06.16.2021..No inside no street parking. Unloading done in 5 Hrs. Thats why 1 star.. water tap not working in restrrom. Water running continue, need save water.

Appointment was for 4:30 pm. Got here at 3:30pm. Got the green light around 7pm. And it is now past 9pm and i am still waiting for paperwork. Smh. Gonna miss my next pick up.

Takes FOREVER to load/unload your truck. Youre kindly asked to wait if youre early and then, you wait several more hours at the dock. People there could care less about their jobs or any deadline you may have.

Dont Go there is the worst walmart warehouse to delivery, i came here for a 14:45 appointment and was parked in inside from 14:30 when i do my check-in at 14:45 dont have a door for me and other 6 trucks there so we wait about 45 mins in the parking lot is not to long ok ...when they send to the door ok i back in, i got ice Cream so they take about 2 Hrs to start unloading the Trailer ok, and they take about 2 hrs more to finish the load but now in still waiting about One hour and a Half for my paperwork so Guys be prepared to be here around 6 or 7 hrs easily, maybe my paperworks are ready but no body to do my check out

In and out in less than 2 hours. That’s great for a distribution center

They wouldnt let me drop my load yesterday til 4 or 5 hours later said company had to move some mt trl. But I think they didnt have none of the trl. Unloaded. Their garbage in my eyes. Its called a drop and hook. Not drop and wait 4-5 hours til u drop. IDIOTS

Not bad, but not great. Smaller than most walmart DCs so dont be supprised if they tell you theres no room and reschedule you. Maybe call ahead and find out before you get stuck trying to fid a place to take your break.

It’s unreal how nice and professional people here are. I missed my appointment for 1:30hrs cuz my truck broke, the guard gave me the receiving manager phone number. I called him, his name is Adrian, he understood what drivers goes troughs every fing single day and gave me a door. No one on any other Walmart does that. Good for you guys. Thanks really.

Another garbage facility. Run by garbage ppl, no one cares just sliding thru the day with as little effort as possible. Now Im late for my next pu and still waiting on paperwork. Truly one of the worst Walmart facilities Ive been to.

First time at this location. Had a 00:15 am appointment. Arrived at 11:15 pm, got checked in fairly quickly. Given a door right away and had my paperwork dropped off at the office by 11:30 pm. By 12:30 am was driving out the gate and heading for my next delivery. Very fast, very efficient.

Hey maybe you can change. You are still one of the slower DCs in the network but hey this time you only kept me there 3 and a half hours instead of eighteen. This time people were a little friendlier too. Maybe one day you will earn a four star? Thats probably asking too much. Stay predictable my friends and I will be back. Truckers dont like supprises our days are stressful enough.

Had to reschedule delivery, it was late loading.. No problems.. Got in 12:50 to a dock immediately and was out called for paperwork at 16:00... Awesome ....

As of today 05/16/2021, they are running 24 behind, make sure you call before you come here. The load supposed to to deliver on 05/15/2021, they didn’t take because no space and also another 25 trucks got turn around. Finally delivered a day later. All I can say if you can avoid this place is better. One of worse Walmart to deliverAs of 05/22/2021. After a week they are still behind a day. Avoid it if you can. Not a good place to deliver

Rude people. Not driver focused. God forbid you run out of hours because of them, they will bang on your door and tell you to park on the street. Out of hours. The driver facilities are worse than a hole in the wall truck stop. These people dont like us truckers, and treat us like an annoyance.

Receivers are slow. Almost as bad as Walmart in Brundage, Al

First time here. Getting in was alright. Check in is right at the beginning of the docks. Un hook from trailer and check in. I waited about 3 hours for unloading. Rest room is at check in office.

It used to be a normal WalMart ~2 hours unloads. I dont know what happened, but now its a ~6hours unload, if youre lucky. A bunch of trucks got rescheduled for lack of space

Nice restroom upstairs. Easy to dock. Fast paperwork. Friendly staff.

Same as any Walmart don’t come to early and expect to stay late.

The only thing I dont like is that they never have doors available at appointment time but when they put you in a door they get you right out. A bit of parking outside the gate. Washout down the way.

Both associates at the check in guard house were very professional and cordial. Not sure if it was because it is a Friday (payday), but its hit or miss at some Walmart/Sams DCs. You can have some really nice folks or you can have some not so nice folks. I was in and out within 2 hours. I can dig that! First Walmart DC Ive visited to get me in and out within two hours. Greatly appreciated! I arrived at a 1pm out by 3pm! Keep up the good work. Office personnel were just as quick, cordial also.

Friendly and pretty fast even though they was a bit behind they did great.

I don’t have anything bad at all to say about this place. I was in and out in 2 hours. Guard shack was nice people in the building cool. 5 stars for me. Average docking & space for Walmart/Sam’s DC.

I am blown away with the extremely nice associates and management. Very helpful the way Sam Walton would have it to be.

Slow unloading and getting paper work back at times. Ive been here and gotten out in 2 hours and been here and taken 12 hours.

This place is hit or miss. Some days, theyre quick and efficient, others, theyre not and you can easily spend most of your day there. The lighting at the dock doors is terrible and trying to back in at night, in pouring rain, can be challenging, especially since the lines are not easy to see. Bring plenty of food, water, and something to keep you occupied.

Hated it took 40 minutes to check in made me late for my appointment and took 7hrs 56mins to unload their salad mix bags

Long to unload. (Everybody is at dock at 5am, but maybe they start at 7 or 8 and some truckers still there at 9,10 or... 11 am !)

I showed up Saturday at 1:30 p.m. My appointment was 4:45 pm. 3 hours early. I did not get unload until Sunday 7:30 p.m.night.

This location is one of the slowest. You can be late but they can wait 4hr before they start unloading you.

I was a little bit over an hour late due to an appointment error. I thought that I was an hour early according to the information I was given. Instead of taking the load anyway, I had to wait the whole weekend to reschedule the delivery. These people are highly unprofessional and not understanding.

Unbelievably disrespectful and rude. Threatened to tow my truck because I didn’t want to move...I showed up midnight for my 5:45pm load, checked in at 3:00 pm and was told that they wouldn’t take me till 1130 the next day. I decided to do some rollerblading at 630pm and was told to leave so other trucks could park here, and that I wasn’t allowed to skate on the road. Then I asked to be unloaded and was told that I leave or I get towed.

My driver is request from all the brothers where do not bring the load because it is such that whenever we come first, we also keep taking notes in pocket morning six o clock. Otherwise, it is those who are late for 20 minutes, then after 24 hours, so dirty service Walmart 😡😡😡

Out of all the Walmart DCs Ive been to, this one is has always been the worst one.

Tyler and Tyler, yes two of them, were very nice. They greeted me when I went inside to check in. I don’t ever get nice ppl at Walmart DC. Usually they are women and they are rude. I would definitely deliver here again.
