DO NOT MAKE APPOINTMENT WITH THEM. Made an appointment. The agent said the technician will come after 1 pm. Call at 3pm and another agent said I am the next client and the technician will come in 1 hour. call at 5.30pm. the agent said the technician cannot reach us - we have been waiting in the house for 4.5 hours for nothing. Didnt send a text. We have no missed call, or email. If you make appointment with them, be prepared to waste your time for nothing. Totally unprofessional!

I have not used this service before. But this morning a driver representing this company cut us off while switching freeways. I had my kids in the car and almost rear ended this vehicle. I feel that you should be more courteous and professional while on the road.
