Other than the car not being detailed when we showed up to test drive it, my wife and I found the time we spent at the dealership quite pleasant. Our salesman, Clayton Brooks, was an enjoyment to get to know and his level of maturity at just 20 years old is hard to find in most his age and in these days and times. The dealership gets the 4 stars. But Clayton deserves the highest star rating. We highly recommend to ask for Clayton next time you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Run. I will never buy another car from here. Untrustworthy. Added a 2000 to the car on top of the price stated on the website. Then added so many fees in order to get our payment up. I had previously been treated fairly before when I bought 3 cars from here. But the people there now I do not trust at all. No key fobs and only 1 key and no floor mats. Did not tell us this until after we signed the papers. Also tried to explain the added fees. So just to be clear the website price- add on 2000 dollars to that.

I drove 3 hours to look at a used car I saw on the internet. My sales person was Jefferson. He and the whole team were wonderful. Jefferson was very patient in showing me the features of the car and answering all my questions. The finance manager was so accommodating and helped me find a solution to purchasing the car.The only small issue I have is that there was a delay for 2 days in being able to go see the car because it was having a scratch repaired. When the car was available and I drove to see it, the detailing was still not complete and we had to wait while the detailing was done. However, this was a small issue considering the value of the great sales team and the great value on the car.I would highly recommend Yates to anyone looking for a car.

If I could give more stars, I would! I needed a vehicle with specific capabilities. Justin took note of what I needed and then did some massive research. He made sure he found what I needed. Then, the hard part started. I have no idea how he was able to do what he did, but I left Yates with a new vehicle that did exactly what I needed and within a price range I could manage. When I talked to him on the phone and then met with him, I did not interact with a car salesman trying to get a commission, I worked with an amazing guy who treated me as a friend and helped me as a friend would. I have been a Yates customer for several years. Wether I buy a GMC or a Buick from them, these guys and gals live up to their slogan of whatever it takes. Many times I tried to deal with them and things did not look favorable.....only for them to come back again with a deal that I could not pass up! They will do all they can in their power to get you in the vehicle you want and will not put you in a pressure cooker situation like a lot of dealerships. Sure, sometimes I could not make a deal with them, but I never once felt like I was mistreated or ignored at Yates. I even have my Buick serviced there. I really do not think you would be disappointed if you give them a shot.

I love the friendly staff and the service is great. If you please ask your services men, who changes the oil to put down paper in the seats and over the drivers mat. My first oil change he left black oil stains in the seats and on my drivers mat. My seats are beige and mats are light in color. I purchased a used 2019 Chevrolet Crew Cab Diesel from Yates on June 20th, 2020. Justin was my sales agent. Very professional and facilitated all of my requests during the deal. The dealership gave me what I asked for in trade, completed some minor cosmetic repairs that I requested as well as ordered additional key fobs at no additional cost.Scot was the finance representative I worked with at the dealership. He did not pressure me into purchasing any of the optional add ons that you typically see at the big dealerships. Very fast and efficient service.All in all, this was the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. I spent a total of 2 hours in the dealership. 1 hour to test drive and negotiate a deal. Another hour the following day to come back and trade keys and sign paperwork. Was not an all day event like at so many other dealers.

Great service. Found a vehicle while searching online. Yates had the best price so I called. Asked about the vehicle and wanted to see it, but couldnt go until the weekend 4 days later. They texted (my preferred method of communication) and let me know it was still there. Upon arrival the salesman met me and brought the keys for a test drive. No haggel, price was good for me, comfortable with trade in allowance, bought the car within a couple hours. No pushing for their financing, no pushing for anything extra. Just asked what I wanted, told me of a couple things available. Very happy with purchase. Only things that were negative.....2 hour drive there and windshield wash reservoir was empty. Those are very minor. Hope to do business again. Great job Yates!

ThanksFound out yesterday the car i bought had been damaged in an accident. This was not disclosed to me. I was very unhappy. When i called sales mgr he stated you have had car about 10 months and that i could have done the damage. I was very disappointed in the way this was handled.

I have to admit, buying a vehicle for me is up there with getting a root canal. I just hate it! But i have bought 4 different vehicles from Yates at diffrent periods in my life. I had different types of credit, good and not so good. Different needs in vehicles. Didnt matter they truely did whatever it took to get me in what i needed and could afford. It may have took some work on theyre part, i was a very particular customer and had to have just what i wanted but they did it. I have came to Yates twice in the past year for a new car and they have went above and beyond to help me get both cars that i wanted. Scott Benningfield and the rest of the team WILL do whatever it takes!

They told us over the phone to get us to come into the office that they get people in a vehicle or anywhere between 1000 and 2000 so we go up there for a quote and they cant do anything for under 3000 when we already have a auto loan through one of the financing providers

Rebuilt a transmission in our 2015 Chevrolet while under warranty, did not fix everything had to bring it back a week later they ended up rebuilding 2-6 gear and when we told them it still wasn’t driving right they said we needed to drive it atleast another 5k miles for it to reset the program. We are now 3k miles past the warranty and transmission is out again. They did a half as job just to hold it over until the warranty went out.

My main complaint was I want told beforehand that the 24,000 mile/24 month extended warrenty was going to cost $2,000.00 dollars. I failed to read the paperwork that was hurriedly placed before me and was not completely gone over by the financial officer. To me, it was a done under the table way. As a result it has cost me extra finance charges.
