If you are looking to get results of a Covid test in order to travel back to Canada or another destination do not use this location! Pay the money and get itDone right. This location is just cashing in on administering the free test and collecting from the government. We spent $100 on a taxi to this location and went through the drive-through at 2pm on Saturday for the self administered Covid test. We placed our results into the mailbox and were advised we would have the results within 1 to 2 days. We were told the weekend wasn’t an issue. Our flight was scheduled to leave Monday at 2pm. It came as quite a disappointment that when we arrived at the airport we still had not received our results. We had to rebook our flight and book into another hotel as we could not board our flight without these results. Our flight was then scheduled to depart Tuesday at 1 PM. By the time 9 AM rolled around and we still did not have any test results from CVS we took another taxi to a local clinic and paid $250 USD and had the results within an hour. As suspected once we returned home the very next day the results came in from CVS. Full 5 day turnaround which is completely useless to a traveler since the test must be taken within a 72 hour window. Shoved a q-tip into my sinus cavity for a cheap thrill. Thanks for wasting our time and wasting our money. Save yourself Money and the headache and get it done efficiently at a clinic with guaranteed result window. Avoid this location!!!!
Kept asking me to cancel and rebook a COVID test. Wow. Went back to the sunset and sandhill location. In and out like perfection. This location is now on my avoid list. Should be on yours too
Terrible!!! Im here at this CVS. Its 8:47 and the drive thru recording says its closed. Ridiculous. Online says theyre open till 9pm and i need my meds. I called while I was waiting at the drive-through and the woman inside the store says yes its been like that online incorrectly for some time now. And nobody has changed it? !? This is terrible customer service and they really need to update their hours because peoples medication is no joke. This isnt a grocery store or something where you can easily go to another store to get what you need. My meds are inside their closed early doors and i cant get to them!!! These are meds that help keep us healthy and are not accessible to us at the time CVS said they would be. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Apparently they close at 8:00 p.m. on weekdays and 5:00 p.m. on weekends. That is insane! If my insurance didnt say I have to come to this pharmacy I wouldnt.
My prescription was called in at 10:00am still not ready 6 hours later and she has the nerve to get smart terrible customer service
Ive been using this CVS location for about 4 years. The women who work up front are kind, friendly and compassionate. Ive had nothing but positive experiences at this location. Ive also seen them handle difficult customer interactions with patience and poise. Keep up the great work ladies, your community appreciates you and all of your hard work. ❤
I attempted unsuccessfully to pickup a prescription and watched the manager of the pharmacy organize and sort thro the meds without a mask on. People who are picking up meds are the most high risk and need to be more protected then anyone else.
The pharmacist and the techs are wonderful, personable and, thoughtful but you have to wait far too long to get your prescription filled. And when you pick them up you end up waiting more. On average I wait about 20-30 min every time I pick a prescription up. I wish they would give the pharmacy more staff! The employees deserve the help
Typical Drugstore
Nice staff, most of my familys prescriptions are filled quickly!
Pharmacist Heidi is the best. Thank you for pick up @ window.I am sick, I dont want to get anyone else ill either. Called pharmacy for pick up of my perscription.. and asked if she could also get a nyquil dayqil for me. It really was kind and I thank you for the extra care, thank you Heidi!
This place is a disgrace - I hope they close down. They close by 8pm on weekdays, so I had my script sent to Walgreens. Well go to Walgreens, CVS billed my insurance so could get my script filled even though cvs order was cancelled. I spent all day, and tried to have my insurance call cvs to reverse the charge to I could pick my medication up. I had to go in person to get an answer, and what’s worse, is they pharmacist at cvs billed my insurance in the morning, and never filled the script. I’ve been here over 45 minutes and still waiting for my prescriptions. I’m extremely sick - this experience is shameful. Never again will I come here. Billing insurance and failing to produce services billed for is fraud.
This is the worst pharmacy in the city. It often takes more than one try for my doctor to get a prescription to take with their computer. Theres often 4 people behind the counter but no body to help the pick up. They close at 8 even though the store closes at 9. It took two days after they got my prescription to fill it. So if you have any life threatening medications you should just take it to Walmart
Excellent service, Extra special shootout to Manny, you saved the day for us!!
They didnt have the medication I needed before a procedure and didnt even tell me.. I called because it had been two days and I havent heard anything. Good thing I did, had to go to another pharmacy.. and 2 days before they left me at the window for 20 minutes because they forgot. Haha
Very attentive and knowledgeable front staff!Always greeted with a friendly hello!A pleasure to shop in this CVS!
Farah, in the pharmacy, should be FIRED! I was unbelievably ill, had three new prescriptions, and they all had difficult directions. I asked for a consultation and ended up with Pharmacist Ratched. She practically threw one of the medicines at me. When I explained these were all new, and difficult to take she said I should read the directions, and that she had two doctors on the phone waiting for her and she was busy. Unreal. So unprofessional. I had to drive to another CVS where they patiently explained how to properly take these medications.Farah, give it up. Go work at Dairy Queen if youre going to be such a nasty #####.
This used to be the only CVS I would use. However, the service now resembles the old Thrifty Drugstore level of service. The staff is nice. But, sick people should not be told to wait in a line when waiting for their medicine. Staff appears over worked, which is probably because CVS Pharmacy is always under staffed (all locations).
I don’t understand how a place can keep you on hold for 40 minutes plus to check a prescription status. Absolutely ridiculous.
Awesome place
The pharmacy here is no good. Try another pharmacy
Always friendly and helpful.Thank you CVS!
The worst customer service I think I have ever experienced.
👌
Agreed, pharmacy here is no good.
Waiting in line now in thedrive-thru at least half an hour with only 2 cars ahead of me and the line has not moved at all 👿
