Excellent customer service! Very efficient operation. I went in for a wheel alignment with no appointment during a busy time of the day and was told it might be up to 90 minutes wait. I left my keys and walked to a nearby store for a snack. When I returned they already had my car on the rack. After I approved the adjustments they discussed with me they were done in minutes. Only about 30 minutes total after I gave them my keys!!

These guys are amazing. Me and my fiance drive cross country as expediters so we broke down and had the van towed to this location they informed us that they couldnt bring the van in because it was too tall for the bay doors so they literally bent over backwards to help is as much as they could like now its 4 days later and our van is still in the parking lot and we get there and I asked them for a jump Corey brings out his jump box and tries to jump us but didnt work battery was dead dead so after close to an hour I gave up but he was more than willing to offer help so now were stuck in the freezing cold and ask can we hang out in there while the company we work for figures out what to do they welcomed us with open arms so company says put in a battery and they do but it still didnt start so the manager Matt (I think) and a tech comes out (sorry I cant remember names) and look at the van to help see what was wrong and they figured it out so after telling my company the diagnosis they told us to get a room for the night so now were stuck there because cabs and Uber arent available so they send one of the techs Pat and gave us a ride to the hotel and he even offered to pick us up in the morning also there was a very rude customer that came in and the young man working the counter handled it well these guys are all to be commended for the people who live there if you dont take your vehicles to Firestone you need to I cant express how much they go above and beyond idk how much you pay them but whatever it is you need to give them a raise again thanks guys

I took my car in to Hermitage location for a tire rotation. Paid and left only to find out they put the two front tires on inside out. Yes, it actually states in the tire which side faces in due to the tread design.So after wasting 1 hr and 15 minutes of my time, the two tires were put on correctly. I asked the Manager for a free oil change for my time, he granted it to me.I went back for the oil change with an appointment, took roughly 1 hr. When I was checking out, the mechanic notes stated I needed a new battery. He wanted to order one for me giving me a written estimate. Over $220.00 installed. I told him that I would let him know.Found warranty for my battery. Took it in to business I bought it from, still under warranty.The Manager asked if he could look at it first, he did. I opened the hood, locked the hood in place with the Manager waiting for me to move aside. We both looked the battery, I watched him lift the cable off the right terminal with his index finger. As we both looked at each other laughing, we wondered how many older or inexperienced people would have had a perfectly good battery replaced at a ridiculous cost.He attached the cable, showed me there was nothing wrong. In fact he said you have over 75% of power left in this battery.I honestly think the Firestone Managers are not bad people necessarily, but their most of their employees are not accountable people. They have a high turnover of staff there. Used to be very good place. Hopefully some day I can trust them again.

I would give them Zero stars. Complete scam artists. I got a $1700 estimate when I went in for an alignment. They refused to do the alignment saying they had to do the $1700 worth of work before they could do the alignment. I went to another business and got my alignment done quick and only was told I would need two new tires soon. Firestone tried to scam me. Liars cheats and scam artists!!

The guys here were amazing. I got there 15 min before closing and they were nice enough to put on a new tire had it done in 20 min. Will go back.

Coming from Springfield MA, my family and I were on the way to a funeral and on the way there, our tire had run over a piece of a nail on the highway. Hardly any money and hardly any time after driving 7 and a half hours overnight with a two year old and a six year old, this Firestone saved us from missing a funeral. They were fast and professional and very inexpensive. Its been about 4 months since then and we couldnt remember where we stopped until today when we were in another Firestone location we found out it was this location. We wanted to let everyone know that the employees here are amazing and accommodating. Recommended for any tire issues.

Excellent services and repairs. The staff are always friendly and courteous and helpful, they make sure the issue is fixed properly with not any problems later on. I always go here for repairs, its the best in the area and prices are reasonable all the time.

The absolute worst customer service ever. No communication, condescending attitudes when I checked status once a day. Outright lies and changing stories about what was wrong. Had my car 3 days. Everyone was flat out rude. Took car to a dealership... part needed is less than half the price Firestone quoted.

Good place to buy tires. Treat you fairly & are honest.

I asked to have the transmission flushed and the internal filter changed. On the phone, I was priced $280-/+ for the transmission to be properly done. At the door, after handing over my keys, I was then told that my vehicles (2012 Jeep Patriot Latitude) transmission filter could not be changed and it was not possible.I was charged $230 for incomplete job and was lied to. I spoke to a Jeep dealership and the filter is absolutely capable of being changed. After speaking to the Firestone on the phone, we were then told that Firestone does not change transmission filters.Yeah, waste of time and money and employed a blunt liar.

Do not recommend. Bought tires from them and 3 weeks later the front one popped and the said they couldnt do anything about it.

New management and a new attitude! Had all 4 tires and alignment done in no time. Very professional and informative service. Made recommendations like wiper blades and engine filters but were not pushy at all. Over all very pleased with my new tires and the staff.

The manager Matt is super rude and ignorant. They definitely do not how to do anything over there!! They over price and have bad work ethics. Not professional. I will NEVER go therea again. I went there yesterday to get a tire replaced for road hazard and he refused my service and told me to get out!! I WILL be contacting corporate!!

I drove from all the way from Massachusetts and I got a nail stuck in my tire around the construction area on my way to Mercer Pa and yhe guys were nice enough to fix it with no charge. Im forever grateful. Thank you so much.

I will never use this place again, went there for a complete set of tires and oil change, they removed a set of summer touring tires and installed a set of Firestone weather grip tires, when I went and picked up the car and was driving home there was a terrible bumping so I went back to the shop and Matt the manager said I had a bent rim and I know I would have felt it with my other tires, after taking it to Shango Honda for a new rim they assured me it was bent on the tire machine when the tires were removed, they lied to me so they would not have to replace a $580.00 rim, tried to make me believe it was already bent, by the way it was bent on the inside of the rim.👎👎😠

We were on a trip and got stuck with a damaged tire. They were swamped but went beyond the call of duty to get us back on the road. Thank you!

Always have had a pleasant experience with firestone. Just got 4 new tires on my vehicle. Tires were still under warranty and new tires were discounted appropriately with a hassle free experience. Have been getting my tires and alignments from firestone for quite a few years now and will continue to do business with them.

I ran over a nail and called to have it patched. I was able to locate the nail and knew where it was before I went in. I was told that my tire could not be patched and that I would need four new tires because. My two front tires are new within one year. I took my car elsewhere and the tire was patched within 10 minutes. No problems were found or reported by the second person. Be careful or you will be taken advantage of here.

These guys literally saved the day on a sunday when no one else was open. They could have squeezed me for 150 but they fixed my tire for free. Honesty the most honest shop ive been to for anything auto related.!!@@@

I dont normally leave one star reviews check my history!! This place has caused so many issues for my household. I had a roommate whos van was completely rendered inoperable here and they blamed both him and I. This tore my household apart the stress of his vehicle being down really changed him unfortunately. This van was his business and Firestone decided to force entry through the back and short out a car alarm with the battery. The vehicle has never been the same since.

Had an appointment for an oil change then told that it would be an hour and a half once I dropped it off. I can literally change my own oil in 20 minutes. What is the point in making an appointment.

Scammers and Cheaters!!I went there yesterday to get my car inspected. The gentleman at the counter, let’s call him Bob, informed me that he won’t be able to do my inspection until my registration shows my current address. I told him that was fine, and we ultimately agreed do a courtesy check on the vehicle, which still costed me $10. After the check, he informed me that, “the car would probably pass the inspection, but it still needs some work”. I asked him to elaborate and he told me that it would need roughly $600 worth of work, which ranged from the suspension, tie rods, etc. I told him unfortunately I won’t be able to get that done at the moment, but I will be back tomorrow with my updated registration for the inspection.Today, I brought the car in for an inspection with my updated address. Bob and another gentleman, let’s call him Jim, were at the counter. I approached the counter and Jim asked what I needed. I explained to him that I was returning to do an inspection with the updated address on my registration. He pulls up my file on my computer and says, “so are you getting these done before the inspection?” I explained to him I won’t be able to get it done today. Jim interjects and arrogantly replies, “well I don’t think you’ll pass the inspection without getting these done.” Suddenly, Bob looks over and calmly says to Jim, “no, she’s fine”. After a brief moment of Jim nods back and tells me to have a seat.These people clearly have a hand in who they choose to pass and fail the inspection. They manipulate people into believing they need more work than needed through devious tactics. They definitely lost my business and anyone I know personally, and I would highly caution anyone from coming here.disclaimer *Im using different names for legal purposes*

I think Ill have to file my recent experience under you get what you pay for. I bought tires from this Firestone last fall, and was very pleased with their service at that time (hence two stars instead of one). Learning that they had a free tire rotation service seemed like a great bonus. So I recently brought my car to have the tires rotated, and as far as I can tell, all they did was take the tires off the car and put them back on the same wheel. I am guessing this because my car shows the tire pressure for each of the wheels, and the same right front tire that was low when I brought it in was low when I left. I thought it might have been a problem with the car, so I checked the tire pressure with a separate gauge. Sure enough, right front was still low. So that suggests to me that 1) the tire wasnt rotated, and 2) they didnt check the tire pressure after the rotation.

Super fast service when another establishment, which wont be named.. *cough cough Walmart * cough..., told us they did not have time to do an oil change. We had called Walmart first and asked if they would have time since it was a little more than an hour before they closed and they said yes. The guy there was rude where the guy at Firestone was very polite and accommodating. They got it done in a quick amount of time. Thanks!

Ladies beware they are scam artist they told me i had right side ball joint wrong try to charge me 500 buck for work i didnt need. they where hoping i didnt know to get second opinion and all i needed was bolt tighted up but they wanted to charge me 500 hell no.
