Marlene is wonderful to work with. She quoted so many granite selections from at least 4 different wholesalers and installation-only from ISD. The install happened on the day she stated and the installers were polite. We ran into a few issues on templates fitting the walls and had a miscommunication with the type of sealer on install but she stood behind it best she could going above and beyond in our opinion. We will very likely use her on our next build.

I dont usually do reviews, but I feel I need to to tell people if they are looking for the best people to install their countertops look no further. After meeting the great people at Brotherstone Granite, I cant tell you how pleased we were in finding the perfect material to every employee that measured to the guys that installed it.I would give them 10 stars. They eliminated all the stress of shopping, measuring and installing. They do it all. Marlene helped us from beginning to the end with a great selection on site. And they do the installation too. Brotherstone did an excellent job upgrading my counters for my small business in town. The price was reasonable and it took them no time to complete the job. They were very easy to coordinate with as well. I would recommend them for any granite counter needs you may have.

Just completed remodeling my kitchen, Brotherstone did my counters and did an incredible job. Marlene did an excellent job giving us information on different applications and cost. Great quality, price and customer service. Our job was relatively large, about 140 sq. ft, requiring 4 slabs, three of which were quartzite, so our stone costs were high. We initially worked with competitor B and received a quote that was way over budget. We shopped around and found Brotherstone; good reviews and their quote was 50% lower. The overall job was an enjoyable experience, thanks to a quality installation and responsive customer service.

Brotherstone Granite was a pleasure to work with. Marlene and her ace fabricator Enrique we’re friendly and knowledgeable and helped steer us through the process of refurbishing our kitchen. They finished some granite that we provided and then we traded some pieces for a beautiful honed slab for our island. We were so pleased with both the experience as well as the final result. It is great to have such a responsive and professional granite source here in Hendersonville. We recommend them wholeheartedly!

I highly recommend Brother Stone. Beautiful craftsmanship with my granite. Especially the installation around exposed wood columns. The stone was cut to enhance the beauty of the granite. The cut around the farmhouse sink is beautiful! They were punctual and clean. They were polite and answered all of my questions. Wonderful overall experience. No complaints at all!!!!

Dave & Marlene helped us choose the perfect piece for our kitchen then came out, measured and made some suggestions on how to utilize the space we had for the most efficiency. The installers were professional and polite. Thumbs up to a job well done! We are delighted with our new kitchen and would hire them again.

If I could give Brotherstone Granite more than 5 stars, I would! Marlene and her staff were so professional, but also very down to earth. We couldnt be happier with the granite that was installed in our kitchen and master bath. The men who delivered and installed the granite were all very nice and were very careful in placing a very heavy full slab for our island. I cannot say enough good things about this place!!

I was extremely apprehensive about tackling this project on my own. Marlene couldnt have been more patient...providing the perfect amount of support and guidance in helping me choose the granite as well as allaying my concerns about potential problems with my kitchen. And she has a top notch team of fabricators/installers, led by Enrique, who is professional and personable. They made sure they treated my home with care. And her assistant on the front desk always called to let me know the schedule so that I knew exactly what was being done and when. I couldnt have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend BrotherStone Granite.

Ive used them twice. The first time, about 2 years ago was a great experience. This time, awful. My granite was supposed to be ready a week ago at the latest (she said 1-2 weeks, and that was the two week mark), so I call to check. Now it will be ready in 4 more days. 4 more days, and no call, so I call to check again, still not ready. I also inform her that no one asked which edges I wanted finished or not finished. Give us 3 more days. No call. One more day, and I call again. Still not ready, but supposedly will be this afternoon. This was a tiny order. Two 5 wide pieces of scrap. Meanwhile, everything has been on hold in the remodel because of them. They will not be getting my business ever again.

We asked this company to temporarily remove and reinstall a quartz countertop for a kitchen repair job. We did not have a previous relationship. This was a small but hard job. Many companies wouldnt want to bother with this small of a job. They did it in a timely, professional manner and charged a fair price. When we need new countertops we know who to call.

Im a general contractor and had Brotherstone install granite tops in my house. We had a problem and they came out the very next day and took care of it. Have been using them ever since.
