3 times I have been to this store, and 3 times they have failed to have what I was looking for. Three simple things that are a staple in a home brewers tool set. First iodine, second a hydrometer, and last 22 ounce flip top bottles. Each time he tried to accommodate my needs which is commendable, but should not be necessary on 3 separate occasions for these 3 common idems.

This was our first experience in wine-making and it was so interesting. U Bottle It owner Gary is so knowledgeable and helpful. I was really surprised at the variety and quality of the wines that one can brew.We chose a California Dry Creek Valley chardonnay which produced 32 bottles of premium wine at the fraction of the cost we would pay to purchase similar bottles at any other retail store. Our next adventure will be producing a red wine with Garys help.

Shop owner is knowledgeable and is himself a member of the local homebrewing club and can be found at every meeting. He also offers homebrewing and winemaking classes in the store.
