Its obvious he is an asset to this location and represents the company on a level that exceeds in EVERY way possible! Mostly out of stock and poor choices available. Minimally educated staff. Plus and this is petty but it smells weird in that store. Not food or chemical, more like mothball and retirement home.
The gentlemen here always go out of their way to provide excellent service. They are knowledgeable, kind, respectful. Store is always clean. Best location I have found for MetroPCS in the last 2 years.

Sales associates lie to your face, they will tell you anything to have you sign a contract. I never been treated so unfairly in my life, they verbally offer to trade a phone for another of equal value within 6 days and then when you bring it back 3 days later they say they never said that or agreed to it while laughing in your face. So disappointed with this company That they allow there worker Norma to disrespect and discriminate towards customers, because of the way she is treating customers I no longer am staying with metro . I am switching over to at&t because customer service is everything. I would rather pay a couple bucks more for better customer service and better signal.
Wish I could leave no stars !! Came to this place just to get a sim swap, the Representative by the name of Norma was extremely rude !! First lying by saying that a unlocked phone would not work on the network unless it was from them . She was clearly trying to get sale . And then tried to charge $36.00 for a SIM card !! Call corporate and they did everything for free. DO NOT COME HERE !!

Bad place to buy cell phones. Customer service is non existent. Make sure you read through the paperwork they provide! They say they will refund your money in 7 days but my brother purchased a phone and it stopped working in 6. He went back and they told him too bad. I spoke to the sales person and she stated that MetroPcs would take the device back in 7 days but if it is an upgrade then MetroPcs wouldnt take the device back even if defective. My brother has a warranty that he is paying for as well. The device should come with an implied manufactures 1 year warranty. No manager onsite! I guess the managers name is Obed but never spoke to him not expecting Metro PCS to resolve this issue because it seems like this is how they do business. The person did not look at device but said if the battery is bad then it isnt covered. Really after 6 days! Well I see how you guys do business glad I was smart enough to stay clear of Metro PCS.

Upset with how easy it was for someone to take me off my account and make them the account holder, this was done over the phone. So when I went into the store I was unable to access my own account.

They never answer their phone and Ive been to their location before. Its never crowded to the point of not being able to answer the phone. Phone insurance is a rip off. They make you pay a fee every month only to tell you you cant use it more than once in a year period, and the worst part is they dont specify that when they try to get you to sign up for the insurance. Pathetic.
I got a great Samsung phone and great service. I very happy with Metro PCs. The only problem Ive had is getting through on the phone because they get so busy.
Ive had good experiences with this place and staff, my only issue is they never answer their phone unless the number online is wrong. Doesnt even go to voice mail.
The worst customer service ever. When I got there the lady who attempted to help me was outside smoking a cigarette, she had a very bad disposition because she had to end her smoke session to help me out, I ask about tracking a phone that was lost, her response was out of line and extremely rude she argued with me for 5 minutes, she had no information for me, she continued to have a complete unprofessional attitude, by far this is the worst person there, it was so bad I have reported it to there coperate office. I will never go there again. I was there at 10 am on Oct 4, I hope management looks into this.
Absolutely horrible experience. Again. Every time I go in there the customer service is horrible. Then they try and get one over on me and charge me double for my phone bill. This has happened twice now. I go to the metro pcs main office on Tropicana on Nellis and they charge me my normal price with an extra 5 dollar fee if i am late so I can get my full 30 days of service. The one on boulder and major says that because I am late it is an extra 30 dollars. Do NOT do buissness here. This has happened to me more than once and to more than just myself. To top that off. I tried to get my phone plan switched over to my galaxy s6 edge plus. They had tried to tell me that my phone has been lost or stolen. Which is 100% incorrect. I got my phone brand new from t-mobile. It is completely paid off. I personally had the service it was on canceled to do outrageous monthly payments and false over charges. This metro store is nothing but a joke. I will in fact be filing a report against them
Went here about a week ago for my daughter to get a new phone that went ok. Then I asked about a feature they offered on my phone which is called NAME ID. I told them I subscribed to it and pay the $2.00 a month but does not work when I get a call it doea not tell me who is calling and it say my subscription is not active. They tell me it only to block phone calls you dont want, I told her no its suppose to tell you the name of the caller she told me I was wrong that its just to block callers. Then why is it called name id? The she proceeded to tell another customer that his sd card was just to store his pictures and contacts on that he can not add any apps to the sd card. If you are going to have people work for your company they should at least know how the products work!

Im extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at your store located 502 S. Boulder hwy in Henderson NV. I went in there this morning, and the two girls you have working there seemed as if they had just woken up 5 mins ago, and didnt feel like being at work. There was 2 people ahead of me being waited on, and one of the guest was told to have a seat and she would call him back up when she was ready for him. 25 or so mins later, while other guest are coming inside store, and a few leaving after seeing no one was getting any help. I said something to the fact, I cant believe its taking this long, and one of the girls asked me if I was there to pay a bill, I replied no, I wanted to switch phones. She then takes the two guest that came in after me to let them pay their bill, while myself, and her very first guest are still waiting. Your other employee is still walking around slowly helping her first guest. Its now over 30 mins, so I leave, and open up a brand new account with another provider, because there customer service was excellent. I was greeted when entering the store. The lights where bright, not dimmed so the employees eyes didnt get hurt because they just woken up, friendly, clean, upbeat, good energy. Everything Metropcs didnt have. I will now end my service with Metro, and its sad, I really liked your prices, but Im willing to pay more money with another provider, if I receive excellent customer service. You might want to go through some training with your staff, so that you dont loose anymore customers.

Very helpful when I come in with a problem using my phone. Usually simple solve & they explain carefully what I need to do.
After having this service for 5 months, the phone started acting up - messages were coming in 12 to 24 hours later, and then it would just randomly change settings that I didnt even know it had. This phone was seriously possessed, and after visiting the local store several times and calling customer service NUMEROUS times, they still couldnt figure out what was wrong, when all they could have done was GIVE ME A NEW PHONE! This was a previously owned phone and obviously had a bug. This phone ruined my relationship and was interfering with my life. What a horrible experience - and to top it off, trying to switch to a different service I am told I need to purchase another phone! You have got to be kidding me~ I just bought THIS one! What kind of racket is this. I am stuck with a possessed phone that does what it wants, and I dont get my messages until my phone feels like it wants to send them to me.

Service is very lacking. They dont show you anything and unless you specifically ask a question, total silence. If you ask about a phone they read the card next to it for you (If you cant read or see, I suppose that would be helpful). I always have that dreaded feeling when I have to go in there.
Its a little unsettling how a person spends so much time trying to figure situations out on their phones. And plans. Norma was no type of help. I wouldnt recommend this establishment for anyone to just walk in and wasite their time like I have.
