Danicia!! Thanks soo much for kind and above and beyond customer service!! On a Saturday about to close ...you wouldnt know they were she was so great. I couldnt find my toner ...they changed packaging..lol go figure..so she was able to look me up and you know she offered that at the last min...thanks a million!!! Its my go to now in Hendersonville just for that right there ...ty!!!!!
I ran out of supplies and needed to pick them up last minute. My GPS said I would arrive at 4:56 and they closed at 5, so I called and told them what I needed. They grabbed everything I asked for and when I got there I paid for everything. Their system was down so I couldn’t get a paper receipt that night, but the next morning she took a picture of it and sent it to my phone! Amazing customer service!!
