The only store that had a steering wheel cover that fit my truck. I bought one cover first and it was too small. I brought it back inside and found the largest cover they had. The exchange was quick and Im super happy with my steering wheel cover.

Yesterday we went to auto zone in Hendersonville TN,because our battery light showed that we had a problem. The minute we pulled into the lot our car died, power steering, and everything. This is a shout out for the manager Tom. I had sprained both my ankles, Tom Gave me a comfortable place to sit while he looked at our car with my huband. He was kind and caring. He spent a lot of time with us helping us in every way that he could. It was blazing hot, and he was very pleasant. Because of Tom, this store will always have our business and we will recommend anyone that needs auto parts to That store. You should be very proud of the way that Tom represents Auto Zone.

We needed new windshield wipers and the salesman installed them without us having to ask. He was super nice from entering the store until we left.

If youre looking for a good place to catch Covid, this Autozone has you covered. Every customer was following the request to wear masks posted all over the store. NONE of the 4 employees I saw was wearing a mask. One guy had a bandana around his neck. Thanks for extending the pandemic, Autozone.

$25 doller oil change! Caint beat it. Oil, Filter, Air Filter, all included in the package deal! Had to buy the Cabin Air Filter separately $20 bucks so all in all it was bout $50 total. The staff was helpful butá not very friendly they was busy tlking amongst themselves and when I got help she was one of those who loved to talk about what Harley she had and didnt care to reciprocate the conversation and hear what I had to say. I guess to each their own, keep on keeping on!

My sons 4 runner wouldn’t start at 7pm on Easter, took the battery to be tested and the battery was good. The associate (Bill, not 100% sure) recommended changing the relay, so we did and it worked!! Just wanted say Thank You!

I ASKED FOR A DEF HEATER FOR MY 2015 GMC SIERRA 2500HD DENALI AND THE GIY ASKED HOW DO YOU SPELL THAT. I SAID DEF THEN HEATER. SAID IT WOULD BE IN THE NEXT DAY. I WENT AND BOUGHT TOOLS TO FIX MY PROBLEM BECAUSE I WAS OUT OF TOWN AND SPENT $305 AT HARBOR FREIGHT. WAS AT TACO BELL GETTING LUNCH AND I GUESS THE MANAGER CALLS AND SAYS THEY CANT HAVE IT FOR 7 DAYS BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE THEM IN STOCK AND WOULD HAVE TO ORDER IT FROM A RETAILER AFYER A HOUR AGO THE GUY SAID IT WOULD BE IN AT 12:30 THE NEXT DAY. I SAID JUST CANCEL MY ORDER AND WAS TOLD THEY COULDNT CANCEL IT. WELL NEEDING TO GET BACK TO OTHER SIDE OF KNOXVILLE I HAD MY WIFE HAUL MY CAR HAULER DOWN 268 MILES ONE WAY. I LOADED MY TRUCK UP AND TOWED IT BACK HOME. WELL AFTET BEING TOLD IT WOULD BE 7 DAYS OR SO TO GET MY PART THEY CALLED ME AROUND 12:45 ON SATURDAY AND SAID MY PART WAS READY TO BE PICKED UP. THEY WASTED MY WIFES TIME ALONG WITH MINE CONSIDERING WE DIDNT GET HOME TILL 3 SOMETHING IN THE MORNING NOT TO MENTION THE EXTRA MONEY WE HAD TO SPEND. ILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.

She replaced my battery in no time, checked my alternator and starter, and was an all around friendly and lovely person to chat with while she did so. Went today to get a headlight & an engine check due to my check engine light coming on. My bulb was installed for me & i was told what my vague problem was that couldve cost me hundreds at a shop but i was suggested the cheapest possible fix like 7 bucks to start with which worked! The crew at this location is amazing!!!!

I just had the best experience at this Auto Zone and want to give a shout out to Lee at this Main St. location in Hendersonville. I just had AAA jump my battery and headed straight to Auto Zone. I also needed a new headlight. Lee was so helpful from the time I walked into the store. He not only got the new battery and bulb for me but he installed both for me!! I am so grateful for all of his help. Im not sure what I would have done without his help since all mechanic shops were closed by the time I found out my battery was dead. I came in here to go to the restroom but got carried away and came out with some new headlights. Funny thing is, i didnt get to use the restroom and I didnt need the headlights. The people were really cool tho.

Ive been going to this store for as long as I can remember and was always taken care of. Today was a very different experience. Less than a month ago bought wipers and had to go back 2 days straight for install and never fit right, was told by the manager bring them back when I was able to receive factory ones for store credit or money back (old ones were thrown away at store with receipt and told them this) Manager and installer both told me they would remember me and to not worry about it I would be taken care of. They both looked me in the eye and said they didnt remember. Hope it was worth me never coming back, good luck

I was told AutoZone will rent out some tools by another parts store, so I stopped in to rent a vacuum pump and purchase my brake fluid for a brake bleed. The employees were very strange acting towards me and made me feel very uncomfortable. I got back home with the tool and noticed a part was missing, so I returned only to find out they do not rent out the accessories for the tool along with it and the only option they had available was to purchase the entire kit. The kit is available for purchase, but if you rent it you do not get the accessories that you have to use along with the tool to do the job. I returned the rental kit (as it was a waste of my time) and borrowed one from a local garage for free. I do a lot of vehicle service and repair jobs on the side, but Ill order my parts online before Ill visit this store again.

I had to have an alternator for my car. I took the old one off, took it with me and asked to have it checked. The guy took it and didnt know I was wayching. He messed around and fiddled with it and never checked it. He just brought it back to the counter, said something under his breath that I couldnt hear and walked away. Another employee waited on three other customers when I said is the damn thing bad or not? He said that it was bad so he had to look it up three times before finally finding it. Naturally I wanted the cheapest one they had which of course they didnt have so I had to take the next most expensive one which was 30 dollars more. Needless to say I will never go back to that Auto Zone agsin.

They had the part I needed. But the gentleman that greeted me just pointed in there general area and didnt help me look for the part as Im used to with auto shops.

Battery changed good deal on a gold replacement

Employees are professional and knowledgeable. They wear the proper PPE for battery testing and installation, and perform the installation quickly and correctly. I actually got a check engine light after a battery replacement and had them run the codes. Came back as a faulty Mass Air Flow sensor. The guy suggested cleaning the MAF, and so I did. Also changed the air filter, and the CEL was gone.

They like to take care of phone calls rather than standing customers waiting to buy parts

Worst customer service out of any autozone Ive ever shopped at. Go in 01/17/17 to buy a ball and drop hitch for my jeep. No greeting or offer to find what Im looking for. I find what I need only because I have shopped here before but only as a last resort because the Gallatin store is so much better when it comes to customer service. After spending over 50 dollars on a 2inch ball and hitch, I ask if they can loan me a wrench so I can attach the ball to the hitch. Thats when Im told the only way I can use a wrench there is if I buy one. I left and went down the street to OReilly auto parts where I walk in with the ball and hitch an explain what I need and how autozone wouldnt help me. They attached the ball to the hitch and went a step further and put it in my receiver in the pouring down rain so I didnt have to. When it comes to buying Auto Parts in Hendersonville, OReilly will be the only one getting my business I will never visit the Hendersonville AutoZone again. I will continue to shop at the one in Gallatin because they always exceed expectations.
