We got a bouncy house delivered and the opening was way too small. We felt it was a safety issue if one of the kids got hurt, an adult would have to struggle to get in to get to the child. I called ultimate party and expressed our concerns and in less than an hour they had a bigger and much better bouncy house delivered. The staff there is amazing, but I want to give a big thanks to John, the manager that helped keep my daughters bday on track!

First time Shopper at this store.Last time Shopper at this store ... probably.They had quite a few Halloween costumes but none that we wanted. Im sure its our fault for waiting so long. But, even though they didnt have what we wanted, we saw the prices for what they DID HAVE. Pretty high prices for my taste.

Cool items and variety of products but the stock was not great. Sizes I needed were out so I had to venture out to another place. Nice staff and they tried to help but stock was just not there

We have used ultimate party for several years now and always have a wonderful experience!! For my daughters birthday this year I ordered balloons online... big mistake... and had ultimate inflate them... of course they weren’t what I was expecting once inflated. Even though I didn’t not purchased the actual balloons from them they were so kind to inflate a dozen of their own confetti style balloons at no charge! They definitely went above and beyond to ensure I was a happy customer!! What a great local resource we have with ultimate party!! Great selection and the best customer service!!!!

We’ve been using Ultimate Party Superstore for years. We have rented everything from popcorn machines to margarita machines to pretzel machines and bounce houses. They are always clean and in working order. Over the years we’ve ordered MANY balloon creations from them. The staff is always willing to help make my ideas come to life. The delivery team is amazing. They deliver on time and will call to give you a heads up. Couldn’t ask for a nicer staff!

They have everything you could need for a party. Weve rented from them several times and weve purchased all of our birthday pinatas from here. Very pleased with the quality, selection, and customer service. Will continue to use.

The best place to rent inflatables bc of better pricing compared to competitor. Their people will set it up, sanitize it by power washing it with bleach and break it down the next day. They have plenty of party supplies available depending on what theme you like. The pricing is a little bit more expensive than the competitor as for party supplies. I wouldn’t recommend them for buying balloons due to their outrageous pricing on inflating them. If you buy a party bouquet/ gliding balloons in Party City inflating it will be free so I’d go with the competitor when it comes to buying balloons.

We have been coming to this party store for years, but sadly, things have changed. We were charged FIFTY dollar to fill up our balloons that in the past for a similar amount have cost us $25-30. We were charged for 3 jumbo balloons when in reality, only two were. The third was less than half of the size of the other two jumbo balloons. When pulling our balloons out, one of the nearly $10 balloons (just simply to be filled) came off of the top of its string because it was barely tied. NOT pleased with our experience. We really miss XO and will not be coming back in the future. They must think they can over-charge because they now have the monopoly on the market again which is sad. Its not how you keep customers. Especially customers who have been coming in for many years.

The staff is really friendly. They have a unique selection of things. A bit pricey especially compared to competitors. I wouldnt go here for just normal cups and plates, but I think for more obscure party wear is good. I saw they have bounce house rentals too I think as well as a few other things

Laminate Technologies has been having company Picnics for several years, last year we decided to get blow ups and a dunking machine. this went over great with the employees and their children. The service was great with Ultimate Party, everyone that was involved with setting this up was very helpful and kept me informed of delivery and was on time. The equipment was in good shape when we got it too. I would recommend uses them for your parties and we will be using them again.

I used Ultimate Party Store for a graduation party and was blown away by how fantastic they were. The prices were great and the set up and tear down of the tent, tables, and chairs was surprisingly quick.Recently I hired them again for my sons birthday for 30 guests. Unfortunately, I had to cancel with them because of the weather. Their staff and manager were very understanding and gave me a refund.Their customer service is impeccable, their products and prices are the best around, and their set up and tear down is fast and professional.I will be using them for all my future events.

I used them for my sons birthday party and had an inflatable water slide. Customer service skills are amazing! Very reasonably priced and the options to choose from are wonderful! Will definitely be using them again.

I have lived in hendersonville for the past couple years and just visited them for the first time. I couldnt believe the selection they had. I was looking for my daughters party and she wanted unicorn theme. They had so much to choose from for unicorn stuff. Everyone was very polite and helpful. I will always be coming back to this store. If you havent been here, I would highly recommend them!!

I shop at Ultimate Party often but I need to share my latest experience. Last night I hosted a 50th wedding anniversary party for my parents for 80 guests. Ultimate Party went out of their way to help me out. I rented table cloths and tables and purchased balloons and paper products. They were over the top helpful with all of this. At the last minute I decided I couldn’t stand the chairs I was using and called Ultimate Party in a panic. In a matter of 30 minutes was back at the venue with a box full of chair covers that absolutely took the decor up several notches!!! I can’t say enough how helpful and accommodating Ultimate Party was and I will never shop anywhere else!! #shoplocal

Cons: Picked up inflatable bounce house. Get it to the party and the blower doesnt work. Had to drive back to get another. Didnt really apologize that they forgot to check the equipment before sending it out. Not really on top of everything in the rental department.Pros: Bounce house was very nice and affordable.

Wonderful selection, prices, and people!

Not at all happy. Used this company twice. First time was for some balloons with weights on them for a wedding shower. They came early, A few of the balloons popped on the way in the truck, and all of them had the wrong colored weights on. Thankfully they did go back and bring more (correct) weights and balloons.Used them a week later for the wedding, asked for a tent to eat under. The two guys who set it up tried all they could to not have to put it up where asked, constantly coming up with excuses why it wouldn’t fit, (it did fit) trying to set it up elsewhere “easier”, right behind the wedding arch, certainly would have ruined the photos. The tent itself was dirty with black stains and even a few red paint stains.I wouldn’t say not to use them, I think I probably just had a couple of unlucky experiences with them, but maybe some coordination issues should be expected.

Items we rented for a wedding were filthy; I mean dried food from previous renters. Waited for ten for someone to load the equipment. The guys that were to load, teenagers washing theyre jeep. Filthy serving equipment. Look elsewhere if you want professionalism.
