New Pointe Builders just completed our custom home and we are thrilled with the results. Jim Ayers and Patrick Lang initially met with us, asked questions to help them understand what we wanted, and found a home plan that would work with the topography of our lot and our budget. They also made custom changes to that home plan design to better fit what we wanted. Our builder/project manager was Patrick Lang, one of the most conscientious, professional, and talented builders we have ever had the pleasure to work with. He kept us regularly informed, asked questions, and offered solutions throughout the process. Their subcontractors are professional, efficient, and produce very high quality results. We contracted with Jim Ayers to build our home. We found him very helpful in keeping us updated on the progress of the construction even though we were out of town during most of the construction. My biggest concern with building a new home was staying within the budget and selecting all the design elements, fixtures, flooring, etc. Jim and his staff did an excellent job in assisting us and directing us to various suppliers. If you are looking for a spec home this is it. If you are looking for a custom built home be patient it will be worth it in the end. Ran into the usual build problems as was expected. Had some warranty issues but in the end they cam through an did the right thing, Impressive !

Jim Ayers and New Pointe Builders work magic. I recently had a remodel done in my townhome. You never know what you might uncover during a remodel. The design center worked with me for endless hours with the remodel design, flooring, paint colors, granite, tile and cabinets. The team of contractors came in and made things right. My kitchen could have been a nightmare. My custom cabinets were installed to perfection. The granite fit to a tee. The remodel was a huge success. My home is now so cozy and updated. It looks like a new home altogether. New Pointe Builders were fast, they remove all of the debris and do a great job. Jim and his sub-contractor team were easy to work with and helped me stay within my budget. I highly recommend them. 10 stars!!
