Mike Was helpful and courteous. He went the next day and brought our car to the lot because they didnt have the exact one we wanted in stock. He explained all the features and such. He has followed up several times to make sure we didnt need anything else. He was straight forward with the fees and price. Would buy from again.

My overall experience at Towbin Kia was amazing! Ellen went above and beyond for me in my search for a midsize SUV. When we werent able to close the deal on the first day due to my indecisiveness, she maintained contact with me and made sure all my questions were answered with clarity and professionalism. Most salesmen would have written me off as a lost sale, but not Ellen. She never once pressured me, which was a big plus in my books.

Dont go here!!!! To start: Jordyn met me in the lot and she was nice enough touring the place and I found a used Chevy Silverado 1500 I wanted to trade my vehicle for.I asked if anything was wrong with the vehicle and Jordyn explained their 100 something point inspection and that the vehicle was fine no problems.Now as I was closing the deal on the vehicle I noticed rust on the under carriage, ALOT of rust. She apologized for not noticing it, gave no price reduction, but I still went with the deal. Ive cleared rust and resealed a truck before so I figured i would just take care of it. Closed the deal.Several days later is when the real problems started:I noticed that oil showed at 12%. Had a mech check it and the oil was very old and black. Truck was shaking at 70-80MPH, Mech pointed out that the tires had no weights and were never balanced. Screws to the gas valve were missing also so it started scraping. Mech noticed that both transfer seals were leaking fluidNick calls me after 4 days to sign an important form they forgot to have me sign before leaving. Well just so happens that form shows the rust and now a Steering Oil Leak that I wasnt aware of. Said that they would not take care of it. I asked about the oil change and he just told me that their forms shows completed and their mechs sometimes forget to reset the system. I asked him to check with a Manager and check my oil. He came back and said they wouldnt do it.So now Im paying:$600 to get the steering leak fixed and the transfer seals on both front and back.$100 to balance all of the tires$80 for the oil changeI think its BS that they wouldnt even give me a simple oil change and were not honest about the other issues until I saw the important form 4 days later. Obviously they dont really care about repeat business or disabled Veterans

I walked into the dealership thinking -- oh man its going to be a long day. Sydney was our car salesman and he was wonderful. Not pushy, made sure to get all my questions answered (I sent him back many times). He was the best sales car man that I have ever seen. I would highly recommend Towbin Kia and working with Sydney. Uri was amazing, super friendly and not pushy, I came in to look at a specific few new cars and the one I wanted was out of my budget, the finance people and Uri found me multiple options of other vehicles that fit my wants, and needs, we ended up going with a certified pre-owned and I love it, they got me in a comfortable payment and an amazing car, I have had several cars and this place was by far the best dealership experience, they are upfront and honest about the credit situation you’re in as well as the down payment, 20/10 I would recommend!! Same problems never fixed and they act like Im the problem for returning it. fix it right the first time and I have to keep returning because the warranty paid for the labor and the parts are warranted through them, its terrible to always be stranded then be without a car while they supposedly fix it, just to have the same problem again. horrible experience

I would not recommend this place, unless Warren was the one helping you.I had two different salesmen and Warren was the second one to help me, after my car came in and I was able to actually posses it.My initial experience with this place was that they took advantage of me (when I say they, I mean the financing people). They added stuff on and hid fees. Very pushy with add ons and packages.They tack on GPS, red light alert and poly steel which comes to $2000. They say this is required and comes on all their cars regardless. Then you have GAP insurance which is another $700. Then they charge you a car shortage fee of $2000 then your sales tax. All in all you end up spending about $5000-$6000 more than what you go in thinking. Avoid this place like the plague.Once I actually received the car, Warren helped me out and was very professional and courteous. He walked me through on how to work everything in the car and made sure I was happy before I left. He will be the only person I come back to and get help from. If I was to buy from this place again, Warren would be the only person Id work with.

We came in with a car we still owed on and bad credit, our car quit working a couple days before we were trading it in and had to be towed to the dealership. Bailey was still able to find us a car at an affordable price, I am very grateful for Towbin kia and I am loving this 2021 kia soul. We went in and met the nicest people and after that all went down hill. Sold us a car with the pretense of no problem. Then they messed up the title in wrong name and after 4 months we finally got our title, which was supposed to be registered in Arizona, but I summer in Wisconsin so now my title is sitting in Arizona and I am in Wisconsin. Sydney the salesman his hands were tied,but Aaron his boss sure knew how to screw us. The nicest person there was Robin in title and seemed to be doing all she could for us.

A really good experience. I bought a new vehicle on a busy Independence Day weekend. The were super busy, but the wait time was reasonable and, even while I was waiting, I was occasionally asked how I was doing. So its not like they leave you along and forget about you.I was pre-approved for a loan online, at a decent rate. However, they double-checked and were even able to rpovide a better one. So that was cool.After service has been nice, and theyve already schedule a maintenance check-up in December. So before even thinking about that, Ive gotten a date worked out.Like I said, a really good experience. Id definitely go here again to purchase a new vehicle.

I can’t imagine where they’d get any 5 star ratings unless it’s the family and friends of the dealership employees because there is nothing excellent about this business at all.I was verbally warned by a few people prior to purchasing my 2020 Kia Soul - nothing against the car, just the dealership. But due to lack of options I bought from towbin anyway. After the purchase even more people came forth with their horrible experience with TOWBIN.I paid cash, literally cash for my car and paid sticker price. They refused to “throw” anything in - no extra key, no upgraded floor mats, not even a free car wash now and then. I should’ve walked but I wanted this Kia Soul. After my purchase they’ve earned all the negativity I’ve heard and then some. From barely sending me my title after 6 months (remember, I paid cash) to informing me that basically nothing is covered in the certified preowned warranty (they simply rely on the quality of car manufacturer). I’ve been pleased over all with my car itself but definitely not with this dealership.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - ANYWHERE ELSE

Nice people as all car sales associates generally are. Clean facilities. Not too pressing with getting deals on but the thirst is definitely still there. Not that its a bad thing. To make money you gotta sell. Ultimately a nice time and ending up with a great vehicle.

Very happy with my buying experience and I really liked the upfront pricing. The first time we went over numbers everything was listed and itemized including extended warranty. They dont go back and forth on sales numbers then after you agree try to add all the extras like others do. I preshopped online, asked for the one I had seen and liked, test drove it, and started paperwork with no pressure to see other models or upgraded versions of what I liked.

You hope you can avoid games when going reaching out to a car dealership. Well expect to encounter games here. Liz from the front office called to say that the make, model and specs of a car that I’m looking for suddenly appeared on the lot a day after I inquired. It sounded too good to be true. My first clue should have been when the salesman, Mike, reached out to me and didn’t know what car I was referring to. We went back-and-forth and I made it clear that I will not would not be happy if we made the trek out there and it wasn’t there. I got a follow up phone call a few minutes after he confirmed the car was there that the price was over $10,000 above the MSRP and that the price was non-negotiable. Right. Don’t waste your time with this place.

I had been to at least 4 other dealerships that day and I must say, the service, attention and assistance I received at Towbin Kia was excellent. Bailey, who quickly came to greet me was incredible knowledgeable about every single car on the lot. He took the time to answer all the questions I had and allowed me to test drive several vehicles. To be honest, Bailey was the determining factor as he went above and beyond to make the sale happen. He took the time other dealerships did not to work with me in order to ensure I was comfortable and content with the pricing and vehicle.My experience at Towbin Kia was great and I would highly recommend them and if you stop by ask for Bailey as he is an excellent salesperson. I was there because received a safety recall regarding my Kia Soul. The service representative said that there was a test that determined if the recall applied to my car. The test was made while I waited, which was a short amount of time. He came to tell me that the test showed my care was fine (otherwise the engine would have to be replaced.) I thanked him and left.

Bought our carnival way over msrp asking. With the chip shortage and can’t get the EX version we really wanted that should’ve cost us the same price they don’t let us negotiate. After hours at the dealership and being there almost till closing, signing quickly only to find ourselves truly disappointed with our contract. Probably best to not get the salesman Troy like we did. Didn’t give us any packets about the things they added on that was unnecessary. I got some info a couple days later for some when I went it to cancel off the extra add on that I could. That extra turned out to be $6195. I had to call Unify(the credit union financier) to find out that it won’t lower our payment, but will lower the time of our loan. Not to worried about that, only that the credit union hasn’t received the $6195. No only that, but it almost been a full 30 days with my car and no registration. They haven’t even called me, no email. I call and leave a message to call me back and it’s been 5 hours. I called first thing in the morning. I call back and get sent to voicemail. I can’t even log in as a owner at Kia.com yet without that. Says my VIN isn’t valid. I better not get a late registration fee either. That wouldn’t surprise me if I do. Disappointment after disappointment with this place. No kamaaina here either. Better to find another Kia dealer if ur heart is set on one.Update9/16/21: they called me today which is the next day. In order to do my registration online, they txted me a picture of my registration. Then supposedly they will mail it to me so I don’t have to drive down there..no explanation of why I didn’t receive any communication earlier. Somehow they found me even if the person responding to this bad review for them couldn’t.

Disappointed! Had my car in for recall a few months back and was so impressed with the service department. Today I went to look at a 2021 white KIA Soul offered through the website. Greeted by Jordyn. Ugh! Bad experience from the get go. First, not only is the car I went to see no longer there, there are NO 2021s as shown on website. A few older used ones that were not the color I was looking for among other things. Her push was for me to get a offer done on my car when there was nothing on the used lot I was interested in. Why waste anyones time doing that! I did not care for the way she talked to me like I had never bought a new car before. She clearly was unable to deal with me, as a seasoned sales associate, instead of showing how green she was. Bottom line, her sales card is in the circular file. I was hoping to drive off today with a new KIA. 🤷🏻‍♀So off we go to another dealer.

Today I went to test drive a Kia Stinger and unfortunately the sales man Alex was unprofessional. I understand hes a sales man for Kia, but definitely shouldnt diss other cars. He kept making unprofessional comments about Nissan since I was comparing the Nissan maxima and the Stinger. Although I test drove the Kia Stinger, I wasnt sold on the car. When I informed Alex, his come back was Well you want to test drive the Kia K5 thats pretty much compares to Nissan Maxima and might be more your speed. As a potential buyer, I just felt turned off from purchasing a car. When I do decide on which vehicle I want to purchase, I definitely will be taking my business elsewhere.

The Service Department is top notch! Peter, the Service Department manager went above and beyond to assist me when I needed help.I had purchased a new 2022 Kia Carnival in April and I did not even get to drive it for a week before there was a recall for it for a faulty fuel rail. Peter had seen the frustration on my face and assured me he’ll get everything squared away.He put me in a rental van for however long it took to get my Carnival back and he even tracked down the faulty part (fuel rail) replacement. He was then able to give me an estimate of when it would be completed.Nobody should have to bring their brand new car with 300 miles on the odometer back to the dealership to get it fixed but Peter made the experience much more bearable. A+++ for the service.

I purchased a vehicle with them August 11,2021. Let me tell you by far the worst dealer ship I have ever dealt with. No communication, no professionalism, no knowledge nor compassion. I was given 1 key to the truck told me I can purchase my 2nd I was given no full tank of gas, my front window had a chip in it was told it was going to get replace (no appointment set up for me while I was there) the car was shaking when it was at a complete stop. So I complained about all of this to the sales manager because of no communication with the sales man. Resolution was there was always a 2nd key but my sales guy never knew about it. I was given a full taken of gas after my 3rd trip there. My front window apparently the chip was filled and it was a better thing to have it that way then full replaced. The shaking of the car is a character of the car but OF COURSE my sales guy never knew about it. When you buy a car shouldnt they teach you how to work it and all the cool features? Well not at towbin Kia but the sales guy sure told me to mention it to my husband since he works for a chevy dealership. Like I am sorry did my husband sell me the car or you?Only reason i gave 2 stars is1. I got my dream car and 2. They negotiated the price for me.Honestly go to AutoNation USA down the street and ask for Melissa! I shouldve gone there and purchased my car with her instead of coming to this mediocre place of a dealership.

Of course it took over 3 hours for paperwork and in this day and age, thats unacceptable. We picked up car next day and it was blocked in and they didnt know where keys were. They were super casual trying to find them too and not a single rep was prioritizing it, probably because the sale was already made and now they dont care that much. Then Kia Finance took my car payment for the car I traded in. I called 8 times this morning trying to get help about this and got transferred to a lot of voice mails with full mailboxes. I would say this is a subpar experience for sure. Not sure I would return to Kia just because they are so disorganized.

Worst service from a dealership imaginable, I went to look at a vehicle that has been listed at their Gibson rode location for a week I get there, they tell me its going to be delivered next week, why even list it at the location then? I asked to see similar a car on the lot and the sales person refused, giving me different excuses on why he cant. Finally I just said its ok I will visit another dealership and purchase a different vehicle.

If I could give them 0 stars I would.. Jordyn, the girl who received me was very kind at the beginning, but at the moment I did not let her run my credit because it was the first agency I visited to see a new car, she began to get upset and pressured me, she wanted to close the deal the same day and she was very rude. Another boy I think it was the manager had to go in her place to continue with me because her anger was so great that she could not continue, not even to say good bye. Really bad experience and it was the first time I was trying to buy a car, so I went to the other Kia (Findlay Kia) and bought a car, they were so nice and not pressure at all.

Beware that the price listed online on their website is inaccurate. They quoted me a price 11K over what is shown online and said it was their markup. They also sounded very uninterested in talking to me even though I’m already preapproved for financing and said I wanted to buy a vehicle right away. Back to Findlay Kia who actually wants my business and is not misrepresenting prices.

DONT BUY FROM TOWBIN DURING INVENTORY SHORTAGEHave tried working with Towbin a few times over the last month trying to find a Kia Carnival. Each time they would lead me on like we could make a deal on one, and then leave me waiting for a response. When I would eventually text them to follow up, they would quickly reply that they couldnt make any deal on one. About a month ago they were marking up Carnivals by $3000 over MSRP... now they are marking them up by $7300. I get the whole supply and demand economics at play here. But Towbin is definitely taking advantage of buyers in this market, other dealerships nearby are charging a $1500 markup. Ive got one on order in Utah at MSRP, so Ill just wait for that rather than pay these outrageous markups.

I purchased a brand new 2022 Kia Carnival from Towbin Kia a few weeks ago. The test drive was fine and even the dealing was alright. The waiting was horrible. We waited 4 hours to meet with finance to get everything taken care of and during that time not one of the employees we were working with apprised us of what was going on, how long it would take, or even just checked on us. Fine. We bought the car, whatever. Fast forward to today. I am STILL waiting on them to mail the details of the purchase to the DMV so I can register my vehicle. My temporary registration expired two days ago and Ive phoned them too many times to count. After several calls, I was told the paperwork would be overnighted Tuesday so I could register it Wednesday. Yeah, that didnt happen. So I called again. I was put on hold for more than 15 minutes before hanging up the first time, got voicemail for someone after being transferred around the 2nd time, and spoke to someone the 3rd time who was going to check things out. Today, I received a call from that someone and was told THEY NEVER ACTUALLY SENT THE PAPERWORK. Not only that, it isnt completed and cant be sent out. The earliest they can send it out will be tomorrow, which means I cant drive my vehicle until at least Monday. I said that was unacceptable and was told that they were going to see if they could get it out today and would call me back at 11 a.m. Well, guess what? Its 2:23 and I still havent heard anything.If youre looking for a dealer who will be with you until you commit to buying a car, Towbin KIA is for you. 5 stars. However, if you want to be treated well after that commitment, look elsewhere.

I went into the dealership looking for a lease. I had already done some research online and a new KIA Sportage was appealing, but I wanted to see one in person. Rameen was the sales person who met me at the front after I saw a vehicle on the lot that met my needs. The process to lease went fairly smoothly (lots of paperwork, but that how it goes). I like the car and Rameen was a great help in my selection.

This is by far the best experience Ive had with a service department. This was one of three trips I had to make. First was an oil change and a fix with steering was done, hours faster than predicted. Along with this a special part was ordered because a replacement was needed. The second trip the part was attempted to be installed only to find out it was the wrong model. No fault of theirs the service department promised that the correct part would be there and they would be ready to install the correct one first thing in the morning. They were true to their word and even better than their word. Joe was the service representative who worked with me and he is a perfect example of how service should be. Five stars to the shop for the good efficient work they did and five stars to Joe for going above and beyond.

While the people are polite, but the experience is extremely frustrating. They add a bunch of fake extra fees, theyll lie to get you into the dealership, and they dont negotiate in good faith. They get you to come in with an attractive internet price, then add a bunch of mandatory fees where your out the door price on a new Forte is $5000+ more than the internet price. While doc fees, taxes, and title are normal fees every dealership adds. Theyll tack on another $2000-3000 of fees (poly steel, red alert, gps, nitrogen, etc.) and insist those fees are mandatory and everyone in the state charges them. After visiting other dealerships, I can in fact say, most dealerships dont charge these fees. After I secured a better quote from a competing brand, the salesman called me and gave me his word that he will beat the offer I had and asked me to come into the dealership. When I came into the dealership again, we spent 30+ minutes negotiating price on a new car when the salesman casually mentions its a brand new car thats been sitting in the lot for a while. I had to clarify what that meant and only then did I discover they were trying to sell me a demo car with 4000 miles on it. A new demo car with 4000 miles on it is not the same as a new car with 3 miles on it. Seems like they were trying to pull a fast one on me and negotiating in bad faith. They proceeded to make me an offer for a real new car that was $2000 higher than the offer they promised to beat (and $1000 higher than their quote on my previous visit). While some of this is sales gamesmanship that works for unformed buyers, but this is above and beyond, its an incredible waste of time for everyone.

The sales staff was EXCELLENT. Rameen was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, as was Aaron. The dealership was neat, clean, and somewhat well organized. The reason for being just somewhat organized is that when I drove 80 miles over to see the Kia Soul, #783915, found out the photo on the internet was for a different more expensive model......and understand mistakes can be made.The real issue I have with the Western Dealerships, Towbin included (A West Coast Thing I guess), is all the ridiculous priced Dealer Options added to the vehicles which I did not need, or want, and had to haggle over to get the price of the car reduced......A waste of my time and yours. THAT BEING SAID, YES WE LOVE THE CHOICE WE MADE, BUYING A NEW SOUL for a secondary car.

3 stars for the cleanup i came in with a credit union approval. She greeted me and still tried to run my credit. Long story short she blew me off completely. The guy that sold us last time I was there 3 weeks ago called and cleaned up her mess. A little customer service and courtesy goes a long way
