I pm Philip Reece about a truck on the lot late on Saturday night. I didn’t expect a response but he replied back. They are closed on Sunday but he made some time late Sunday afternoon for me to look at the truck. Philip meet us there was on time and answered any questions we had on the vehicle we had. The price was fair and he even offered it to me cheaper than advertised. I was looking for specific options for a work truck and I wasn’t sure this truck would do all I would need long term. I definitely will keep them in mind for future inventory on their lot. Being upfront and honest with people is something you don’t see everyday. I for one appreciate and respect it! Told owner we were on our way had a 2 hour drive, he said see you soon.. He had our name and sold the vehicle to someone else right before we arrived. Doesnt even deserve 1 star, bad business.In reference to Certifieds post...No one told us we needed to make a deposit. Point of fact, you told us Sunday someone promised to make a deposit and never did or even call back and told us to come by Monday morning. We ask if you took checks as form of payment and you said yes and never mentioned putting a deposit on the vehicle. You knew we were very interested in the vehicle and you knew we were on our way per our text message around 7am Monday morning. Your excuses are not acceptable. Because of your dishonesty my husband and I lost 2 days wages for nothing. Typical snake in the grass car salesman and car dealer.

My experience at Certifed Auto Brokers has been fantastic. Phillip is one of the best in customer service that Ive know and Ive been in high end retail sales for 25 years. Ive had a couple problems with the car and instead of telling me to bad, he has gone above and beyond to help me out.

Todd the salesman was great (as always) Tracy and Chris were super friendly upfront and honest not something you would expect from a car dealership. My wife and I lost 2 days wages because of this place and the owner. We contacted him on Sunday by phone then he texted us the address. He had my name and phone number. We texted him and told him we were on our way and we had about a 2 hour drive and he replied see you soon. When we arrived he had sold the car to another. Bad business typical car salesman

Purchased a truck from them. Told me multiple times that the truck was mechanically sound with no issues.2 days later I noticed oil and coolant leaking from underneath. Long story short ended up needing an upper oil pan gasket and the head gasket was cracked. So $6500 later it was fixed and is a great truck.Contacted to owner he said all he could do would be to cut me a $500 check haha.I guess you live and you learn.

Purchased a few months ago and car is still running great! Ended up here after looking at several different dealerships. When I pulled up I had a good feeling especially when all of the cars appeared to be well taken care of. My significant other started laughing pretty hard when I opened the door to the Acura that I was interested in and said, Now thats what Im talking about! lol After talking with the dealer and associates I could tell they are very knowledgeable about cars, and dont just buy anything to make a quick buck. I made my purchase almost a year ago, so this review is not based on a short, one-time transaction. Last year I needed a car but since I dont know much about cars, I usually had someone else help me with the technical side of things in the past. This time I had no one I could ask for such help, so I was very hesitant and nervous. I didnt want to buy a used car and a month later end up with a car that doesnt run and no money. After a long search, I found the one I liked within my budget. I called the office, spoke to one of the owners who answered all my questions precisely and patiently. When I came into the office to look at the car further, everyone was very professional and accommodating. I was never talked down to or pressured to make a decision. It has been a year and everything is great. Not only the car is doing well, but the guys at the office have been very helpful anytime I had a question or needed advice about my car. My strong recommendation is not just due to the fact that they are nice to me, but rather that everyone working there is a genuinely decent, professional and caring person who would treat anyone, a customer or not, with respect and understanding.

NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE. I repeat, NEVER. Keith is the sales guy that we worked with when we bought our truck from them. He said the truck worked great, and that it had no issues at all. We ended up purchasing the truck a few days later, and less than 2 hours after we bought it the check engine light came on. After 3 months of in and out of the shop it ended up being over $4,000 in repairs to a truck that had “no issues”. We tried to get in contact with Keith, and he ignored all forms of communication. Save your money and buy from somewhere else.

2013 Honda Pilot Touring 109K miles. Get to know Philip, Tracy, Austin, and Christopher. They are regular guys trying their best to sell good cars and trucks to make a living. Yes, they are buying used cars from auctions and dealers; checking them out the best they can. Sometimes they get bit by some unknown issue with a vehicle just like anyone in the business of selling cars. I believe these guys are up front and wont intentionally mislead you. After buying my SUV, there was a issue and they took care of it. The mechanic they used to fix the first problem, created another problem, and they fixed that too. All at their cost without me having to whine about it. There was prompt communication by email, texts, and phone calls throughout the process. When I need another vehicle, I will be checking with them again.

After an exhausting 2 month car search I was able to find a great low mileage Subaru with these guys. The price was great, and they even gave me a good deal to trade in my old beater. Before this Ive always stuck to buying my cars on craigslist due to having issues with dealers in the past. These guys were friendly professional and most importantly honest. Their office made an appointment with us to clean their carpets. When we arrived, on time, another carpet cleaning company was setting up to perform the job. No call was made to inform us of this change of plans. While Ive had no dealings with them regarding the purchase of a motor vehicle, I would take this lack of professionalism when dealing with another small business as a red flag.

I dont even know where to begin. Save yourself the time, money, and worry and DONT buy from this crook. We totally understood that I was buying a used car but we never expected to have the trouble we have had. We are from Hopkinsville, Ky as soon as we pulled off I 24 the check engine light comes on. Long story short...after a couple different opinions our Jeep needs a new engine. Dont bother with his wonderful warranty company either they were NO help!!! Not sure how he is able to sleep at night knowing he has conned a hard working family trying to get ahead.
