Their team helped me figure out the specifics I needed for a monogram, as well as helped me brainstorm on the gift I was trying to create. Super cute store full of great gifts. From gifts for new babies to new graduates to newlyweds, they have it all! Really pretty jewelry and home goods as well. Not to mention you can get most anything embroidered or have something heat pressed onto it. Friendly, sweet staff as well.

I got a Charles River monogrammed rain jacket from here for Christmas. The monogram was stitched on perfectly and none of the threads have pulled out. Couldnt be happier with the jacket. Julie was so sweet and helped me pick out a nice font and thread color. Ill definitely go back if I ever need anything monogrammed again.

I dropped off 3 work shirts to be embroidered. Company logo on left chest. My name on right chest. Initial This told me that they had a copy of my logo and if they did not they would contact me. Upon recieving my shirts there was no logo. I was explained that Initial This needed my company logo digitized and they could not do a logo otherwise. Very frustrating and disappointing to hear. Due to this experience I will not return to the store.

We bought a Scout backpack for our daughter here and it broke on the third day of use. Scout nor the owner will replace it. Owner is having it repaired but we have not gotten it back yet (been almost a week now). Owner had the nerve to insinuate it broke because my daughter put to many books in it. Very cute store with lots of neat stuff but LOUSY customer service. Avoid this place at all costs.

Everytime Im in Nashville I swing by Initial This...great finds...unique gifts...and a super friendly helpful staff.

My grandmother ordered a monogramed blanket which they messed up the spelling. Instead of correcting the issue they acted like it was her fault. My grandmother even said she would purchase another blanket if they would just do the monogram for free, but they declined. Terrible customer service!!!

Displeased with service.To new men shirts to be monogrammed .When l recive my merchandise they were balled up in the bag.When l asked about my merchandise the cashier said oh we dont fold.
