will keep their services.

Watch your credit card/bank statements with this company! After less than a month with them, I randomly checked my statement and saw they charged $148!!!! (I almost fell out of my seat) For what should have been around $35! I spoke to multiple workers who had no explanation! I gave them another chance because the water was ok...and then two weeks later they sent a worker to pick up all the items with no notice or phone call.

I have been using Silver Springs Water since 2015 and have been very satisfied with the consistent quality of their water and their customer service. The water is pure and tastes great. Delivery personnel have been very reliable and consistent. Their staff are always friendly, helpful, and courteous when I call the office. I highly recommend Silver Springs Water.

I love this water. Since I’ve been drinking it (a little over a month now) I’ve noticed not only do I feel hydrated but my skin looks and feels better. I give this to my dog and cat as well because I would never give them something I wouldn’t consume myself. The water from the tap in Vegas is highly questionable so I only want the best when I comes to what I and my animals consume. The convenience of having the water delivered makes my life much easier with my busy schedule. Highly recommend for every household.

Tried to sign up through their website and never received a confirmation for service. Then tried calling them 3 times with no success or return calls. If its this hard to get service, I cant imagine what its like trying to talk to someone about account problems.

Used this place for years, it wasnt until I had to cancel my account they became a problem, they charged me over $30 for two empty bottles, which I never recieved. I called to try to straighten out the situation and the lady on the phone was extremely rude, she basically told me theres nothing she could do, and my account will be charged. I will never bring my business back to this place.

The girls that work in the front office are so friendly and courteous and make your day nice. The guys in the back that help load my water are very friendly also. Its a bit of a drive for me, but luckily its mostly freeway.

I called cause my delivery date got messed up and I only received one bottle. I asked if i could come to the office and purchase more and the lady said dont worry hes kind of by your area in a couple days and if I had enough till then he would swing by and drop off more. I love Silver Springs Water Company. Their newest water planet Ion tastes great. My driver Robert has been so fantastic in the years he has been delivering to my house. Janet in the office is amazing as well! She really takes care of her costumers. I really suggest home delivery.

Ive been getting water from these guys for over 4 years now. Robert is the nicest guy, and he takes good care of us. The water is delicious, the customer service is outstanding.

Checking our records, there is no Lola B or anything close to that in our data bank. I also did a cross check of $120 paid to our company, which every payment in that amount has been accounted for.Let me be clarify how our company works. I am Rick - the General Manger she was talking about. Since my hire in 2012, I have worked hard on training our drivers to give the up most customer service our customers deserve. If there is ever a problem or complaint, it bothers me deeply. I attempt to resolve all issues that may have come up. Even customers who order our water service and run up a large balance and are then suspended. I try to work with people with all kinds of issues from loosing jobs, death in the family, being in the hospital to people who thought they could afford water service but realize they cant. Thats part of doing business. We do our best to keep our customers happy.While I try and help people, its amazing to see how some customers get belligerent when they are no longer going to receive our service due to money owed or refusing to return equipment. To make matters worst, they attempt to damage a companys reputation by writing bad reviews in anger. In some cases, competition will have friends leave bad reviews to knock down their competitors. While I do believe we do make mistakes, we try to resolve any to keep our customers happy.Let me assure Lola, the information you provided in your negative writing is nothing more than a lie. There is no basis for your claim. At first I thought did someone make a mistake? and wanted to follow up. Instead, nothing you provided is documented in our history, and does anyone out there think a company would just run their card without authorization from the customer? I think not! We dont hold your CC information when your service is cancelled, nor would we send you to collections if you really did return the equipment. Fact is, our drivers must balance their sold and returned products with me on a daily basis. They do NOT go home until they check with me. Some drivers have stayed as long as 2 hrs to balance. And any deliveries, payments or picked up equipment is kept in our data base and never erased. This is for our protection to avoid peoples claims like Lola B.

I have switched our plan from one, to two, to three bottles per week now. I really love this water. We use this water for our babies bottles now. The customer service is really great Ive had to call a few times one time I was mistaken about the delivery I thought Id signed up for deliveries every week but I had signed up for bi-weekly I think... and they made a special trip to bring water when I called even though it was my mistake. Every person Ive spoken to over the phone has been helpful and respectful. Wonderful water and customer service! I highly recommend Silver Springs! Thank you from Susan (PH Services).

Customer service is trash. I left all the empties on my porch and they were picked up. They tried to make me pay the deposit. On multiple occasions they picked up empties and did not drop off full bottles. The lady on the phone had no customer service skills. She said a manager had to solve the issue, but there was no manager there, and she didnt know when there would be one. After calling three times on different days to talk to a manager we paid half, that she offered without a manager, just to stop dealing with this trash company. Avoid them.

I just started service with this company. My delivery was not supposed to be made until the next day, however, it was delivered not even 3 hours after I talked to the rep. The delivery man was very nice, and professional. Handed me a card and told me to call them if I need to adjust how much water I need or dont need. Thats it. No contracts, no money up front. It was nice and easy without tons of paperwork.

Had them for 2 years, Not sure why bad reviews, But water is outstanding and service has been the best. Highly recommend. Hope they have similar service in Washington State where I am moving to. As far as the office goes, I have been late a few times and never a call or problem, they are very trusting, your treated like a person not a number. And their bottles are very clean and new unlike other companies I have seen.Your next best choice is Arrowhead, their bottles are very used and scratched, but water taste is good. However not as good as Silver Springs and you get the alkaline benefit if there is truth to the benefits you read online, Just my 2 cents worth.

So after almost 5 years using silver springs water... I learned that the PH in the water lasts maybe 1-2 days after they bottle it.$12 for 5 gallons is ridiculous!Then when you cancel they want to charge you $15 for the empty containers that we paid a deposit for years ago. Skip it and hit up the water store on horizon ridge. Atleast their honest. Silver springs water tastes great but not worth the hype! Do your research. And save your money

I have been incredibly in detail researching and finding the best water for myself in the Las Vegas area and family-I have a soft water house system and own a kangen machine as of recent and have tried in comparison the planet ion water.In doing multiple ph tests with water drops and a ph digital reader in addition to an orp (oxidative reduction potential) and tds (total dissolved solids) Meters, I have found that the planet ion water not only has just 20 dissolved solids (0-9990 scale) and ranks at a ph of 9 (very purple!) and orp of -50 perhaps more!Bottled with reverse osmosis water is +200 for orp and ranks at a neutral to slightly acidic ph. Kangen water is at 419 ppm on the tds reader (the epa limit is at 500)I have also done multiple taste tests and with friends and neighbors and the planet ion is second to none!Within 1-2 weeks of drinking just this changing over from bottle delivery traditional RO water my skin and hair had completely changed. Noticed by my family immediately! So soft and no more skin dryness/issues!Thank you planet ionI will continue to “test the waters” and know yours is just out of this world !! Truly

Alkaline water has no scientific basis. Your body self regulates pH, its called homeostasis. I worked for this company and not one person could explain the stable ion process, not even the GM or the owner. Employees get no benefits and drivers are responsible for their own accidents. Bottles leak because there is no automated capping system. Employees must smash the caps on with their hands. Not making this up...wish I were. Avoid this company and go with a professional water service
