RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. If you dont spend a fortune there or dont buy your kubota from them originally they are of no help and very rude. To say I wont spend another penny there would be a huge understatement. It is ridiculous that if you own a kubota of any kind that they wont help you unless you purchased it from them. How ridiculous is that. When I buy a car I can go to any dealership of that brand to get help or service. This place is a disgrace and surely lacking manners and personality. Beware

Purchased a Kubota from them several years ago and have nothing but positive things to say about this dealership. I now currently live 10 min from the Kubota dealer in Asheville but will not even buy a pin clip from them. Ill always drive to Hendersonville for my parts and service.

I bought my Kubota here so I come here for everything I need on my tractor. Originally, about 5 years ago when I got it, I was treated very well. Wendy handled everything for me as Jerry was at the annual show. She was great. Between now and then I didnt use it much at all. I started using it in earnest about 8 months ago. Ive been in a few times for service and recently to purchase some new attachments for it. So heres the point. Wendy has been as helpful and nice every time Ive been there since the first time I walked in. Jerry is very helpful and straightforward. Know these two folks and youll have a great experience. I strongly recommend this business if you are buying a Kubota. And if youre considering some other brand, rethink that because a Kubota tractor with a Woods implement sold by Moore is a great choice.
