I purchased the car new from hunter, took to get a dent fixed, 8weeks later Im still waiting for my car to be repaired...zero communication from hunter until I physically go to the shop and requested to see my vehicle ....Ive been told 4 different Fridays that my car would be ready ....this is by far the lowest level of communication and professionalism Ive witness in my 39years ....I will never return to hunter and will advise anyone against allowing them to service any vehicle

The work they did was fine, no complaints.Communication is horrible. I had to call multiple times over several days to get them to call me back. And they began working on my car without even calling me to give me an estimate, which in my book is a big issue.They had my car for about 3-4 weeks to get the work done.
I own a Volvo that I purchased from Hunter Automotive Group. After several months of use, I got a scratch on my trunk as well as on my wheel well. I live in downtown Asheville and thought about going to another collision shop but decided against it and here is why. These guys are not only professional and courteous, they do GOOD work at fair prices. And on top of that, they are attached to the dealership which means you get perks. They arrange for transportation and you know your car is in good hands because of their great reputation. Good news, they are moving closer to Asheville - by the airport - in about a year. I worked with Brandon. He was fabulous!
Through the ups and down they are the best guys in town and around. They even give you a notice of what you may need in the future. Great company to do business with.
