Keane has been VERY RUDE to deal with, if you want to be called a joke of a customer or a child by all means deal with Keane! I would highly advise to look elsewhere for product as the customer support here has been very incompetent and unprofessional.

Semperlite has such a great customer service team. I was having issues with placing my order online and I gave them a call to help me process my order. Customer service helped me process my order and the best part was that my order shipped that same day. I would highly recommend this company!

Semperlite has great customer service. They are always helpful with request and helping to identify products. Emails are always responded to in a timely manner and orders are shipped very fast. I would highly recommend this business if you are looking for quality.

Great company to deal with, they shipped my order so fast!

This was the first time I have done business with Semperlite and unfortunately the parts I ordered from them were lost in the mail on the way to me. I let Semperlite know, and they responded by sending me replacement items at no charge. These were not high dollar items parts, but I was very happy with how the took the extra effort to make sure my order was filled. Thank you - wonderful customer service!

Lamps Plus told me to come here, and they were right. No one in town or online had my item or even knew what I was looking for. Jason immediately knew what part I had, and was able to give me his part number of the top of his head!Then he just gave me the unit! He said since it was 1 and I was a local that i didn’t have to pay for the item! How’s that for top customer service! I wish I bought more Loghting items because I would do all my business with them!

I went into this store and wasn’t sure because Lamps Plus told me to come here. I didn’t see a sign or a name, but when I went inside wow. They did not sell the item I needed, but found what I needed, and ordered it for me even though they did NOT sell this. Then when I came in to pick it up they gave it to me for free! I tried to pay but they refused. The amount of time that the manager put into finding me this item, and then to just give it to me was above and beyond.The reviews below I cannot understand, or they are not real reviews or people are contacting the wrong company, because Semperlite was by far the best company that I have ever came into contact with.

Original purchase went okay, but they do not stand behind the product after the purchase. I was told they would not help with the situation and told me to contact the manufacturer, BJB. Basically, seems that theyre happy to take your money but then leave them alone. (BJB has been good to deal with.)

Had exactly what I needed and were really low on shipping cost. Definatelty would recommend!

Dont buy here. I got a defective Mogul base extender new out of the box. It has been 2 months and they will not answer my request for a replacement.

They dont monitor their emails and whenever I call, the answering machine tells me that they arent accepting calls at this time.
