I called to have my stereo in my truck looked at. I made an appointment for 3 pm. Showed up and had two employees open the door for me. I walked in and there was two more employees working on a project in the lobby. I walked around and looked at everything in the lobby waiting for some help. That never happened. The employees that opened the door for me came in and walked right past me. One answered a phone while the other went in the back. I was completely ignored. I expected someone to ask if I needed anything. Completely ignored. This is not a company I would ever give my money to. Went to CAR AUDIO SOLITIONS. They fixed my problem by 5pm. Not only did you guys ignore me but you wanted to charge me 180$ for a diagnosis in which the money would go to parts and labor. My problem was fixed for 150$ at car audio solutions and they did a good job and had me in and out in an hour and a half. I care about customer service. I did not get any here....just on the phone were they kind. I have a custom truck and car. I will never let these people touch my stuff. They walked around trying to be cool but forgot how to be kind and helpful. Go somewhere else.

In and out for replacement headlights. Theyre also affordable in the cost department. Will be going back to get some more work done in the near future.

The guys here are more than helpful. I randomly found them through a google search and from the moment I walked in, they were super nice, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I really appreciate how they explain the process of what they do, so that you have a full understanding and theyll even bring you back to show you as well. I have already gotten LED kit headlights and fog lights done, as well as upgraded my exhaust. Id highly recommend this place to anyone and I know they will see more business from me.

I’m not going to sugar coat this review, I’m going to be real! How does a company truly get 5 stars, this is how!We started off with a great consult for service and an amazing quote and timeline so we went with them instantly. Well there were some hiccups along the way. That if not handled correctly this could be a whole different review. Not only was it handled correctly it was rectified way beyond my expectations! How does a company with a hiccup in service still get 5 stars you ask? Well it’s how you handle that hiccup that matters. It’s easy to give a great review for a seamless interaction with a company but the true test of a company’s success and value is what they do when faced with a challenge. Challenges and hiccups happen we read about it in bad reviews all the time and it’s because they don’t know how to properly and professionally rectify the situation. I’m here to tell you never ever has a company ever ever went above and beyond to make the situation better! Ever! I won’t bore you with what the issue was but I’ll tell you in the end it was like it never happened! Service and costumer service was excellent. Bravo well done to the owner and management for knowing how to make the bad so insignificant like it never happened! Truly a great company and they stand behind their service and we will be going back in the future!!! Costumer service sometimes is missing that personal touch it use to have but not here! Thank you to the entire team that worked on our project to make our dreams and visions a reality.
