Really nice public place to shop for what you are looking for and the employees are amazing

They have a good selection of quality clothes and really nice bathrooms. However, I felt they were overpriced (and maybe pricier than other GWs we have been to). The employees and even customers were rude, not a great impression of the area. Checkout was also slow (it was busy with a long line but it took them a while to open the 2nd register to help).

I have seen so many things I would loved or wanted to buy. For me when it comes to dollar store pieces brought in and Googwill puts double or 1+1/2 or double the price that just shows your greed and not helping the unfortunate.

I love how quick and easy it is to donate. But the prices in this particular store are high, some items are cheaper brand new. The store was well kept and neat.

This is one of the nicest Goodwill retail stores I have been in. There are some real deals!!! And a large selection which makes it always nice. The service is excellent, also easy to get in and out of.

Goodwill has pretty high prices on some garments. People working there were nice. Bathrooms were super clean.

First time Ive been there since COVID-19 started....6 months. Masks are mandatory so please respect this requirement. The clothing racks are so full I almost couldnt look at items ( really too full). Social distancing is also in place and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It might be 6 more months until I return, but Ill be back.....

Absolutely LOVE getting halfway through the store after dragging my toddler in and out of the car just to be told I cant carry my diaper bag through. A DIAPER BAG.

People are great but I dont want u to go here because I want all the cool cheap items for myself. If you have to go to one go to the one on tunnel road in asheville.

This is by far the best Goodwill store I have gone to. The store is tidy and clean and the people that work there are amazing!!!!

I was just in the store waiting in line to pay for a pair of shoes when I witnessed an employee be incredibly rude to three customers. A younger couple was looking at a couple of Coach purses that were in the Showcase priced rather high, obviously suggesting that they were authentic Coach items.. There was an elderly woman in front of me waiting to pay who was giving them some tips on how to tell if they were real or fake. The couple had already identified one smaller purse as definitely fake. And were looking at a larger item saying they thought it was real. All the sudden a younger employee who was a male with curly longer hair came over and rudely said that if they were going to be a problem he would call the manager up there for them. He then grabbed the purse out of another employees hand and gave the dirtiest look to the elderly woman. She was obviously shaken from the situation and stepped away from the area and quickly finished her transaction and left without saying another word. The younger couple just left the store without purchasing anything. The rude employee went back to looking thru clothing on a rack with a scowl on his face. Im not sure what his problem was or why he thought snapping at an elderly woman was an okay thing to do. The reality is that reselling fraudulent, replica goods as authentic is a federal crime so they should have taken the input in a positive way considering these people were doing nothing but shopping and offering a little feedback. Im not sure why anyone is employed at a store like Goodwill with an attitude like this guy had.

Nice and clean store. Staff very friendly and helpful. Prices pretty consistent, $3.99, $4.99. A lot of clothes! Not many collectables or household items. Could have a half price on shoes and clothes or sale by tag color. Book prices a little high but arranged neatly on shelves and separated by fiction and nonfiction, hard and paper back. A pleasure to shop there.

This is truly one of the worst Goodwill stores I have ever been to. They are horribly overpriced to the point where I picked up an item and the price they had for it was more than the original store price which was still on the box. They have the exact same items with different prices on each LOL and they will not adjust the price to the lesser amount. The store is junkie and disarrayed.

Note this review is only of the set up for donations, not the thrift store portion...We had a disturbing experience donating items at this location. We had a carload of pretty decent stuff including some jewelry, christmas cards, clothing and more. Donations are not taken into the store, instead they are placed in the back of a trailer, apparently to be hauled elsewhere and sorted.The attendant on duty took our stuff and proceeded to literally throw it on the truck. We had neatly organized things and had some other decorative items that were fragile. Even that stuff was thrown on the truck. We could see the greeting cards flying out of their boxes. We will never donate items at this location again.The saddest part of this is that Goodwill is supposed to be an organization that trains people to get jobs and the person working at Goodwill was horribly trained and didnt care.

Great staff got a Hamilton Beach 1000 watt microwave used $10 called ahead they dont reserve items but will check on it.

Always a good place to go if you like old things, collectables and maybe even to get lucky with a good find. Plus, the wide array of random clothing is nice with not bad pricing.

This place is disgusting and unclean. Everything in there is such garbage. Also not to mention everything is so incredibly over priced. Nothing is organized, so good luck finding anything in there. Take my advice and take your busses elsewhere.

I went into store...long line lady decided to go and get more money for her register despite there being a long line. Just left and proceeded with talking to other people in the back vs getting the money. I didnt even need money i was going to pay with card it was really rude and disrespectful. We didnt even buy the items we just left the store. One of the worst customer service experiences.

I dont plan to shop there any more. Waited 10 minutes with 2 items while cashier chatted and rang up woman with about 30 items. When another line opened man behind me with basket of high end printers jumped in front of me. I had just been In Electronics section and there were only a couple of cheap printers on the shelves so they had apparently held the best printers for him (his van sign said he referbishes printers ). Also there is a man who shops there every day who sits on his walker seat and waits for employees to bring stuff out of the back for him to purchase for resale. I thought goodwill policy stated every one should have a fair change to buy all items. I will donate to and buy from salvation army in the fiture.

Prices are getting pretty high. I couldnt look through all the kids clothes because an employee was blocking the whole isle and got an attitude when I tried to ask her to move her cart up a little bit.

It was very crowded, the employees were extremely rude and they refused to sell me an item just because they didnt want to break up a set. There choice they lost $75 of my money guess you people dont want a pay check.

Several employees told me that they throw away Bibles. They charge high prices for incomplete items. The lead today acted very smug and rude when I asked if there could be a price change on an incomplete item. The price was very high I told her it was incomplete and she gave me nothing but attitude. The prices here only continue to rise even though all their merchandise is donated by kind-hearted people

I typically like goodwill but this place is the worst. I have 3 young children and was treated like a 2nd rate citizen. The employee walked by and asked if my child was sassy and was very rude when we we did nothing wrong. I had 2 in the buggy and one holding my hand then they rang up a 2 dollar item at 3.75 this isnt the first time they have overcharged me. I have donated semi loads of goods to goodwill over the past few years. It is not the point of a buck and 75 cents its the mere point of taking advantage of people. You can basically shop at Walmart or other cheaper stores and spend the same amount for brand new merchandise with nicer employees. I will not go back here very disappointed....

Decent Goodwill, depending on when you go you can find some amazing stuff.

Huge variety of new and used items. Always something new. The only thing I would recommend is more dressing rooms. There is always a line waiting for them when I have been there.

Pretty typical thrift store. Nothing special, nothing bad.

This location had a particularly poor selection of mens clothing. The bathrooms had the classic goodwill urine stench that makes you not want to touch anything else in the store. Staff was very chatty and friendly. Costume items for holoween were limited to children only.
