This is the most unprofessional and incompetent I have dealt with. Irresponsible and then rude when confronted. It took 10 days on my part to get results from an overnight monitor check. They finally admitted they defeated the results and I had to take the test again. They agreed to pick up my portable concentrator. I waited all day and the pick up never occurred. They then told me they pick up until 10 PM. Who knew. Had to reschedule and it’s on me to call them. Save yourself time, aggravation and frustration and use another supplier.

The worst! So unprofessional. The attitude of the person answering the phone BEFORE you even tell them why your calling says it all. They must anticipate it to be a problem and guess what it most likely is. I can see fraudulent Medicare is most likely rampant. The hospital case worker order Has one thing they send something that is completely wrong but you cant return it because Medicare has already been billed or paid for it so your stuck with unnecessary equipment and you can bet they charged a pretty penny for it. The one star is only because I had to it should be minus 10 stars ! Please dont take use this company

Long story short: visiting from out of town & my personal Travel unit quit. Circuit board burnt up. We were prepared & had plenty of back up tanks yet wanted to be sure we would not have to cut our trip short.Bypassed the General Apria phone vortex & called the branch directly. (First we had to work at getting the correct phone # as the website, even after 2 years since their move, has not been updated with new address & phone. C’mon? Really?)5 star rating is for the BRANCH ONLY!! So; to get the service you want & need, try to deal with your branch directly if possible. Can be tricky as you have to watch their hours & be aware that they are closed for an hour at lunch time.***RYAN was beyond awesome!!! Helpful, kind & provisional! She knows her stuff!!!**KEVIN- the “guy in the back” who exchanged out our empty tanks for full ones, was also amazing. Service with a smile!!!Having to deal with the oxygen issue is tedious at times. God has me & this situation completely! Thankful to be able to breathe & for Apria / just wish they could get it together in general.

Apria has not been an easy company to deal with. You get the run around time and time again. I have waited 7 weeks for a portable concentrator and I switched to another company and got it the next day.whats up with that? And this new company sent the equipment with a licensed respiratory therapist to work with you to get everything correct and left here with my feeling I could deal with all this next equipment. Glad to kick them out the door....Apria has a terrible reputation!!!!!!!!!!!.

Apria Healthcare is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I would not recommend them to anyone. They are unprofessional, lazy, and have NO Customer Care. I have been trying to get them to bill my insurance for 6 months now and they refuse to their job. I would give them zero stars if there was an option.

Has to be the worst customer service ever! I had to call several times to get my order corrected, went to order new supplies and they still have not updated the mask I need and I looked at the EOB for my insurance and it looks like they billed for the wrong mask! I wish there was another place that my insurance would go to! Apria is horrible!

Their automated systems calls almost everyday and if you dont pickup, its three times a day. Their supplies are way overpriced so it ends up costing you more through your insurance than buying from an online store. They messed up my orders twice and I had to send it back and way for new supply while not being able to use my equipment.I recommend if you can find another medical supply company then do it. Dont use Apria Healthcare, they are just in it for the money.

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM USING THIS COMPANY. THEY USE A FOREIGN SOURCED ANSWERING SERVICE AND NONE OF THEM CAN HANDLE A SINGLE PROBLEM. THEY ARE RUDE ON THE PHONE AND DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DO THINGS WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION AND NOW I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO HAVE THEM TRESPASSED IF THEY SHOW UP ON MY PROPERTY. SAD BECAUSE THE PEOPLE AT THIS OFFICE DO HELP BUT CORPORATE DOES NOT CARE. THEY ARE ALL ABOUT THE GREED.

Let me preface this with the fact that Ive never written a bad review on Yelp, but this is ridiculous! If I could give negative stars, I would!Short version: my son was diagnosed with Pneumonia and required a nebulizer. My insurance was accepted by Apria and the doctor requested the order from there to get us the nebulizer as quickly as possible. After 3 calls to Apria about when we could expect this and their repeated response of it would be the same day and that someone would call, they finally told us that they had not called our insurance company in time to get the necessary information to get the nebulizer delivered. My 2 year old son was sitting at home, miserable, with pneumonia! Do NOT use this company.*more information*My wife called at 10AM to check on the order of the nebulizer, the agent told her someone would call. 1PM, my wife calls to check on the order, the agent told her someone would call. 3PM, my wife calls to check on the order, the agent told her someone would call. 6PM, my wife calls again and is told no one had contacted our insurance and that we could expect the nebulizer the following day. I call directly after and inquire why this hasnt been taken care of, and they escalate the ticket to highest priority. Meanwhile, my wife in on the phone with our doctor and a nurse practitioner to have a prescription for a nebulizer sent to a Walgreens near our home. They get the proper information, send the prescription, and my wife picks it up at 8:30PM the same day. From 10AM - 6PM, nothing was done by Apria! NOTHING! Between 6PM and 8:30PM, we do the job Apria could not and get a prescription sent to Walgreens, pay out of pocket (insurance not accepted at Walgreens), and finally get my son the treatment and medication he needs.Additionally, my wife calls Apria this morning at 10:30AM (still have not heard from Apria; 24 hours of no contact or update on when the nebulizer order would be processed and delivered) to cancel the order. The agent was real quick to cancel that order.Do NOT use this business. I am SO mad at this company. A 2 year old with pneumonia is not a simple thing or something that can wait. This should have been a high priority form the very beginning and Apria did not care enough to help a child in need. I thank God for my wifes persistence, the doctor and nurse practitioner that were so kind and caring to help, and to Yelp for allowing me to try to save other families the anxiety that came from dealing with this atrocious company while my poor son sat in misery for 10.5 hours.

I rarely write reviews but this company has rightfully earned a one star review. If i can give them lower I would. Firstly, I always give companies a chance to correct errors and make things right. We are all humans and we are bound to make mistakes but this company is simply horrendous. My daughter has been in the NICU here in Vegas since October 3rd as she was born a preemie at 25 weeks while my wife was in a business trip. We currently live in Anaheim in southern California. She is now 3.5 months old and finally got approval to go home with oxygen 3 days ago. Case manager sent in the request for the oxygen on Thursday AM for Friday am delivery. Nothing came. Called and got the run around and about 3 calls and 4 hours later then said they didnt have any orders or anything...Resent evrything again and also personally called to make sure its all good. They had all the details wrong so i had to correct it. The request clearly mentioned we needed enough portable oxygen for 2 days delivered to the hospital here in Vegas so we can get discharged and then drive home the next day and also schedule an in home install for when we get home to california. They supposedly fixed the details and got a promised delivery of Saturday morning by noon.Noon came around and nothing. Called again 3 times after getting run around and them telling me they cant find an account now! Finally got it sorted out again and they promised me a delivery Saturday by 3 pm. 3 pm came and once again..NOTHINGAt this point im asking for supervisors and managers which I did get a hold of and they promised me again that they would be there by 7 pm. As you probably guessed NOTHING AGAIN. Called and they said driver is backed up but in Vegas already and new timeline of 7 to 10 pm. Im beyond mad but I need the air so I agree again. 10 came along and nothing. Like seriously what in the hell is going on now.Called furiously again and wasnt getting off line. Got a B.S. excuse they cant look up my account because its under maintenance and that my order didnt exist. I said i wasnt getting off until I get it handled. The manager personally promised me she put a brand new order and would be there in 15 -20 minutes ... And you guess it. Nothing...At this point I left the hospital after being there for 14 hours waiting for them and wasting my 3rd day. My baby should have been discharged since Friday and now who knows when we will leave. Not only screwing our time but also taking valuable hospital space another sick baby could need that wont be able to until this worthless company does its job.Tomorrow I am going in and letting the hospital take over again and see what they can do and if we can source another company. In conclusion, please stay away. These guys dont deserve to be in business and hope they are not for long. At this point I feel they kept promising times just to shut me up and mot actually doing anything. Even though my insurance is fully paying for themDo you business elsewhere. They do not deserve a dime from you or any insurance company.

Apria worst ever.My husband was in home hospice dying of Cancer.Apria was unresponsive to our needs. Nothing was ever delivered in a timely way--some things not delivered at all.Upon my husbands death Apria literally harassed me starting the very NEXT DAY to pick up what little rental equipment they actually had delivered. The rentsl fees were paid up to the end of the month (2 more weeks to go), but they wanted me to rearrange my schedule (with family in for funeral services no less) to return the rental equipment immediately. While these were dark days, Apria certainly knew how to make it worse. I will remember them (and their treatment of my husband and me) with bitterness for the rest of my life.

What a joke! I have been an Apria customer for 25 years, but no more!!! My story starts out with me trying to buy a new CPAP mask, 1 1/2 months ago. I got the number for the local office, but you cant call them, you must call customer service, in another state. After half an hour waiting for a customer service rep, thats a joke of a title. Instead of going on and on, since Apria obviously doesnt care. I got them a sleep study and a perscription faxed to them last week, I called the local office to get a mask, after waiting 25 minutes for the customer service to come to the phone, the lady said she couldnt hear me and hung up. WHAT!!! The local person said I had to call customer service, but the computer says theyre working on it, after waiting for 20 more minutes I hung up, went on line, saw Aprias 2.2 customer score, that means they dont care. There was an ad on the same page,I called and was talking to a human in 1 minute, who took my info and said hed be back to me tomorrow, wow sounds like customer service. Apria I am still sleeping with a broken mask, Thanks loads, Don

I ordered a wheelchair and I was told it would take 7-10 days. I waited 10 days and called back at which point I was told that they do not take my insurance. When I asked why I was not called they could not give a reason. My insurance referred me to them so I think they are just trying to cover up their mistake. If they could not take my insurance wouldnt they have known that when I first called?
