The owner, Cecil Pryor and his son Nick are really great people, who go out of their way to help you find the right vehicle, arrange for financing, and deliver quality used cars. I recently purchased my 2006 Ford Mustang from them and could not have been more pleased with the whole experience. Folks, it does not have to be a stressful, long and drawn out process with constant back and forth with your salesman and his manager playing mind games with you. Dont do business like that. I recently moved up to Burnsville North Carolina from Florida. I spent the last five weeks looking for all wheel vehicle to get through the winter. I saw Honda Rdgeline RX online being sold by Pryor Auto Sales. I call and talk to Cecil, made an appointment to go see it. I did a Carfax, just like most of us we are skeptical about buying a used car from a dealer. The Carfax came back excellent, and the character of this company was beyond my satisfaction. I also lived 60 miles away from there and had no way to get the vehicle home. The next day they deliver the vehicle to my home. Later on, text me and asked me am I enjoying the car, I said of course I am. Think about this, if you sold a car to somebody do you really want to know how it doing, Lol.

We purchased a used car from them 2 months ago. We couldnt even drive it to work the next day without it breaking down on the side of the road. They picked it up and took it to one of their people to look at and said it was fixed. Again it didnt make it to work the next day and they ignored us for 2 months. Then told us it was as is and it was our problem loo. Do not trust these people to stand behind their product.

Most pleasant car buying experience ever!! I called early Saturday morning, the owner answered the phone coming through the door and from that point on he did everything in his power for me as a customer. Typically I dont do reviews, however this was a once in the lifetime experience. I purchased a 1 owner low mileage 1990 Fleetwood who he bought back off the original owner he first sold it to. Cecil and his son are truly the salt of the earth . I drove 1hr and 15min and he stayed open late it was worth the trip worth the journey. I will be purchasing from them again the quality for the price just cant be matched

Sold me a Lemon Law Buyback Car, that had been documented as such, and had problems documented that couldnt be fixed on it. Every car dealer I talked to in town told me, theres no way he didnt know, hes been in the car business for 35 years, first at Boyds, where mechanics around town said he sold some pretty nice cars, some new. Then when he started his own business, buying cheap cars at the car sales, the ones no one else wants, because they are worn out. or have other problems, like the one I got from him, that he couldnt put Carfax on, because it would show that it was bought back by Toyota, for problems that couldnt be fixed, as documented on Carfax report, so he can get them cheap, maybe $1000 at most, put as little money as he could into them, even if it meant the car wasnt fit to drive, and mark them $5995. Oh, and he can get all the Carfax reports as he wants, because he has a dealers account with Carfax that allows him to get as many as he needs for a certain price, including the one im sure he pulled for the car he sold to me, then threw it away, or hid it. Once I found all this out, I contacted him, told him what I knew, asked what he was going to do about it, still had my truck, but he wasnt going to do anything, said he didnt know. I talked to a top mechanic at Toyota, got him to look at the car, read the Carfax, and pull all the times that car had been back in a Toyota shop, for one problem after another, and marked UNFIXABLE BY TOYOTA and Maked under the Lemon Law, NEVER to be sold. The Toyota mechanic, and some other mechanics, in the shop All said, He knew about it, and unloaded it on you, and took your truck on top of all that. He wouldnt offer to try to make it right, and after the second time I talked to him, he laughed, and said I could do whatever I wanted with it, since I was getting a clean title. The CLEAN TITLE I got was a new title, he had filed for a lost title, it had only his name, and my name, no of the other probably 17, yes 17 other owners, that had kept it for 2-3000 miles, or at time 200-300 miles, over and over marked unfixable. He was trying to hide the history of it. I am not the first this has happened to, and I sure not the last. I wish he would man up, and do the right thing, and make it right. Im offering one last time to work with him, under mediation, if it has to be, to get to a fair settlement on my behalf. I dont want more than what was taken from me, but I do want to be made whole again. Due to illness of my own, and recent more serious illness of my wife, I havent filed the papers nesessary to get a judgement against Cecil Pryors business, or if there could be mediation to make it right. I will not let this go, I will do negative advertising for his car lot. And I will have the backdated papers I didnt get to see looked through, and will find out how the car made it on his lot, when it was marked unfixable by Toyota, and taken out of service. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS BUSINESS, IM NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT HAS HAD THIS PROBLEM, GO TO BRYAN EASLER TOYOTA, AND GET A GOOD CAR, THAT ISNT BEING SOLD TO YOU BY AN UNSCRUPULOUS USED CAR DEALER. DEALERS LIKE THIS GIVE USED CAR DEALERS A BAD NAME. Oh, I did see him a few months after at the Tag office, he turned, saw me, and as fast as he could jumped in his Bronco, and took off quick. He knows what he is, and knows what hes done, looked like hed seen a ghost, he did NOT want to discuss any of that in fron t of the tag office. I am not done, I will keep contacting people, and giving out papers with the information to the people that know hwat he has done, until he wants to sit down, and make this right, and make me whole. PLEASE, do not buy anything from this man, until he decides to make things right with the ones he has cheated, and decides to be an honest dealer, and not sell Lemon cars bought back by the maufacturer.
