I have had the most horrible experience with this company that I have ever had. I purchased the top of the line awning based on the salesman’s measurements and what I wanted covered. They came out and placed it wrong covering several feet of yard leaving the porch partially uncovered allowing you to be rained on. They came out to move it and ripped the fabric. Waited and waited for new fabric to come in. Fabric finally came in and they showed up unannounced to change the fabric. I would not allow them to change fabric until it was moved into the position I purchased it for. Their “platinum” installer as he identified himself as indicated I would be at the top of the list and be satisfied within a week. The week has come and gone - won’t return phone calls and I have had awning 6 months still waiting. Considering legal action against both Smart Repairs and Sunsetter. Wish I had never heard of either company!!!

The salesman responded quickly with a reasonable price, the awning was delivered and installed in about three weeks. The install crew performed quality work and didn’t leave until I was 100% satisfied.

We love our newly installed sunsetter awning through smart repairs. Its one of the best decision we have made for our new home. The company itself is very efficient and quick in giving response and prompt in their service. We had it ordered, got it delivered and fixed in the given time frame. From my first phone call and following visit with the Sales Manager to the men who installed my selection, everyone was very professional, explained all options plus how the operate my awning, it has been a pleasure. I needed a slight adjustment and Smart Repairs answered immediately, called me back as promised and then called when the service man was on his way… that’s what the best of the best do. I have used Smart Repairs twice now and found them to be helpful, reliable and prompt in their communication. I have two lovely awnings from them and highly recommend them for ease of use for those sunny spots you spend a lot of time in. Not only has it lowered my AC bills in the summer, but its very pleasant to sit underneath them and enjoy the outdoors even when its raining! My new one has a wind sensor and a remote control so I dont have to worry about the weather.

These guys were perfectly professional and finished the job in a timely manner. I was thoroughly impressed with how when they had completed the work there was no sign of a mess at all.My awning I am thrilled to announce, will be here soon which is wonderful because I wanted it long before Summer!I highly recommend Smart Repairs! Overall just a great experience,even after I had signed the contract for a price I received additional discounts for coupons I had received in the mail. The installers were so helpful and careful and knowledgeable about my house. Then Monty came by to QC the work personally. Its great working with owner operator companies that care so much.

I had an issue with my motorized Sun Setter shades( First issue since they were installed almost a year ago). I called Monty at Smart Repairs and received immediate assistance. The problem was fixed over the phone within 10 minutes. Absolutely great service. I have been very pleased with my Sun Setter Shades and now I am equally pleased with the follow up service. They installed the wrong product, a shade was supposed to eliminate 95% of sunlight actually blocks about 30%, in fact worthless for us.Owner would not return calls until I told him I will sue him, then he called and threats me with a counter suite. Worst experience in my life, I lost $2400 for a false product, no support.
