I ordered twelve neon green work shirts. First they put our logo all over the back (which we did not ask for and it looked hideous) and it took a month and a half for that. Then it took another month and a half to get them redone. Very hard to get a response by phone or email. They have been washed twice and have snags all over them and look horrible.

Been outsourcing to these wonderful people for over 5 years. I am also a printer regularly outsourcing certain wholesale print services for them to do. I am located in Las Vegas and do weekly commutes from my FAR South West location to their FAR East location, a 45min drive. Really dont mind the weekly drive because their prices and quality are well worth it. Highly recommended!!!

Placed an order over a month ago. The online status is still showing Awaiting Fulfillment. Tried emailing and calling to get status update. No response. Are they out of business? No way to cancel order.

Placed an order on December 10th its now January 13th (thats 1 month to ship). things come faster from china and they have a shut down boarder. I called multiple times talked to some one initially that said items would ship before Christmas. Never got an exact answer as to when shipping would happen. Its been over a month. We had to leave a voice mail to cancel the order, therefore we had to call and dispute the order with the credit card company.i read bad reviews about this company but thought hey everyone has a bad day or two. looks like its a bad month. save your money use another company.

Only thing better than their customer service is the quality of the product they make.They take real pride in what they do and it shows in their work

I placed a order and the proof came back incorrect. I sent them an email with the change needed. No response. I called and they stated that they will send me a new proof back that same day. I have received nothing. I called multiple time an no one will answer. I wish i would have read the reviews online prior to ordering. So far im out $1000 and no shirts.

This company is amazing! Im so glad I found them. I received the exact safety vests I needed, and for a competitive price. The quality was more than expected! There is a huge selection of safety related items, so this is definitely the place to use if youre in need. Im looking forward to placing my next order.

If I could give this Company 0 stars I would. The customer service is horrific. There is no communication at all. Both orders I made, the wrong items were sent to me. Kris, the csr agent never returns emails or telephone calls. I have been waiting over 30 days now and still have no resolution to the wrong size vests they shipped to me when my order on there website shows the correct merchandise. I ordered Gildan t-shirts, received Jerzees. This is no exaggeration potential customers. I wish I could copy and paste my emails and orders! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
