Service department knows their stuff. These guys were life saving. Driving from San Antonio to the mountains of Colorado and we got a check engine light. After crawling to their service department, they had three gentlemen there bouncing ideas off each other until they came to a consensus. After reading the codes they deduced it could be an easy air filter replacement fix (which is the least expensive option. After removing the filter it was filthy and our trip was saved. On the road less that 15 minutes later and our dream trip is still alive. Thank you to these people and take your vehicle there if you want it done correctly cost efficiently.

On Wednesday I know all of my lights worked and then on Thursday one wasnt working. I was supposed to leave for a trip Friday afternoon and the guys at Stevens were able to fix my light on my lunch hour. They are always so nice and take good care of their customers. Everyone was very polite for the hour I was there. Several different personal asked if it wanted water or coffee. They asked how I was doing. When Id called to check on getting my car serviced I was told it shouldnt take more than an hour and that is exactly the amount of time it took. I had plenty of time to get to my next appointment.

Very satisfied. Only complaint was, on driving the vehicle home, it rode ruff and was a bit unstable around curves. Upon further examination, one tire was 48 lbs and the other three where 47 lbs. All other services where great and we would be comfortable using the dealership again.

Our salesman Jeremy Gonzalez was great. He was so patient with us and not pushy at all which I appreciated. He answered all my questions right away.

I ordered a part on the Internet from a different vendor with overnight shipping. After calling them to find out it still hadnt shipped, I panicked. I was going to Hereford from Dallas to visit my parents for Thanksgiving. I decided to order it from Stevens on that Tuesday and Antonio told me it would arrive to Hereford by Wednesday.He called about 8am the next morning and told me it had arrived from Ft Worth already. I was amazed at the efficiency, great service, and care this dealership provided. Even when I picked it up, Antonio was very courteous and exhibited great service. I wish all the dealerships and online vendors took care of their customers like this. Kudos to Antonio and the Stevens dealership.

I went in on a Saturday morning @ 9:00 a.m. to see if there was any way I could get in a vehicle because mine would not start and left me stranded at the local acautic center(starter gave out). Went for an oil change and to get my check engine light looked at. Had to leave the car there the whole day but get it back with everything running great. People there are every nice and let you know everything that is wrong with your car.

JJ gave me such a good deal on this 2015 Yukon that I drove 800 miles from Tennessee. This is a really nice dealership.

We were told it would cost $90 to look and find out what was wrong with our truck. it took 3 days to get to it.They charged a $9 dollar miscellaneous fee and when asked what for, I was told we charge everyone that fee no matter what we do still didnt explain what that extra 9 dollar charge was for. they gave no printed itemization of parts costs and labor costs. for the hundred dollars we spent to find out what was wrong they could at least print an itemization. this place is shady. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. their customer service sucks!

I don’t see how treating previous customers is number 1 priority when I ask to get a flat tire fixed and told NO because they are about to close. Still 10 minutes left till closing and every tech is standing around.

Not very business like, wasted my time for 2 days. agreed on an out the door price. when i come back with the check, find out they need 3k more. car dealers, utilitiy companys an cell phone companys, have no use for them. their all theives.

Although I couldnt get into a car thanks to my own circumstances, the guys at Stevens were extremely helpful and I will be back in the future to buy a new car.
