The lady in the store ordered my teddy bears for me and told me “it takes about 5 days for them to come” she didn’t inform me that I could’ve had them shipped faster I could’ve had them shipped to a different location all she said was they were going to get sent “to my mailbox” and boom here we are two weeks later and no teddy bears. I feel completely miss informed and lied to honestly. These bears mean a lot because they’re memory bears for lost babies😔 and build a bear AND FedEx are playing hot potato with them

I love this store. I only wish they had more clothing options for the bears, seems like the keep less & less variety in house.

What fun, I had no intention of purchasing anything from Build a Bear today. I was drawn in by the Star Wars bears and was captured by Baby Yoda! The staff was super friendly and helpful. I came home with my own Baby Yoda!

Went in for my granddaughters birthday bear. They advertise that it costs $1 for every year. Her $5 bear ended up costing almost $40. You can easily spend much more than that with a regular bear and the signage is very confusing.

So fun here! The workers know how to talk to kids and are so helpful. We had a fun experience.

I built myself a Light Fury. Shes beautiful 😍We came here for my daughters 4th birthday. She got Skye and she absolutely loves her! She also got the jetpack and some pink puppy PJs.My son got Chase and his vest and his backpack. He absolutely loves him!The employees working today were amazing and helpful! Anything we needed, they were right on top of it. They made my daughter feel so special 😊Thank you Build a Bear!

I love this place! The staff was so helpful and friendly with the kids. They walked them through the full process of making a bear. Gave them stickers. I love that they point out sales items.

Everytime I go in to ask about a product the answer is we can order it online. Not very helpful in this store

I wanted to share my experience at one of your locations in Henderson, NV inside the Galleria mall. I went to build a bear in hopes of buying a few bears and placing a device that has my late grandmas voice in it. The first women I talked to was so nice and helpful and I decided to buy the bears unstuffed and come back at a later date to stuff it and place my device in it and that’s when I went to the front to pay and the lead Melissa was there and said “oh you don’t want to get them stuffed?” And I told her oh no I’m gonna come back because I forgot the devices and she asked if they are licensed by build a bear. And I told her no I don’t believe so and she told me that they can’t put anything that’s not build a bear in their bears and I said ohh hold on let me tell you what I have it’s a pre recorded device that has my grandmas voice who just passed away on Tuesday 9/1 and she rudely interrupted me and begun to say they can’t do it. So I told her I’m good then and she sarcastically told me to have a wonderful day, (my grandma just passed away and you’re telling me to have a wonderful day and so mean and sarcastically ?!). I will never buy from this business again and I will discourage all my friends and family from buying from there. I left there so upset, I understand if it’s against policy but she did not have to interrupt me so rudely and after I told her my grandma passed away she tells me to have a wonderful day. I have never left a place feeling like I did yesterday 9/5. I will continue to post this review all over your websites and wherever I can leave a review.

Employee I dealt with was rude and condescending. Said they couldnt stuff a bear because they shut the machine down early (it was 5:30, when the mall closes at 6). Offered dirty display bears that everyone touches or we could buy an empty bear and come back another time. Will be calling corporate to complain.

First time visitors my son and brother had a great experience Building A Bear The Employee Alexis Was Nice And Helpful

Going into the store it was great, the employees and everything. Everything was clean and just great. But it all went downhill once we got to checkout. The employee at the cashier was named Zach, he was disrespectful and didn’t have a good attitude at all. While I understand working at a children’s store can be a quite a lot at least having some energy to just smile would be ok. He didn’t care whatsoever, snatched the bears out of my kids ands slammed the money and bear certificates on the counter. Just absolutely awful and so sad, i’m glad my kids didn’t pick up on his bad vibes or else their day would’ve been ruined, just like how mine is after having that interaction with him. Hope management will do something about this.

Way over crowded when my daughter and I went in September of 2018 it took quite awhile to get through the line. But I suppose that’s because it is a great place, that everyone enjoys. They had a great staff, who even sung happy birthday to my daughter as we were checking out. She still sleeps with her stuffed animal every night, that she got that day. My only suggestion would be have a bit more staff, on the weekends, to get people through the lines quicker. Otherwise awesome place! 🙂🐶

The staff are great, and really feel like they enjoy their jobs. Super helpful and patient. I mean, Ive been to other Build-A-Bears, and theyre always fun and pleasant. But this one in particular is a cut above.

The staff is very attentive and also maintaining social distancing.

Build a bear workshop in the galleria mallAlthough the store is for small children I recently purchased my wife the stuffed Bowser from the Nintendo collection. The staff was very friendly and the product was of great quality. I will return to this location I. The future if I need another custom stuffed animal.Thank you five out of five stars

I havent been here in years, but my daughter wanted to make a bear. The employee that helped my daughter was so nice and really seemed to like her job her name started with a D (Delijah??) The store looked a little run down, but the had a big variety of bears and clothes.

I should own stock in this company...I would make myself rich! My kids love this place and even though they are 16 and 13 we still visit...love the variety and its a great experience for a birthday party too.

Ive never been there. Every day Google asks me to review this place though. Ive walked past it. From the outside it looks great. All the employees look helpful, but like I said Ive never been there. They could be axe murderers for all I know.

I love built the bear but am sorry to have to say some thing like Thais about such a great company but the manager is terribly rude. The staff is pretty nice and you can see they are there to do their job and to try to do a great experience for the kids. But the manager is Super rude has a terrible experience with here and for that reason I will not be returning to this store. Have 2 other friends that have been to that store before and can share similar experience with with that same manager. Managers name is Stephanie terrible person.

Its intresting but a cool place to go too

Falsely advertised a buy one get one free bear. Took my children to this location and asked multiple times which ones were on promotion. Children picked from those and went along with the stuffing, placing of heart, clothing and all that magical stuff. Once that was over the bears were named it was time to ring up. To my amazement it came to around 150. The children had personalized these animals and took the time to name them, there was no going back. Staff refused discount and claimed that it was not part of the promotion. Disappointment.

There was an hour long wait and it was really expensive, but it was worth it. I got a bear with a rainbow tutu and a rainbow heart and I really like the gayness of my bear. This is a good place to shop if you need a gift for your partner. (Especially if they are gay)

Absolutely love this store! The staff is always friendly and give it that magical touch. The store is slightly understaffed on busy weekends but overall is a great place.

Im a mentally an 8yo so I have to go and get a stuffy and time I pass one, the animals are so cute, and I love how you can spoil them with clothes and other furniture, but I always complain about the price and this is no different. But other then the price its a good place

A PERFECT Birthday or Any day gift. My Granddaughter cried when she was able to put the little Heart in, so of course I cried too. So many Bear and outfit choices you cant go wrong ..!

The patience of the manager was fantastic! She took her time with my little! The girl she was training was not going well and she should not be left alone!

The first time my little brother went to get the superman teddy bear, the lady that helped us was very nice and helped us a lot. We went back a few days later, on March 2 around 6:30, to exchange an item that was damaged, and an old lady with glasses, didnt even got to get her name, just threw the items at us and gave us a dirty look. She didnt even asked us if we were okay with the new item. Horrible customer service.

My mom and I have been coming to Build-A-Bear since I was 3 years old (about 15 years ago!) and we enjoy bringing my younger siblings to Build-A-Bear so we are frequent and loyal customers.Over a year ago I bought a Squirtle from the Pokémon collection at this location and I was promised that if I wanted to add any sort of updates to him I could bring him back and they would take care of it for me. Fast forward to a few weeks ago my mom and I were buying a couple bears as Christmas presents for my brother and sister so I asked if I could bring my Squirtle back to have his sound put in him. I was told by an employee at this same location that as long as I still had his original tag I could bring him back and get the factory sound.Today we came back to get the sound with the original tag as well as a couple of outfits for my brother and sisters bears. The sweet worker swipes Squirtles tag on the sound machine and was about to sell the sound to me when the store manager Stephanie approaches and rudely stated that they will not sell me the sound even though I was quoted that they could. She then insist on selling me a recording of the sound which came out grainy, didnt even catch all of the Squirtle sounds and has a random childs voice in the background. The recording ended up costing me more money than the original sound and when Stephanie inserted it in Squirtles hand she carelessly made it so it was poking out and looks tacky. Maybe thats just me being a perfectionist but I am very dissatisfied.This isnt the first run in Ive had with Stephanie and her lack of empathy and custom service. She even had the nerve to point out a past experience I had with her which was inaccurate. She made me feel like Im stupid and tried to make me out to be like Im unreasonable.All I wanted was the factory sound for my Squirtle. I feel that there should be better training because Build-A-Bear prides themselves in great experiences. I work in customer service myself and 90% of the time I root for the employees because theyre just doing their jobs. But in this instance I feel that Stephanie was the one being rude and disrespectful.
