Loaded me a day earlier than my appointment. Took them a while to load me but can’t complain considering I was early. Easy check in at the gate and super easy backing into the docks. So easy a SWIFT driver could do it😆

Had a pick up from them appointment was for 6 pm it is now 11:30 pm they are printing my paperwork now and my trailer has been done for over an hour. Highly recommend avoiding this place slow as hell.

Nightmare of a place. Prepare to spend 6-7 hrs here. They do have a small area in the back for overnight parking. You may need it. And dont make the mistake I did of coming 3hrs early. Come 30mins before your appt. No light system so you dont know when they start or finish and they floor load so you cant feel the truck moving.

Everyone was super friendly. Was in and out right at an hour.According to loader they under new management and have changed up things to improve their service.

There is no reason for to give less than 5 stars. Good place&Fast loading.

Guys, been here 6 hours already and all the other drivers before me, very long loading, staff is nice but if you don’t have the time don’t wait, they say one more hour and so on and so on

One of the worst shipping departments Ive seen in 30 years of driving. Definitely will never take another load from here!

I wish I could give them 0 starI check in 10 am . It is 4 pm now I havent get dock yet .Never againSay no too cheap freight .

Drivers do not go there the only way this company can learn to do better if drivers stop going there it takes 5 to 7 hr to load lazy people

The guys in the shipping department aren’t very motivated people. Very lazy people. 2.5 hours and counting.

Just another place that dont want to do their jobs. They dont have any room for it. Complain.acting like your wasting their time. Zero stars. (Barely room to back on receiving side. Trucks have to shuffle just to drop trailers. Needs better management
