First off, i had a pretty horrible and dreadful experience with my first piercings when i had them done years ago in another place,and it scared me for a long time and i was reluctant to get anymore piercings done after that. But all that until i met Torz.I have had done my daith and flat in my left ear and a flat in the right ear!She is the most WONDERFUL soul ever! She was ever so patient and answered all of my silly many questions without judgement, she put me at ease SO much even before i got there! I was shaking like a twig as i was waiting for my piercings to be done as i heard how painful cartilage piercings are but she used this magic potion spray called “freeze numbing spray” and i couldn’t feel a single thing! She is either a real witch or the best piercer anyone could hope for! My pain threshold is absolutely horrible and i usually feel the slightest pinch or touch but before i even knew she was done and i didn’t even know when she did it!! I was so shocked 😱😱😱 she was extremely gentle and made sure i like the placement before she went through with it and we had such a lovely chat meanwhile. She has the most adorable and bubbly personality and i don’t know how anyone would not instantly fall in love with her! My fiancé was with me as well and was equally impressed by how professional she is and everything was super sanitary !!I can’t recommend her enough and hands down my number one choice from now on! I already have planned out the rest of the piercings i want her to do and i am super hyped to go back asap!!!She also has a huge wonderful jewelry collection and everything you need for aftercare as well! She explained everything wonderfully well and in detail and gave me a leaflet as well with aftercare instructions at the end ❤︎❤︎❤︎You have to go to her for all your piercing needs! Best piercing experience Ive had. Before even getting my piercing I messaged Torz to ask her all the questions I had (and I had a LOT), she talked me through everything I wanted to know and more. She was extremely friendly and accommodating and made me feel at ease before even stepping into the studio. When I arrived I was greeted with such an upbeat and positive attitude, settling me immediately. Torz went through all the paperwork and talked me through the different jewellery (of which she has so many beautiful pieces.) When it was time for the piercing Torz talked me through every single thing, letting me know what she was doing, and comforting me when I said I felt nervous, she is highly experienced and so thoughtful. She sprayed numbing spray onto my ear before the piercing and it worked wonders. I had my forward helix and daith pierced. The forward helix didnt hurt at all, I couldnt even tell it had been done until Torz let me know. She told me the daith would hurt a little more but added more numbing spray to help. I felt some pressure and a slight pinch but would not say I experienced any pain. Afterwards she talked me through the aftercare and gave me a leaflet with all aftercare info on to read if I needed it, I also bought some aftercare spray from her which was very reasonably priced. I will be going back in a month to have my piercing looked at free of charge.If you are nervous about getting a piercing, GO TO TORZ, I can assure you she will make you feel at ease. 100% recommend her and will definitely be going back to her should I want some more piercings. I went to see Torz because a month ago had 2 sets of piercings done - second lobe each ear and helix each ear at Claires. I was very aware that the helix looked different when seeing in the mirror which I mentioned two days later to the same lady who pierced whilst I was in the shop with my daughter. I was told its because I had not pushed the earring back which I can do now.I got home and cleansed and pushed the earring back but not happy with the result as the alignment was definitely off; pierced at different angles.I saw Torz on Saturday to explain events and when she examined the piercings she agreed that the helix had been pierced differently with angle and she pointed out the second lobe piercings were also off which I missed completely because I was focused on the helix failings. I could see the distance between 1st and 2nd lobe piercings were closer on left and more apart on right. GREAT.Torz said not to worry shell fix it. I removed the poor aligned piercings and am to go back after a month of healing to have her redo them. Whilst there I had third lobe piercings done; looks great and Torz took her time, measuring and checking to ensure it all lined up, explaining along the way, before committing to the piercings.On arrival, hygiene very important and greeted nicely. Torz was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I felt safe with the hygiene due to Covid and relieved I was getting the errors corrected.Love my third piercings and looking forward to having the corrections done in a month.Thanks Torz

Ive had 5 piercings done by Torz and honestly wouldnt go anywhere else. She is super friendly, experienced, knowledgeable and the studio is spotlessly clean. Great advice given on after care every time and Ive always come away with amazing looking piercings. Depending on what youre having done then you may also get the excellent numbing spray! Torz also has a HUGE selection of jewellery to pick from so you can always pop and grab something new to jazz up your old holes 😁
