He tells you what you need, the costs involved and the time period needed in order to accomplish the project at hand. And He Follows Up personally to make sure it all comes about as promised. I chose Raynor because there are very few garage door maintenance or installers who have the expertise to work on large RV garages. Rick the technician arrived ahead of schedule, diagnosed what he believed to be the issue and handle the problem in a prompt and efficient manner, Plus everyone I dealt with was just plain nice. I will continue to use them as needed.

Our house in SouthShore was in dire need of tweeking and repair. My garage doors were not working properly. Raynor saved the day. The owner came out personally to access the situation and and had it repaired in no time. He was very frugal with the best way to eliminate the problem. Made sure it was corrected with a follow up check. I would give Raynor more stars if I could. They are the BEST. I have used several other companies over the years and I wish I had known about them sooner. Recommend RAYNOR 100%.
