I received a recommendation from my parents because they used this company for their company shirts, hats and more.They have a charming and welcoming staff and I had my signs for my business printed and the quality and work was great. I love my business signs. However, the communication wasn’t the best, we were able to go thru the estimate and sale over the course of a week.Then right after, I needed apparel for my business. That’s where things went very sour. I had called, emailed and received false promises of them sending the price/mock-up of the shirts, masks and hat. I only received a mock up of the shirts (which they only made when I specifically asked for masks, hats and shirts).It was a three week process until I cancelled my order. I would’ve normally went with a another company after a week of this but they came referred from my loving parents. But no more, and now I’m irritated. After I left a voicemail to cancel, I received a email less than 15 minutes by Heather ( who created most of the miscommunication and “forgetting to do this or that” issues) and stated the tshirts were made and sent a pic of the T-shirts’ ready in a box. I did not purchase the T-shirts’ due to the dissatisfaction and I have the order done and ready in less than 2 days by another company.Please beware that they do great work but it’s a pain in the a** to communicate with them

Mr. Sign Man is excellent to do business with. They came highly recommended to me by a friend, and I must say they exceeded my expectations. Their pricing is very reasonable and the turn around time on my order of 50 yard signs was faster than I ever expected. I will be using this company again hands down for my signage needs.

Wonderful customer service and was more willing to go above and beyond to fill my order. 3 banners, 5x3 in size, not horrible image quality to start with but not the best either, certainly a challenge. Order finally placed at approx 8pm last night, (After taking hours to finally get the best quality image I could I sent it to the inbox expecting Id get a response the next morning, they replied in less than 2 minsand was the only one of 4 different companies that replied btw) and as if I hadnt thrown enough screw balls already. I found out last min that we needed them before noon the next day to set up at the state fair!!! Again she went above and beyond in every way she could and was extremely pleasant and polite the whole time. Shot her a message the next day around 11am just to check the status and say thank you, to which she replies, Oh your welcome Mr Watts and they are dry and ready to be picked up as soon as your ready for them AMAZING! ! last but certainly not least, the price of each banner including a generously low rush charge per banner, was altogether still less than the base price at the second cheapest price I found by about $50.
