Well its Sunday and you wouldnt expect a lot of sole proprietorships to be open on a Sunday but I found Jakes mining equipment not only open on Sunday but willing to take time and teach me about what I wanted to buy and what did I wanted to buy was a minelab monster gold 1000 and he trained me on it in about 10 minutes of course Ive had metal detectors for 20 years but now the main lab so I drove out to his place he called me back and we did business on a Sunday now Im the proud owner of a new metal detector

I usually buy online but, after searching for a Minelab Gold Monster 1000 I found Jakes Mining Equipment. I am so glad I did! I purchased from their online catalog. I agreed to pay actual shipping costs without knowing what that would be. They had taken my order to USPS but found that shipping was going to be more than twice the order. Because of that they were in the process of repackaging which saved me big time. Jake knows his stuff and he has the experience. My visit was very educational, if I had ordered online like I was going to I would have purchased the incorrect equipment for what I was wanting to do. Seen Jakes Mining Equipment on craigslist a lot and I figured I would give him a try while I was in Vegas. Pulled up to purchase a 6.5in coil for my Gold Bug 2 and Jake had exactly what I needed. He was polite and knowledgable about all the products he had available. He had almost anything a miner would need and I would definitely give him a call for something again.
