I love shopping at Ulta, but what I don’t like is people following me around and eye balling me as if I am stealing. I went to pickup my online order, walked around to see what else to buy, while looking at the Korean skin care line . I noticed I was being followed and watched . I myself use to work for Ulta so I know how they guest service the “suspicious” customers.I had one associate on my left asking me if I’m doing okay while on my right another associate was pretending to front face the isles and looking at me to see if I was going to put something in my pickup order bag. I was so uncomfortable and annoyed, I felt embarrassed. I grabbed my items, paid for it and left. If it really made the Staff uncomfortable that I was walking around with my already purchased items in my Ulta bag, they should’ve told me to leave my bag upfront, which I did ask if it was OK, if I can still shop after picking up my order, which the lady said yes

When I shop at other locations the service is always bad. This location went above and beyond the acknowledge me and make sure I found everything okay. They made me feel welcomed and everyone was super friendly. I live across town but I will most likely come back here to shop for the excellent customer service.

I had my hair dyed at this location and it was a wonderful experience. My only issue with this was the additional cost I was not aware of. For new clients, this information should be given!

Manager is rude and presumptuous. I was out shopping and thought I might get some cologne. She greeted me, and watched over me like I did something. I dont spend my money in places where I am judged and watched over, like Im some sort of criminal. I have plenty of money to spend, but it sure wont be there.

So its been a while since Ive been here since before the pandemic and went in there and people are still so lovely everything was ready I did a pickup order and the lady was at the door without walking in it was so crazy definitely recommend

Termination based on the way that I am., I was just nicely say so I had to do with my race. I address this with the managers meeting that’s understand what I was talking about.It just adds to the reputation of Ulta for not having inclusion Or policies in place to deal with situations like that. Never seen a person of any color working at an ulta, specifically this one.I asked the manager why policies they have when a cashier treats a customer differently based on the way that they look and she told me that they treat customers equally across the board (avoiding the issue at hand) and she did not understand what I was talking about in regards to discrimination policies.The store needs a training entirely from the management to the floor employees in regards to discrimination.

The indifferent employees in the front of the store gave me the wrong information at first but thankfully I asked Keanna.Keanna the lead cashier went above and beyond during my shopping experience at Ulta. Because of her, l’ll be coming back to get some hair products at the upcoming sale as well.

Very unhappy with service here!Went in to buy a gift card, picked up a five dollar clearance headband, which was the only one that didn’t happen to have a tag on it!It was sitting with all the other headbands but apparently if it doesn’t have a tag on it they won’t sell it ! so be careful if you pick up anything in the store without a tag it obviously can’t be sold!!!The Company needs to re-evaluate their customer policy !! Left without buying the gift card and won’t go back again!There’s far too many places to go to that treat you much better!!

Its a nice ulta store. Managed to get help without even asking. Clean, organized, and easy to locate what I needed.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I went to pick up a few things. I asked Hannah (employee @ ulta) what concealer shade would best fit me. And she let out the most bothered tone and rude face. Her face was flustered in annoyance, as she rolled her eyes. I don’t understand what I did wrong as I was only trying to ask for an her best opinion, as a knowledgeable makeup enthusiast since she works at a beauty/makeup store. I don’t understand what bothered her so much. But I definitely exited the door confused and shook. I was not rude. She was giggling and laughing with a previous customer but when I came along she was completely different person. I feel so uncomfortable, I’m not going back that’s for sure.

I was in the store on JAN 2 @ 5:00pm.When I walked in I was greeted and ask what I was in for, I explained I was looking for a eye shadow. The lady asked another lady to help me, so i explained to her and she takes me over to the pallets of lots of colors I told her I did not need that many, she ask me what kind of makeup I used I told her and she to me over showed me the colors I keep asking her what colors would go good with my eyes. Her response was any if them and handed me a color I choose, and walked away.I was alittle mad. I continued to look around. Went to check out asked for a manager, the girl came up I explain and she said she was sorry but this was her last day there. I just said this was not the service of expected and no one tried to upset me which I all buy.I will not go back to that store.

Took my mom to get her eyebrows done here. Somehow they cut into the bottom of her eyebrows and now there are scars?? Definitely not the place to go. Use your money elsewhere!

They need to trained better their employees!!!I was picking up some foundation for my kit . This lady came up to me asking if I need help. I said No thanks I am doing good . She saw what colors I had and came up to me assuring those colors werent definitely for me ! Demanding C is for cool and cool tones where all pink undertone . (Lady, first learn the basics and then you can demand what colors I can buy) Instead of helping me she made my experience there awful and stressful . She was the one wrong, besides all the foundation I had picked weren’t for my skin tone it was for my clientele. Even the cashier After checking out, I said thank you and she did not reply ; No manners at all with their employees on this store .

It had a chair for me to sit in while my girlfriend spent an eternity here. The chair gets 5 stars. There should always be a chair.

Worst experience at an Ulta ever.Came to this location once to pick up a drive thru and talked to one of the sale rep that my birthday was in November but am I able to still get the birthday gift. She said it was fine as long as I had an email from Ulta updating my birthday because for the longest time it was put as January 1. Finally had it update and received an email with the $10 coupon code and birthday code to redeem in store. Went to this same location and another rep said “We were open in November so we cannot give it to you.” Did she need me to give her a reason why I could not pick it up in November. Maybe they should have a code like Sephora to add the gift to the cart online. Very rude and did not even care to look at my email that Ulta customer service sent. Last year when I was not in Platinum and redeemed my birthday gift at another location, the rep just give it to me because they saw my birthday was incorrect compare to my ID and told me to call and correct it. The email was the same person that updated my birthday to November even though it is December she did not tell me to not go and redeem it. Super unpleasant experience and will never return to this location!

The manager Lindsey V. in their salon is amazing! She is super skilled and works quick but meticulously! This is my second time going to her and Ill be returning again and again. I love my highlights and she blended them beautifully with low lights. On top of her expertise, she is personable and friendly. I was impressed with how she transformed my hair. Thank you Lindsey!

I went to Ulta for a makeup tutorial; I wanted someone to apply makeup to my face so that I could see how to do it myself. I explained that to them. I had never done this before, so I was not prepared to have the woman who did my face just go ahead and throw foundation and concealer on me, with a bit of highlighter. She held up the mirror and I looked dead...thats right. My face was chalk white. There had also been no explanation of what she was doing, and there was NO CONTOURING or blush or anything that would make me look anything but covered in white foundation. I was too inexperienced with this to squeak up about it, so I left, pleasantly, paid for my tutorial with a generous tip, and bought some foundation (I chose one slightly darker than the one used). This was not a professional makeup session. I look way better the way I am doing it myself already at home with my own products. I wanted an improvement and more than just the simple look I give myself. I explained to the makeup person that I am going to be doing some online presence work and need to look very polished. This makeup makeover was nothing like that. It was, frankly, a complete bust. I will never recommend Ulta for a makeup session to anyone.

I ended up buying a couple things, it was my first time in an Ulta, the cashier was super sweet. However, I asked one of the workers on the floor if they carried a certain brand, I got a bit of attitude, like I shouldve known better. Other than that, It was an okay experience.

I were to this location today to get a deep conditioning, the girl that did it was awful, she was in a hurry, did not go the extra mile did not even suggest any products to get to further repair my hair, as I am big on customer service, she did not get a tip. I thought I would try this location cause it’s closer to my home, but I am definitely going back to the Silverado location, what she did I could have done at home. I would not suggest this salon to anyone.

I called the store on Stephanie St. in Henderson, NV to see if they had an item in stock. I told the clerk my name and I asked her for her name. She refused to tell me and curtly asked me what I wanted. I was disappointed that the item was not in-stock and the clerk seemed bothered by the entire phone call. Customer service is not strong in this person. Being polite may not be in her wheelhouse.

The employees could be more knowledgeable about makeup in general, but they were able to help me navigate the store and mostly find what I was looking for. They are really friendly, but follow you around too much and/or check in on you too much. This is my go to place for makeup, and I guess killing you with kindness is better than ignoring you so Im not too bothered by it.

The customer service was terrible. There was an offer for a free bag with the purchase of a fragrance of $50 or more and the cashier named Briana was very rude and all out not helpful.

When I arrived at Ulta the signs were not clear about where to park. So I pulled in and called I was put on hold twice then the woman said theyd be out in a few minutes. I waited for ten minutes then walked in front of the store (approximately fifteen feet from the entrance) this older red haired employee came out and YELLED at me to back up twice before I could even move even further away. She asked my name and I said I had been waiting for a few minutes she told me I hung up on the employee on the phone, I politely said no I didnt she confirmed my order and said it would be right out and she said no you hung up. I completely understand the extra precautions with Covid but this woman clearly shouldnt be interacting with customers if she is going to be that rude. It was shocking. I will never go to this Ulta again.

Great store and service and a great selection of products..the coupon in Sundays paper was also amazing...20% off purchase..saved me a lot..also rewards program is good and additional free items with certain items is nice also.. The lack of customer service here is astounding. If you want to walk into the store where no one says hello or looks your way, then you have found your store. The staff is either difficult to find or completely engrossed with each other. This happens every single time I have gone in - the location is convenient for me - every couple of months. The girls in the salon are nice when you have an appointment and the front desk girls are kind when you are right in front of them checking out.

I went to go pick up my stuff just PICK UP and the lady that was by the door didn’t let me in she said I had to wait until tomorrow but she let another lady go in to pick up her stuff. She was very very rude. I don’t understand.Please talk to your employee she’s very rude and screaming at me that it’s close but she let another person in?!

Horrible experience. if i could give it 0 starts I would. No one even helps you. We had to go look for someone who would help us and that took about 10 minutes. I was not even able to get a sample of the foundation I wanted to try. I was told it was not something they do, even tho I was given one in another store. Save yourself the trouble and don’t come to this store.

Great deals but no one was willing to help my mother and I shop. We werent engaged and I had to go to the counter several times to ask questions on a product. Not exactly wheelchair friendly.

I travel a lot and ULTA is my go to place for picking up the essentials and this location has some of the friendliest and most helpful staff Ive ever encountered.

No one walking floor to help. Had to go to the register to ask. It would be nice if stores with stop cutting corners I lack of help. The girls were very nice but I had to go find someone at the register.

We went there about 2 weeks before Christmas, so it was very busy. The store was as clean as should be expected, and the staff on the floor were very busy. They had most of what we wanted, and the prices were comparable to other similar places. My wife loves make up, so she was just happy to be there.Unfortunately, our check out clerk was very rude. After watching her smile and joke with the customer in front of us, she was cold and dismissive towards us. She didnt ask how or shopping went or if we needed anything else. She took the items, scanned them, and told us the total. No holiday wishes or even a thank you when we were done.Ive gone back over the interaction several times trying to understand why we were treated differently. I cant figure it out. We werent having a side conversation or on our phones. We smiled. I dont know. Regardless, Im done worrying about it. It wasnt so bad that Im willing to say well never return, but well definitely be more likely to shop at other places going forward.

Ivan was at the end of his day and he agreed to stay and give me a much needed haircut. I had never used the salon services before. He has gained a new customer because he stayed and because he did an awesome job.

Easy to navigate. Cleaner that a lot of other stores which is a plus. Not a lot of help outside of prestige in front so a bit frustrating. The cashiers while nice dont know the difference between promo pricing and clearance (at least the 2 tonight didnt).Ill be back because its convenient and i like the selection.

I have never been to a store where I have been mistreated, but everytime I go to an Ulta either at this location or the one on Eastern I never seem to find anyone to help, the staff is rude and the staff will also follow you. I heard many stories from different people as well as family members that state they get followed around too. Also was told a certain item had never been in stock, even though it is on the Ulta website as well as having the item from a previous purchase. I saw two cashiers one completely ignored me and the other who rung me up seemed to have an attitude, which was strange because the previous person she rung up, the cashier was very nice to her. After finding out online about Ulta history and comparing with mine. I will never shop here again.

Love this place

I was greeted by Keyana. After I was struggling with finding the right products that I was in need of. She was very quick and knowledgeable to help. Not really a fan of make-up shopping. Having said that, she made the ULTA experience a great one. All around customer service was excellent. What a great person to have on your team. Will definitely be returning!

One of the nicer Ultas Ive been to. The staff is fantastic! I dont remember the ladys name who helped me but for every question I had, she had a knowlegable answer. She took the time to help me find the products I needed. The checkout employee was amazing. She reminded me of points that helped me save $30! Clearly, no one had told me I had them since I racked up enough points to save me that much money. Very helpful. Nicely laid out. Had what I needed and well stocked. Highly recommend.

Gift card and some other comfort items for my wife. They always have a line to check out in this store. The end result is a very friendly cashier. So its worth the visit.

Went for my teen daughters 14 th bday, used an old hundred dollar bill and felt embarrassed and told wasn’t gonna accept it because of the marker “didn’t look right?”after scribbling all over it, no other test justed asked where I got it, and told “couldn’t accept it”, soo walked all the way to Nordstrom s rack they put it through the machine and IT WAS GOOD. Get a bill scanner instead Of embarrassing and turning away good customers.

Called ahead of visit, and asked for a specific item, was told they were out, but had plenty of the female version, so I bought it at a different ulta store. When I got there for the other items, they had lots of them. Would have liked to have bought it all together. Thats why 4 stars.

Yall had the Air wrap where no one else did. Idk where you got that or what drug deal you made to make it hapoen, but you made my wifes birthday a great one.
