This was one of the dirtiest Thortons I have ever stepped foot in. The floors needed mopped badly. No clue how long it had been since the bathrooms had been cleaned. The lid holders for fountain drinks, I didnt even want to touch, ½ of the covers were broken and they needed stocked.

The employees at this location are never friendly or personable. The price for unleaded gas today says $9.99 on both sides. This is RIGHT NOW 11/26/2020 at 2:25pm CST. LOL

Never heard of them until a friend from work recommended them. Their work was excellent and had me done in a little over an hour. It was driver and passenger side windows. Rear and brow on front window. Awesome job by the guys!

Was here on Christmas. Now I understand it was Christmas, and who wants to be working on Christmas? However, the clerk was very short and unresponsive with my wife and I. As soon as we moved on the customer behind us got a very friendly Hello. And overall friendly service. Not sure why we were treated that way when other people were being treated friendly.

A really good gas station, I have never had any problems here. They have a lot to choose from, from snacks to food and a lot more. Be sure to get a Thorntons card, it will save money on gas every time you go there and its free to get!

Terrible experience, Id give this place a **0** if I could.. . Ive been in some bad gas stations but none as bad as this.. bathrooms not clean, grateful they had toilet paper though. Pumps didnt work as they should. Card was accepted but no gas was actually pumped(yay now I get to worry about duplicate charges the next few days.. just what I needed to wrap up a family vacation!). Also, no coffee. Staff wasnt very helpful.. kept trying to get their attention when they werent busy but we were ignored (2 people but only 1 working the register.. the other a bit skittish and avoided me&my mom)... Since this was our only stop, we desperately wanted some so I made it. Parking and getting out or the pumps were a tight fit.. Do NOT stop here unless you are paying cash for the fuel and not getting anything else. If going for fuel, park next to an exit if you can...

Great store and employees. Wish they had more fresh food items more often throughout the day. Always clean and stocked (except for the fresh items) and love the fountain drinks!

Everything is stocked and staff is excellent. Temperatures was perfect.

Its a gas station. Not very fast service and they take their time. Does make sure things are fully stocked.

Clean and customer service is good. Parking lot and area around pumps is to small and really have to be careful so you dont hit anything or get hit.

Friendly people most of the time & like their rewards program, you but 9 drinks get 10th free. You get .03 off gas & twice a week you get .06 off gas. They have other rewards as well where you buy 9 get 10th free, just depends on what they have going that month. When you get a chance stop by & sign up for their refreshing rewards program.

I usually always stop here on my way down south to get gas. They always have the cheapest gas in this city which is why I always stop here before trips. The only problem is sometimes its hard to get out of the gas station due to traffic and what not. The staff here have always been nice and never really had any problems when I come through. They are usually always pretty busy at least everytime that I have passed through. So only a couple times I actually had to wait for a pump to open up. I would recommend getting a thortons card because it can save you 3 cents a gallon each time. They also have a fountain drink deal with this card as well as other deals which has been worth it!

Its Thorntons, so not a lot to report. It is easier to get in and out of this one than the one further in town. Always seems to be busy, probably because its right on the highway.

Just stopped to fuel up. Swiped card, kept say one moment after few minutes I went inside to ask for assistance. I explained to the cashier(Erica) what the pump was doing. Her response was I dont whats wrong with it. So I replied with ok I will hang it up and start over. It worked! I didnt see any signage for Power Ball. I went in and asked Erica if they sold Power Ball tickets. She rolls her eyes at me and says well yes I said ok I would like a Power Ball ticket with power number. Erica says cash only, you cant pay with a credit card. Ok where did this come from? I dont have a credit in my hand. Thats ok Erica, I am good, I wìll take my business somewhere else. We do business ALL the time with Thorntons in Indiana, and have everytime we travel through Henderson. Thorntons has gone the last of our business! Erica, I have been in management from group homes, Caseys General Stores, to the VA. Believe me, if you were working for me, and you rolled your eyes at my customers with your attitude, you would not be a employee of mine.

The two stars are for selection of items inside. It loses stars because they are known to jump their gas prices by up to 40¢ at a time. You can pass it in the morning, and by the afternoon they have jacked it up. Whats worse is that practically every other gas station in the area follows suit for some inexplicable reason.
