I recently got new hearing aidS from VVP, and have been amazed at the difference in what i have been able to hear. They really are a life changing situation. The staff at the office were very polite and pleasant to deal with. The technology behind these hearing aid is totally incredible. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO HEAR AGAIN!!!

I was looking for a new set of custom molded ear plugs, and found Vegas Valley Hearing. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, got my ear molds made and the doctor was so friendly. If youre looking for custom molds, Id 100% recommend this place!!!

I decided to finally get hearing aids, partly because my insurance covers the test and pays a major portion of the cost for the aids, and because my family was on me all the time for always saying huh. Ashley was great. She identified an unusual loss of hearing on the left side, and recommended seeing an ENT to make sure there was not an underlying medical condition contributing to my hearing loss on the left ear. Tests came back showing no medical abnormalities, so we decide which aids would be best for me. I really appreciated Ashley getting a medical assessment before going forward. Got the hearing aids. Ashley explained how they worked and the features I could control from my phone. Great experience all around so far. Im looking forward to working on getting the most and best performance from my aids with Ashleys help. I enthusiastically recommend Vegas Valley Hearing.

I have been a patient at Vegas Valley Hearing for the past 3 years. The service I receive always meets my expectations. Recently, my hearing aid warranty was due to expire and Ashley sent them back to the manufacturer (one-by-one so that I wasnt with them both at the same time) for a check up prior to expiration. Once returned from the manufacturer I talked to her about difficulty I was having with hearing certain people speak. She recalibrated them with an extra setting option to help with voice recognition due to the muffled voices from mask wearing. She works with my specific hearing needs and offers options to help me hear clearer. Vegas Valley Hearing will continue to be my choice for hearing aids and service.

Everyone at the office was so friendly and considerate, really made me feel at ease. Proper COVID precautions at all times. Results were explained clearly and no attempt to sell anything. Obviously a family operation, and although thoroughly professional we also had time for a nice chat.

Stopped by today for an adjustment to my hearing aids. Ashley was wearing a custom mask with a clear spot in the middle so I could see her lips as she spoke. She ordered them from Etsy so her patients could understand her. Sounds like a small thing, but it meant the world to me. If you want someone who cares, Vegas Valley Hearing is your place.

I owe my life to this place! Audiologist Ashley is amazing and because of her I got good ears aha! Seriously though she takes time to talk to you and help you find the right technology. shes realistic and talks to you without talking down to patients. Good prices compared to most places, well worth a visit.

My last hearing exam was about 20 years ago, so I felt I was about due and asked my doctor for a referral to see an audiologist. I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly to see Marilyn and she proceeded to give me the most thorough hearing exam Ive ever had, and at the completion of her testing, reviewed the results with me and noted that my primary care physician would be copied on the results. I was very happy with how I was treated during my visit, and can highly recommend her. Now that I have a good baseline for my hearing, Ill be returning annually to check for signs of hearing loss as I age.

After being told by the receptionist, Ashley, at this office that I do not need an appointment to get the tube replaced on my hearing, I took a 2 1/2 hour bus ride to be told I need an appointment. The receptionist tried to say I said tip, why would I say tip if I have no tip? She got very loud. Marilyn came out of the back office and got rude with me over her receptionist being loud and rude. Wow. Marilyn did replace the broken tube but would not replace the other one like I asked and she would not change the program on my app that she had me download and told me when i got my hearing aids I did not need an appointment for. Just because I have Medicaid I shouldnt be treated any different. Wait one more thing, I gave her receptionist my new phone number and she didnt even put it in my file until I came into the office. I would say that not doing your job. Patience insurance pay Marilyn, Marilyn pays her receptionist. Maybe Marilyn should listen to patience complaints. I am now going to a different audiologist who shows their patience respect and actually listen to their patience. If you have time to waste and want to get treated poorly because your not rich this is your place. If you want to be treated nice and like your a human then I suggest going somewhere else. Nice the first visit not so nice the second and third. Just my opinion.
