Dave in the paint section helped me today. He was sure to answer my questions and made sure I had all I needed for my project. Multiple employees asked if I needed help and that doesnt happen at other stores in town. Plus their prices are better along with the paints quality
Home Depot is Home Depot is Home Depot. I mean, what more could you ask. Professional tools, cheap lumber, custom cabinets, huge selection of pretty much anything you need or want. Fast, efficient service, convenient location, parking, loading, no hassle returns---its got it all. Brilliant!
I was helped by a man named Nick who works in lumbar. I was struggling to get mud pans apart (dont judge me, they were super stuck), and ended up bringing a small stack to his register. With some finagling, he was able to separate them for me. I really appreciate the help he gave me and that he made my visit to Home Depot pleasant. Thank you Nick!

The worst customer service ever!! Five guys watched us load up a load of lumber, got the count wrong, wouldnt make it right. Ill never shop this or any other Home Depot ever. My advice, go to Lowes. Beyond disappointed.
We were ready to purchase expensive sets of window blinds. We stood in the section for over 30 minutes ready to order and no one was in sight. We had an employee page 3 times requesting help and no one ever responded. We reported this to customer service rep as we we’re leaving. She just said “Sorry ‘bout that! Y’all have a good day.” Then she walked away. We’re heading for Lowe’s.
I am extremely disappointed with the partial delivery of order # WD72888858. I placed my order one and a half months ago. It has been a nightmare ever since. Local store promptly delivered the over priced lumber that would be cheaper today. However direct shipment of shower stall took weeks only two parts of three were delivered. Then comes the worst part. Customer service was awful trying to resolve the shipping problem. Finally today a nice customer rep determined the problem. Delta is awful it turns out. But I must somehow return the stall to a local store for refund and reorder it? This defeats the point of delivery all of which cost extra. I dont have a pickup truck Ian very disappointed and frustrated but still trying to resolve this mess.

This review is for Jay, the installer in the windows and blinds department. Even though the wrong shade was ordered and delivered he patiently straightened it out and ordered the correct skylight shade. I freaking love Home Depot to begin with, but THIS location!? 🤩🤩🤩 I was blessed to have Hilary assist me, she got a young man to cut my lumber, they were so efficient, and worked as a team to help me! As a result, I got everything I was looking for, and even felt inclined to really splurge on some tools! 🤩🤩🤩

Ive always been partial to home Depot. Pricing tends to be better then Lowes and options on tools are far better. But sometimes they do let me down..you carry 1in pex fittings but not pipe. I have trouble understanding these things.
The store in Hendersonville has always had what I was looking for. Staff answers any questions I have and it is a less chaotic store to be in vs. Lowes which is only 5mins away.

I am not the type to write reviews, but this is not the first bad experience I’ve had at this Home Depot. I called ahead to place an order, being that we were on a time crunch. Upon arrival, we found out the order still hadn’t been processed, nor placed. Customer service employees were obviously new, so I understand the inefficiency. Having said that, management needs to step up big time. The employees, though new, were clearly undertrained. Little-to-no sense of urgency shown from any employees. Forklift drivers are hit or miss. Take caution.
Had to order a storm door. It was quick and easy, employee was very helpful.
Had everything I needed including a truck to haul it :-)...saved quite a bit renting truck vs having delivered. Inky asked for help once, which guy did but ALWAYS pick your own wood; they will grab what ever. However, when other guys were loading it for me, he found one badly defective and went and got a good one. Very pleased with my overall experience.
They pretty much always su_ _. If you need 5 things they have only three. The staff is either missing or disinterested in helping. My last visit had a return. There were five people behind the counter holding court or some sort. No one even looked up until their stories were complete. Two employees walked away. Another complained about having to load something in the garden center and still another complained about having to run into the back to grab some item not in the cage. No other customers and I seemed to be invisible.Like I said unless you are a contractor loading up sheetrock they really su _ _ at any level of caring or helpfulness. I used to do my kitchen renovations using them for cabinet and counters but stopped. I was going to support one nice person when the company doesnt care.The subs they use for installations on generators are bandits for how overpriced they are. Literally double the price of a local electrician authorized for Generic on a 22 KWNope avoid them when possible
The gentleman working in the Hendersonville store was the most helpful i have ever experienced he had a beard dont remember his name will definitely look for him top notch service..that has seem to be lost with Lowes and other stores!!

I was looking for some green AstroTurf, spoke to Chris, and he had a scrap just the exact size I needed. Gave me a reasonable discount, and out the door I went. They didnt have any at Lowes.
I have visited this store 2 times in the past month to buy power tools. Even after asking the cashier for help, and hearing the page on the intercom system, no one ever came to help. I waited 15 minutes today. I doubt I will revisit this location. The 2 Asheville stores are about the same distance from me.

In home depot most the time they work during costomer are in the store. And sometimes is Hard to get what I need.
Wow, so the worst. If I could give negative I would. I used to work and HD and never would I ever think that customer service would be so absent. No help loading concrete block. Manager is definitely putting corporate tracked online orders above in person visits. They clearly aren’t doing evening restock because I keep getting ghosted due to associates needing to do restock. I am so done with this location. Its a shame because they could capture some business from the constantly packed lowes down the street. Oh well

My wife and I are currently involved with a home renovation job in our kitchen. We purchased a number of items including an oven, microwave oven and refrigerator from this company at this location. We were told we had to pay for the oven and microwave up front in order to get them. The microwave oven we were told they could only sale what was in stock and if we paid for it. It would be ours. The salesperson said it was the only one in stock and we needed to pay in order to secure it for delivery on time. We recently got an email stating it was scheduled for delivery on time. This was very important because we need it for our home kitchen make over. The day before delivery we were sent another stating it was rescheduled for delivery June 14, 2021. We need it now!! I am also concerned about the refrigerator scheduled for June 3, 2021.My wife contacted the appliance department and spoke to Herbert. He assured her he would look into it and follow up the next morning. This was important because we needed to follow up with our contractor, in order to determine best course of action. The following morning my wife and I waited for phone call from Herbert. He never called. My wife decided to go to this location to talk to him. She went to that department to see him and he was was another customer. She waited and talked to another person there. She ask to talk to Herbert. She said I may can help you. My wife said She needed to talk to him. They did have a dialogue and this person said the item had been damaged and could be delivered to us as scheduled. It was apparent that Herbert was avoiding talking to my wife and since we paid for the microwave ahead of time it was sold to somebody else. This person finally said there were several appliances, including microwave ovens setting out in ocean not being able to dock. This is unacceptable!!How is it a major corporation like Home Depot can not bring in items, goods and all other accessories that has made the major companythey are today. We have always supported this company financially from the beginning. I can not estimate the amount of money we havespent out their numerous locations throughout our years.In our time of need they can not deliver. Is this the new normal or do we as the consuming public let this stand? Keep in mind we spend a lot of money at this company so we should not have to continue to accept this approach. Managers not following up and avoiding dealing with the problem with honesty and integrity. They need to remember we are the reason they have the revenues they enjoy for their stock holders and their corporation.There are others DIY companies eager for business. They may be the same, but you usingthe only leverage you have, which is your buying power.
It is home depot; it can be hit or miss if they have what you need. We hit a home run on this visit. They had everything we were looking for.
A lot of items are higher priced than in other similar stores. Some employees have very minimal knowledge and arent helpful. They dont carry child proofing products in the store?!!?? I couldnt find any when I was there this past weekend and none of the employees I asked were the least bit helpful. Half of them had no idea what I was talking about and the other half sent me to the door lock aisle, which I had previously looked thoroughly through (and the rest of the store) before I asked for assistance.
Clueless....Placed an online order for delivery on May 7 for studs and a patio door. Email confirmation indicated Id be getting a call within 2 days to schedule my deliyOver one week passed with zero communication on this order. I called on May 10th to inquire in status and was told door was not in stock (even though the initial order indicated it was in stock and they processed my card).I went to the store when I was up that way on May 20 and was then informed that the order was scheduled for delivery on Sat the 22, news to me...as again there had been ZERO communication from the store.I indicated to the customer service person that wouldnt work as I would be out of town and to reschedule the delivery for Tuesday the 25th. She confirmed this was changed and I had no reason to think there would be more issues.Well today is the 22 and I get an email from HD indicating my delivery is TODAY, not the 25th that I had scheduled in person.Key issue here is complete and total lack of communication regarding product availability and delivery. Couple that with complete ignorance regarding my rescheduling the delivery in person and then being told today when I called there was NOTHING they could do about it.I am waiting on a callback from the manager to discuss, but not holding my breath.Pretty sorry effort all the way around.
I made two trips here trying to buy Wyze outdoor cameras. The first time, the Home Depot website showed 15 cameras in stock but when I arrived, the store had zero. The second trip, the outdoor camera was in stock but was priced $19 more than the price listed on the website and on other competitor’s websites. The store refused a price match even though the Home Depot’s website had the price at $19 cheaper. I’m not sure what’s going on with this store.
I enjoy shopping at my local Home Depot. It doesnt seem overcrowded with product, like other box stores in my area. Not all but sometimes there are not enough employees working.
Store was a reck tool Dept. Was a mess no stock batteries for drills all on floor level lock up so people cant read whats what with them

My favorite DIY store.
No wonder Jeff Bezos is winning the game. The incompetence and listlessness of their employees is unbeatable. Not only do they not care, but they ignore you while they promise to help you. I drove 40 minutes to get to the store to pick up my item. They said it might not be in the store. I said there are 9 available and the phone call I had was to confirm that my item was in the store. The employee that promised me to be there for me when I got there on Saturday, was out sick for 2 days. After having the table saw ordered online and the discount applied and my credit card charged they denied me access to my paid item. They sent me to isle 11 to go find it. I went and it was not there. I asked customer service again and mentioned that their service and pick up as advertised is simply not existing and of the worst kind. I gave them 10 more minutes and then left. She mentioned that their employee might not have the time to go and get the article for me.. out of the warehouse.. or wherever they put the item (Rigid Table Saw with stand ) for $349, ON SALE . I checked online again as I got home and still 9 were available. On Ebay they were selling them for 50 to 100 bucks more, I guess someone is letting things disappear from the store and then turn around and sell them on Ebay... who knows? So sad to see all the great stuff Home Depot has and how the management messed up this store ! I will file a complaint with the BBB. Home Depot will be out of business soon if this does not change drastically !!!!

We strongly advise against purchasing appliances from the Home Depot in Hendersonville NC. The customer service and delivery process is atrocious. We ordered a dual fuel range for a vacation home in nearby Zirconia. Delivery was scheduled for Saturday February 27th. We received a call from the delivery driver stating that he would be at our house in approximately 20 minutes. The driver and the delivery simply never arrived. We received no call, no explanation, nothing. Only after calling Home Depot’s national customer service line did we learn that the driver, sua sponte, elected to not make the delivery because “the road was too narrow and it had been raining”. The absurdity of this statement is reflected in the fact that there are multiple homes along our road including a large summer camp. Delivery truck and box trucks routinely come down this road. Home Depot, however, has elected to hide behind its third party delivery service. Of course, whom Home Depot contracts with for delivery is a Home Depot problem not a customer problem. We cancelled our purchase and will never use this Home Depot again.
They have what you need when you need it, good folks good service
Never any carts inside so you have to go from one end of the building to the other also no small baskets for small item. So you have to go to the paint department and take a bucket and leave it on the check out. Lets not forget missing stock. Closing early but no restocking done. Seems to be s job in itself to find what your looking for. People there are nice I will say that.

Bad service, the cashier she didnt know how to take our orders at off. After someone show her, most our orders was wrong, I was gonna go back, but I was on the hurry to go back to work, cause my break was almost over. I wont go back again

I have a huge thank you! During a recent visit with my 6 yr old twins a wonderful lady at the service desk asked if we wanted some free craft kit. My kids were so excited they opened it immediately and (I had to) do it with them right away! They so enjoyed it!
Great work / DIY store, tons of great items, great tool choices including Makita. Always have lots of great clearance items for great prices that are always different from one visit to the next. Prices are pretty decent overall.
I recently purchased new appliances for my home and had a great experience. The salesman was attentive, kind and professional, wearing his mask. He wasnt in a hurry and took the time to answer all my questions. Il be back!
Some washers and dryers on floor not in inventory; if one is the matching appliance isnt... before investing time to shop and compare, these things should be stated up front with signs on each unit not available!
Very bad management, bought a washer and dryer. My wife and I are handicap, so laundry is difficult to carry to laundry mat.Took them Three times to deliver appliances when they finally got here.Said they couldnt get up driveway, but finally did when they had someone that new how to drive.Had a huge truck for delivery.Asked if we had a neighbor maybe that could pick it up. Very disappointed with service.Will not buy from again!!

Just about always have what I need
I normally shop at Lowes because of travel time. 15 minutes compared to 25 minutes to hendersonville home depot. But today I traveled the extra 10 to get a great deal on a miter saw plus $100 more in supplies. I dealt with 4 different associates and they were all so kind and helpful. Never have associates been this helpful or kind to me at Lowes. I will be back.

I was in and out quickly the cashier was helpful and friendly. I didnt see any workers on the floor but the store was maintained nicely.
They had pretty much what I needed, but the manager made sure I got exactly what I came for. Just wished they had someone available to help load the heavy stuff onto the roof rack. Luckily another customer jumped in and helped.
