A First Impression did a fantastic job with our signage. The process went quickly and smoothly. Justin was very engaging and quick to reply and respond to any of our questions. They helped us with designing our signage and then handled all of the permitting legal stuff. The installers were excellent. Great guys that got our signage installed quickly and professionally. Such a pleasure working with this company! I needed a sign for my new business and called to get a quote. Someone was out later that day and gave me a very reasonable price on my project. He then followed up with 2 different drawings the next day. He was very honest and gave me his opinion based on his experience. The quote was well below any other company I spoke to. I was given an estimated 3 week turnaround, but had my sign installed in less than 2 weeks. I feel like these guys went above and beyond to provide top notch customer service and it certainly did not go unnoticed!

I would give this place a 0 if I could. We got magnetic buisness signs made. Asked if there is any special care to be taken, as this is the first set of magnets we have had, answered with no. Nothing to worry about. The first magnet fell off the car after week. We went back to get a new one. We were told no problem. We will make it for you. Went back two weeks later after the second magnet fell off. They lost the file with our design. They refused to return phone calls. Hung up on us when we called to get a status update of the new magnets to be made. Then threatened to call the police on us and our 6 and 8 year old daughters, while we were there trying to get a refund. Horrible customer service.

This small family business has always done a great job for me. Signs, magnets, banners, ETC... Even now that I have moved to CO I STILL use them and have things shipped in, It is always high quality work!

Dont waste your time with this place. Guy never took his eyes off the computer when I asked about signage. Couldve been playing a game for all I know; seemed like I was a major inconvenience.

Customer service is non-existent in this place.On June 1st, 2017, I went into this place to see if I could get some t-shirts made.When I walked in, the owner was sitting to the left, nobody greeted me. I asked him about getting some t-shirts made, he said I dont know anything about t-shirts, talk to Justin.Justin came around and was nice. He quoted me a price for the t-shirts and told me to email him my artwork. I told him that my artwork was in Photoshop (PSD). He said no problem, I can work with that.The following day (June 2nd) I emailed him my artwork. Thats when everything went downhill.I called Justin the following day (June 3rd) to see if he had received my email, and if he needed anything else from me. He told me Yeah, I got it. I will have a proof for you by Monday... Monday came and went.On June 13th, (almost a week and a half later) I emailed Justin to inquire because I hadnt heard back from anybody.Later on that day I received the following email What you sent is not camera ready artwork. We cant use that. - Elaine.I was shocked because Elaine never offer to help, or explain what was the matter with the artwork. This email to me was VERY rude and UNPROFESSIONAL.Needless to say, I canceled my order and found a great company to work with. There are thousands of companies like this one in the Las Vegas area. In my opinion, A First Impression should close its doors, and go out of business.

I ordered a banner for my daughtes welcome home and they made i the same day. I would definitely use their services in the future.

I went to there shop the other day and wanted him to make me a sign,3 sets of door magnets and a banner,the sign on the door said same day service . so when i told him what i wanted, he said no problem and that he would email me a proof in a couple hours .i never received an email, i told him that i was heading back to wyoming in 2 days when i first talked to him, anyway i went in the next morning to see where he was with my sign and he informed me that he was not going to be able to get to it on time, so he waisted my only day to find signs, by saying he would be able to do it and then just blowing me off. he needs to take the sign off his door that states same day service. I wouldnt recogmend this place to anyone.
