So right in the middle of Hurricane Fred hitting our area- my daughter got a flat on her way to drop my grandson off at school... finally in person school! She is amazing and got the tire off, discovered a hole that might be patchable and got her spare on in a tropical down pour. We drove over to Kanuga Tires and WOW! The new interior is just incredible. Neat and clean and bright. They patched the tire for her and called her back by lunch time. We got there all together and they had it all ready and balanced and mounted it too. Super reasonable price and excellent service. We will be going back for our tires next time. Its been awhile since a perfect customer service situation happened for me but this was it. Perfect.

I like their use of technology in making appointments, providing written estimates, and in customer communications / feedback.The staff culture is positive, well-organized, and overall, the shop appears clean & efficient. I’m incredibly disappointed in this shop. I’ve been bringing my VW in since my family moved to NC, and they recently tried to tell me I needed a new battery as soon as possible and it would cost $350. Which is a crazy price for a battery and install that takes 15 minutes? I checked my battery with a multimeter once I got home and it’s running perfectly, no corrosion on the battery, absolutely nothing wrong. I was about to get scammed and will not be going back. Big bummer.

Started bringing my 16-yr old Santa Fe to Kanuga Tire last summer and am very happy with the care they take of my elderly vehicle. Staff is courteous, friendly, and helpful. Charges have been reasonable for the work done. Will be coming back any time my car needs service.

Hands down the best place to bring your vehicles!! Very trustworthy and they have great prices too! I will not take our cars anywhere else. I know when I bring them my car, they won’t bs me and try to take advantage like some mechanics do. If you need a reliable and honest shop, look no further!

They never push to fix more than you need, they provide transparent invoices and patiently explain what work needs to be done and what can wait (I do not know a lot about cars folks). The guys are always on point! I first went there for inspection and I was left with the impression that everything was done very smoothly and efficiently. I’ve been going there for all kinds of issues on my vehicle since then and there seems to be nothing they can’t do. The service is great!

I had an excellent rewarding experience. After telling them what type of tire I needed they quickly returned estimates for 3 qualifying tires. I did research and asked for a specific new variation for one of these tires, and was immediately quoted the price for it. I was notified when the tires arrived, was able to schedule an appointment that afternoon. I spent less than 2 hours in their waiting room with free wi-fi. The employees were friendly and professional.

This place was highly recommended to me by my handyman (Harleys) when I needed to get a flat tire repaired yesterday. They got it out of my vehicle, I ran some errands whole they repaired the tire, and they put it back on the vehicle plus put the spare back under the backend of the pick-up. Even showed me the evil looking screw that caused all the problems!! Easy, fast service, friendly upbeat folks, and reasonably priced too. Easy to miss their place but theyre worth the little extra effort.....

Ive only been in here for my NC inspection but they were friendly, got me scheduled quickly, even when I had to change my appointment because a meeting came up, and I was in and out in 15 minutes. I will come back for other needs.

Ed is the best. I have been sending my fleet to Ed for years now and have never second guessed his repairs. He can always get to your vehicle quickly and all his repairs are professional.
